Wrike is a tool that allows you to fulfill most business needs in one place. This program keeps your space organized, let's you create workflows, request forms, and bridge the communication gap. It reduces the email load, assigns related tasks and deadlines, and helps create a pathway to meeting the businesses needs. Wrike has become essential in my day and keeps me organized and on top of my tasks. I communicate with my team, get approvals, feedback, and work on projects. It was easy to implement into the business, I can search for help and anwers on their website, and it integrated well with my email. It has been a life changer! Wrike hasn't shown me anything I haven't liked. It has opened the door to so many possibilities and I can't wait to see what else it brings in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to coordinate with others in my team, task that are assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t really have any dislikes it except learning how to use it at first, of course it can happen with any tools that you use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike has been transformational for our team. We love how we can cater workspaces to the working needs of any individual on our team. We also love how user-friendly it is compared to other programs, like Salesforce, or Microsoft Project. We also love the customizeable visualization features in dashboards and calendars. It feels like every time someone asks if Wrike can do what they want, the answer is yes! Public view links, collaborators, and other factors were huge deciding factors as to why we chose Wrike as well. Wrike's implementation and deployment process was super easy as well. Their customer support has been fantastic, quick, and easy to coordinate with. Our team uses Wrike every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that we only get so few licenses for the price, but it is a true powerhouse so I won't complain too much! I also wish that collaborators could add to the description field, that would be a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blueprints! Being in a position of repeatative process, email marketing, blueprints are SUPER helpful in capturing all the reapeatable steps it takes to get emails out the door and limit fatique from creating tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you don't proactively explore the tool with an inquisitive mind to understand the ways it can help you, you're going to get bogged down by "I don't know what to do" and "this is annoying" in how you navigate the menus and functions.
Be curious! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Wrike is the ability to customize all the features and tools within the system. I doubt there is a working environment in any industry that could not find a valuable way to use this system.
My favourite feature is the ability to use custom item types and custom workflows to support ease of tracking and reporting and reviewing.
Tied for second is the dashboards that are also 100% customizable so you are viewing the information pertinent to yourself, your team, your department or your whole organization / project. I use my dashboard daily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A great thing about wrike is how quickly they roll out new features, but that also comes with the downside that sometimes the additional features do not work well initially. They are very receptive to feedback, quick to respond and quick to adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can organize all of my tasks more visually so it helps me to be more motivated and proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I don't like about wrike. It is pretty adaptable to everything so you can change or organize as you wish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love how flexible Wrike is and that it really gives you the opportunity to make it your own. Reporting tools are powerful and visually they come together quickly and are incredibly userful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike is BIG. We rolled it out to a team of around 50 and it was no easy task. We have at least 4 experts within the team and we were stretched thin to make the roll out a success. There are negative nuances along the way and if you don't understand those, then you could be in trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was simple to use and add tasks to. Easy to see the items that needed to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were using the "free" product, so we had a limited amount of tasks that could be added. I also don't remember getting updates if tasks weren't completed. I also didn't see a spot to add a "complete by" date for items that needed to be done by a certain time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I came from Asana and when I got into Wrike it was so easy to learn.
I can track my projects pretty fast and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there is so much in Wrike that I have not had a chance to really touch, but it's something I want more insight on.
I don't think there are as enough downloadable reports offered and would like more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feature I like most is that anything I blocked on my personal calendar is automatically synced to my office calendar once the two accounts are linked correctly. The privacy setting for personal calendar is amazing so I can let my colleagues know time slots blocked for personal commitments without me having to share details of my personal schedules. Sometimes the instruction for sync with more than 1 personal calendar with business calendar can be a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
