I think the ability to attach the email to tasks is amazing. Wrike also has time tracking on tasks which allows for great roll-up reports. The summary views are not that easy to handle. I find I use a combination of email notification management, and the "my tasks" area to manage my tasks, but I do think other tools make this easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The principal disadvantage I have seen is an absence of a decent spot to store reports and notes that are irrelevant to a venture. I'm another worker at my organization and in this way take a ton of notes. It would be ideal to have a spot to store these notes someplace that isn't an errand or require a status.
