The platform has great design flexibilty Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The implementation process that is delivered to you by the Wrike Team is NOT an implementation. Instead, it is a slow-paced guide to what steps should be accomplished in implementation. You will still have to learn how to design and tailor your Spaces and Processes. I thought the team would help us do that and learn what we will need in each space. My customer success manager is amazing and makes setup so much smoother. She's there for me every time I have a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up and assigning tasks can be a bit clunky. Would like to automate this more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps our teams stay organized and maximizes the efficiency of the various teams we have. With the help of the app, we can easily keep track of all projects needed to be completed as well as who to hold accountable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is not the most intuitive. It does take a few days to train new employees or coordinators on how to efficiently use Wrike. Oftentimes, they still struggle even several days later (don't know if it's the employees or the app to be honest) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the different tasks and subtasks, breaking down projects into smaller pieces and assigning individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No at a glance view of everything- all the assigned people and tasks. Having to click into projects. Not have color coordinating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automation in Wrike is one of the most helpful features. The other feature that we leveraged the most was the one-to-many item-to-folder structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest point of negative feedback from the team was the navigation, UI/UX. Notifications were the second. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Wrike is that it's easy to use and very intuitive. I've used many project management tools over the span of my career, and Wrike was by far the easiest to learn. I like that I can create custom reports and Dashboards, allowing me to quickly see what my outstanding tasks are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything I dislike about Wrike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are multiple ways to do things. It is user-friendly and intuitive. The calendar and my to-do are the things we use the most out of this management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you don't get trained by the Wrike staff, I believe you would be missing multiple features. Some things are hard to organize because the system can do so many things in multiple ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Wrike provides an excellent platform for managing all project content, communications, proof routes, edits and approvals. Maintaining all project information & history within Wrike has improved our workflow and consistency of project requirements and data.
- The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- How the dashboard widgets' task dates are not in date sequence and you have to "tip open" a task to see the sub-task dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The daily tasks and ability to tag others and assign team members specific tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many functions, I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface of usibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
