At first, the software can seem overwhelming. It's not easy to know where to start but, once I got the hang of it, I was able to easily navigate the platform. I would find it helpful for better search capabilities and an easier way to find the information I need. Filters and advanced search capabilities could be expanded. Request forms could have more advanced features like more sophisticated progressive forms where answers from more than one question can trigger an action or path. Request forms could support HTML to have rich text and images to for example provide URLs where people can learn more or download a template that has to be filled.
