It is very user-friendly and I love that it communicates and can be integrated smoothly with other platforms like Updater and CRM. I especially love the "Favorite Key" and search bar feature as well as that is offers anytime, anywhere access to the platform, improving collaboration among team members in different locations. It simplifies workflows by centralizing data and generates detailed and customizable financial and operational reports. We have a company based customer support team so I have not had to contact Yardi's customer support yet. We use Yardi Voyager on a daily basis for all of our property management needs. Yardi Voyager is an all in one solution for Property Managemnt. Yardi Voyager provides different modules as per industry i.e. Different feature for commercial properties and different features for residential properties. It also provides unique features for student housing. It provides features for management of residents accounts like lease renewals, collection of rents, Bank reconciliations.

Yardi Voyager can be customized as per the requirement of user like the residential Yardi provides the option to calculate Management fees. Yardi calculates the management fees with in few seconds and with minimum human interaction.

Yardi Voyager is used daily for property manangement companies. It can be easily integrated with other softwares like Oracle, SAP. The big organisations are implementing it easily for managing large number of properties. It can be easily implemented.

Yardi Voyager becomes slow when large number of users are using at a same time. Sometimes the same entry got posted twice due to time issues. Customizable. It is yours to play with, if you know what you are doing and willing to put in the time to learn it. If you have any ERP background it is fairly easy to navigate, but if you do not it is easy to get lost very quickly. Learning curve is huge if you are starting from ground zero and documentation of troubleshooting is lacking. There documentation is there but if you run into a problem expect to not have great documentation to help you out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can run your properties with one software. While you can have multiple softwares that integrate into Yardi, you can run your payables, manage your receivables and also produce monthly financials from Yardi. If you are not very familiar with Yardi, finding things can be cumbersome. You have to know exactly how to word your request to get the results you are looking for, and for a novice, that can me frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Yardi Voyager is the amount of online references and quick search features that help new and seasoned users navigate through the various menus and options to find exactly what they are seeking. Going from a CTI platform to Yardi Voyager was an easy transition due to the amount of reference materials that Yardi Client Central makes available. From the quick menu setup to the performing a general search, the ease of use is what I like the best. It makes performing our client accounting functions very easy and effective. There are a few items that I dislike about Yardi Voyager. At times, a general ledger rebuild is needed in order for financials to balance to the subledgers. We have run into instances where we run a financial statement in a prior month and rerun that same financial statement in the current month, and the amounts are different or the trial balance or balance sheet are not in balance. The level of trust and confidence in the product can be questionable at times which makes it sometimes difficult to understand why static data may change from day to day at times.
