All my projects are in one place, I can track the projects because they are all in one place, I can tag people, I can link to files, I like that all the things are on one platform now and coworkers can see my work too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where the heck are the tasks? I created a dashboard but it doesn't pull all my tasks even though they are assigned to me. really, really annoying. I have literally spent hours trying to figure this out, so I can't really trust that what I see on the dashboards are all the things that need to be done. Also HATE the due dates, really really annoying the way due dates are set up. The Z task archive is quite annoying too, why do my current projects show up there, no idea, I want to be on the current task view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most used feature of Wrike for me is the timesheets page. It is a convenient way to view the tasks for the week. It also allows me to quickly and conveniently log my time as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One issue I have had with Wrike is the cache getting clogged so that when I open Wrike for the day, it would open random tabs and multiple windows. I contacted support to resolve the issue and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the program. It worked luckily, however they don't have a fix for it and said it may happen again. Could just be our use case, but I feel like there are so many tasks that are completed and the only way to not view them is filter by 'all active tasks" we might come up with an archive folder for reference back without clouding up our current views Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we are able to utilize dashboards, and calendars and also organize by department and campaigns. I am a big fan of blueprints and use that side of wrike a ton; its also helpful to use the workflows to show where each asset or task is in the process line. I think it can be hard to track how much effort it takes for the specific task or campaign - there isn't an easy way other than the "how much time you've spent" to organize that. basically it's hard to see if our designers or video team can show how much effort/time/skill to create said content. Wrike has been an excellent tool to keep our teams aligned on tasks and complex projects. We've been able to align the tool around our agile processes, manage our sprints, create custom reports and dashboards. Wrike is so flexible it can be overwhelming. After a few years of useage, we secured professional services to help us get organized and back on track. It took some persuasion to secure the funding but the results have been more than worth the time and effort to reexamine our processes so we could become more consistent and efficient. Sometimes it's not very user-friendly and can overcomplicate things. There are some scroll bars that you have to click on that are very small and it's not the most visually pleasing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
