It makes tracking payments and reports much easier then doing it manual. The dashboard can be confusing at first but after some time it becomes easier to use. I also like that multiple people can access updates at the same time which helps alot during busy work days. **What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?** One thing I dont like about Yardi Voyager is that it can feel very slow sometimes especially when loading reports or large amounts of data. The system also looks outdated and not very user friendly for new users. Some tasks takes too many steps to complete and finding certain options can be frustrating. Training new employees on it also takes longer then expected. **What problems is Yardi Voyager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yardi Voyager helps solve problems with keeping track of tenants, payments, leases, and accounting all in one place. Before using it, alot of information was spread across different files and it was harder to stay organized. Now it makes reporting faster and reduces mistakes with billing or payment tracking. The new dashboards are great because they allow for a high-level review of different metrics, which is really helpful. I also find it very convenient for our tenants as it makes paying monthly rents online easy and takes the manual recording process out of the hands of our accountants. The tracking of COI requirements is a great tool, and the day-to-day recording of Journal Entries and bookkeeping is intuitive and easy. **What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?** There are a lot of settings within Yardi that one has to learn and navigate. The help menus or the descriptions can be lacking and we are always having to submit a case just to understand what or where something is. For menu items, Yardi should give you definitions or explanations of what a setting does. It is hard to figure out what setting or permission does what based off a 1-2 word name. Giving details of the permission would make things easier. Very complex initial setup. We actually spent the last 12 months reimplementing and learning various modules of the software after 15 years of having it in place. **What problems is Yardi Voyager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yardi Voyager handles our bookkeeping, tenant payments, and property work orders. It simplifies accounts receivables, ownership reporting, lease management, vendor invoices, and construction tracking. Yardi Voyager is the complete solution for managing any kind of property. The suite of software can be used for residential, commercial, affordable, senior, student, HOA/condo, public housing and single-family properties. The software offers a centralized, integrated system that is hard to beat or match. It's your system to store all property, portfolio and resident information. You can track occupancy, rents, leases, lease status, unit history and status, etc... It's a system for lease administration, maintenance and work orders, accounting, billing, and property reporting. The system is relatively intuitive but can present a significant learning curve to teams using it for the first time. As a web-based solution, it can integrate with your existing software easily however, Yardi is protective in terms of allowing developers access to their API which can make it difficult to integrate with every system you may be using. In terms of implementation, Yardi is very responsive while it's software is being rolled out to a new client. You will have an entire team dedicated to your implementation and available to you for any question that may come up. Their ongoing customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable however I have experienced some significant gaps in understanding due to my limited knowledge of what specific features are called. **What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?** - The number of features and capabilities can be overwhelming and makes it harder for users to gain a firm grasp of every part of the software. - It could benefit from a bit of a redesign/update as the experience can be kind of clunky and looks a little dated. - Depending on your level of access, it can be hard to know why you are unable to complete an action or if you need approval from another team member before proceeding. This can slow work and make users unable to meet deadlines. - As I mentioned there is usually a significant learning curve for teams when implementing. - Yardi guards their API with a bit of an iron fist, which can make some integrations difficult. - Customer Service can sometimes take a while to respond. **What problems is Yardi Voyager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yardi provides property management companies with a singular integrated platform that can handle every part of property management. It allowed us to automate lease renewals, invoicing, work orders, vendor approvals, etc... It offers us real-time visibility across properties and finances. It seems like it does not move fast enough, and when I input information to bring up tenants' information, it takes too long. **What problems is Yardi Voyager solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Yardi Voyager for everything in the leasing office like entering work orders and pulling rent rolls. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it, and setting it up was pretty simple. The integration with other tools was seamless, and there are tons of features-from leasing and maintenance to reporting-that make our job easier. Customer service has been great too-quick to respond whenever we need help. Overall, it's a solid all-in-one system that saves us time and keeps everything in on place. **What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?** Overall, Yardi Voyager is a powerful system, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some parts of the platform feel a little outdated or not as intuitive, which can make certain tasks take longer than expected-Specially for newer users. there's a bit of a learning curve at first, and some features could be more user friendly with clearer layouts or quicker access. **What problems is Yardi Voyager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yardi helped solved a lot of the back-and-forth we used to deal with between different systems. Before, we were using separate tools for leasing, maintenance, payments, and communication, which made things messy abd time-consuming. with Yardi, everything is in one place. It's helped us work faster, stay more organized, and give better service to our residents. It is a very wide software specially for large properties **What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?** Page gets timeout in few minutes, we need submit all the filters again. that is only one dislike in Yardi Voyager **What problems is Yardi Voyager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solve us to complete Month end tasks.
