What do you like best about Wrike?

Time tracking is easy to use and my team interacts with the feature daily. It's fast and easy to see current time spent and previous time entries within a task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting feature for hours is difficult to use and has limitation depending how the project /department has been setup. If not setup correctly reporting can take twice as long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wrike?

When our company decided to change project management platforms, we did an extensive review of the tools available. We chose Wrike because it allowed us to manage a variety of different project types. Our company uses it daily to communicate on task updates. It is easy to use and the dashboards are fantastic! What do you dislike about Wrike?

One downside we've found with Wrike is that it is not as easy to import our old Excel trackers as we'd like. It is a bit clunky to do it in-house and expensive to use Wrike for the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wrike?

What I liked best about this tool was how quickly you can get going, even with deploying quite rapidly to solve the needs of an entire creative team at my organization. I was able to get the tool going and perform some pretty complex workflow automation in a brief period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I have given feedback to the product team regarding the iOS and iPadOS apps. They are solid for a quick reply to work items my colleagues tag me on, updating project and task notes, and updating statuses. However, I feel there is a mountain of possibility with integrating some of the web app features into the mobile version of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wrike:

Take advantage of the add-ons and additional components that Wrike offers. They have made a world of difference, specifically Wrike Integrate. That in itself has allowed us to integrate into so many other tools creating an exponentially more effective workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wrike?

The flexibility that Wrike aloes has enabled us to fit various workflows into Wrike. Whether that be tracking a project, implementing a ticket request system, setting up notifications based on internal data systems, or keeping track of inventory! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve to Wrike can initially be immense due to each feature having its nuances. For instance, it is very important to know when to use projects versus tasks in custom workflows since it can be very time consuming to swap it in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As Wrike is being adopted by our larger organization it is making it possible to link all the activities related to a project together. Want to know how a design is going check the tasks, want to know when hardware is arriving check the tasks, need to contact anyone about those things just ping them! What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike’s interface is easy to navigate and use. and it also had really good security. Its great for simple projects which fits my needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
