Wrike's flexibility allows us to set up unique spaces that cater to the needs of each specific team. While getting set up took some time, the customer support team is always so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some key features are still in development and there is definitely a learning curve to learning the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to assign work and keep track of tasks. They also have really good, responsive online chat support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not intuitive in some aspects. There are also things that I think should change, but in order to implement a change, you have to get "upvotes" on their community board, which is irritating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike has out-of-the-box features that make it easy customize projects, fields, and workflows that fulfill various teams needs as well as several automated features (like automations and blueprints) that allow you to create and track projects at scale. Dashboards and reports allow my team to see upcoming and completed projects at a glance, and a clean user interface makes the experience smooth and inviting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike views projects and tasks as two entirely seperate items, which makes it impossible to marry together reports and dashboards that you'd want to see both projects and tasks displayed on. Instead, you need to create seperate reports and dashboards for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you have to work as a team and many people have to involve in one task at different times, wrike is very helpfull to follow what have been done on this task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes filtering options are not enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it's pretty easy to create tasks, file them where they need to be, change where they're filed, and create subtasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the email notifications could be improved. I used anothe project management platform in the past that allowed me to choose to receive a roundup email of all the notifications I've received every 15, 3, or 60 minutes. Getting a separate notification for every task is helpful for keeping reminders of things to look at, but it also means I'm constantly inundated with emails, which becomes cumbersome.
It would also be nice if there was an easier way to keep myself as a follower on a project or task. As the project coordinator, I'm often the first one assigned to a project or task. I then reassign it to a graphic designer so they can do their part. It's frustrating at times when I realize I haven't seen updates on a particular project because I was removed as a follower when I reassigned it. It seems that unless I'm tagged in the comments of a task, I'm automatically removed from following it, so I've had to manually go it and re-follow again.
Lastly, we aren't able to use the Project item type very much because it creates a lot of problems for our team. Long story short, projects don't show up on the graphic designers' My To-Do lists, so our company typically uses tasks with lots of layers of subtasks, which isn't very efficient in my opinion. I love write. It allows me to properly visualize and structure my project tasks in an easy to view format. Highly recommend to anyone looking to better organize their project tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would be great if it worked seamlessly with team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What makes me a big fan of Wrike is how effortlessly it lets me chat with my team and gives me a bird's eye view of our major tasks. Initially, mastering the software was a bit of a climb but, with time, it felt like second nature. I distinctly recall when our project lead assigned dependencies to a key task. Having a visual graph of tasks in order allowed us to sidestep potential roadblocks and stick to our timeline. I find the dashboard tab really handy for daily workflow - it’s my first choice for checking teammate's updates without getting distracted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike may seem quite complicated at first. I recall my first struggle with understanding the various sections and features. Yet, as time passed, these intricacies turned into its best features. Besides, I've noticed the web version is more dependable than the desktop application, which can be a little peculiar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful part of Wrike when we first started using it was the immense control we got over our incoming tasks. It reduced our e-mail and notes usage by a significant amount, I would dare to say that our e-mail amount internally was reduced by 90% at least. But the real strength of Wrike didn't really shine through until we really started using it and are now using resource management, timesheets, reporting, automation, and custom workflows, to mention some things. But it really just has a lot to offer and a vast amount of customizability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some areas where Wrike does have some improvement possibilities, and I would say that it would be nice if it had lower threshold for users to get to know it, as it seems people are a bit scared of approaching possibilities. A long with the filter functions which could use a rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
