It is very simple to use and coordinate the tasks also is flexible and Wrike allows us to control task management. We get to tweak most of its functionality so for the user it's easy to adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wrike is a powerful tool that can create entire business workflows that create intuitive communications, and the use of automation workflows and requests and service several unique business needs. Wrike is a very powerful tool, so this isn't as much of a dislike as it is an idea for improvement. Without having an implementation team, Wrike can become a 'bad product' very fast due to poorly planned implementations. We had equested an extended trial as we weren't able to fully evaluate. We were told our trial would be extended, which was a lie. We were enrolled in a subscription which we had not agreed to. Seemingly this was miscommunication by Wrike refused to address their oversight. We had no usage of the product and did not use. Wrike sent our account to collections. Has this happened to you?? It's hard to find things sometimes when there is a high volume of work. I wish there was a view of my tasks that was broken down better and less overwhelming.I also don't like using it for going back and forth on copywriting edits. I end up doing this in google and just putting a link to the document in Wrike. I also wish it was more of a graphical interface, it's very text heavy and sometimes I can't find what I'm looking for easily but more iconography and 'wayfinding' prompts on the site might help.
