## Wrike Reviews
  ### 1. Uncluttered dashboard makes it easy to use once you get used to the layout

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace M. | Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has an uncluttered dashboard that allows us to see pending tasks and who needs to handle specific task. It is easy to move or reorder tasks to suit our workflow. I also appreciate their sales people who were ready to help when we switched to Wrike.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Key features are hidden behind small icons and dropdown menus such that you have to click around before you get used to the dashboard. when assigning tasks or adding due date beginners might struggle to find the tiny dropdown buttons. I also missed notifications becauss they don't really grab attention. I always had to doublecheck if someone left a message or comment.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Wrike we created an accessible platform to share tasks and know what is pending and what needs attention. Even if we are light users, a simple dashboard with all tasks and project details made our work easier. We don't have to keep up with long emails, links to Google Docs, and messages sent to phones or chat platforms. I'd say it keeps us on the same page where all project communications take place.

  ### 2. Usefull tool

Seamless integration with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems makes Wrike fit more naturally into daily workflows.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some users experience slow loading when working with very large folders, reports, or dashboards.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps solve the challenge of managing multiple projects and teams in one place. It provides clear task ownership, due dates, and visibility, which reduces confusion and miscommunication. By streamlining workflows and centralizing communication, it saves time and keeps projects on track.

  ### 3. Boosts Team Collaboration, Smart Integrations

**Reviewed by:** DRESLER Z.

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I appreciate how Wrike empowers my team to collaborate efficiently, allowing us to deliver projects faster. What I like most about Wrike is its ability to boost productivity and reduce manual work significantly once one understands its full potential. The integration with Outlook and MS Teams is a standout feature, saving us hours every day by keeping everything centralized. I can effortlessly turn emails or chats into tasks instantly, helping me stay on top of projects without the hassle of constantly switching between applications. Additionally, Wrike's AI feature was a crucial reason for our switch from Teamwork, showcasing its ability to innovate and stay ahead. The competitive pricing and outstanding support team further add to the experience, making Wrike a compelling choice for our project management needs.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I find the mobile app to have limitations compared to the desktop version. It's useful for quick updates but is less intuitive and lacks some functionalities.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike empowers my team to collaborate efficiently, delivering projects faster. It boosts productivity, reduces manual work, and integrations with Outlook and MS Teams save us hours daily, maintaining everything in one place.

  ### 4. Lost data

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

When life changes and a job ends, their is no way to retain the information in your personal section nor access “time card” data tracked.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Not sharing company data, give individuals a window of access to tasks and data in the personal space for a short time to transition out and allow a final overall time logged per day to be exported for their records.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team projects are visible to management and can be shared by team members.

  ### 5. Wrike: A collaborative experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim-Chi N. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike’s new features are nice, but they have not changed my overall experience at all.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I think overall, the more tasks underneath one target the more confusing it can become so again simplicity best overall.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is beneficial in the way that it could be used the most many different people, especially with businesses that are a lot bigger in scale and find it hard to talk to everybody on a day-to-day basis.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Outstanding! We're pleased to hear that Wrike is benefiting your team in terms of communication and task management. We will continue to enhance the platform to better meet your needs.

  ### 6. Wrike is the most effective platform I have ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Consistently releases new features that are incredibly beneficial to the users ability to perform and track the things that we need.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are a lot of features that are requested and they take a long time to implement. Unsure the process of how features are determined to be implemented.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making all the issues we have across our equipment visible and easy to communicate with regarding how we resolved the issues.

  ### 7. Customizable and Streamlined Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love how customizable Wrike is. It offers different project level views and reporting dashboards, and all the functions it can perform are really great. It keeps all of our projects organized in one platform and makes collaborating easy and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I can't see the last time a blueprint was launched or the frequency that it has been used. I would love this feature to be added. Transferring all of our blueprints during the initial setup was a pain. The training was kind of long, but it was necessary.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike keeps our projects organized in one platform, making collaboration easy and streamlined.

  ### 8. Great for varied project management across marketing team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We really like the AI features they have enabled in Wrike.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

We would love it if there were more help for setting up dashboards. There are a lot of fields, and it is not always intuitive how to set up the dashboards.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like the intake process for external clients and the transparency that Wrike offers so you can see what everyone on the team is working on at any given time.

  ### 9. Effortless Schedule Management, Slight Performance Lag

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autumn T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the ability to move things around in the schedules so easily, and I appreciate that it shifts the rest of the schedule accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

We find that it sometimes gets slowed down but other than that no issues for what we use it for.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wrike to handle scheduling dependencies and adapt to schedule changes smoothly.

  ### 10. Great tool for project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John P. | Director Of Engineering, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike's Kanban board provides a simple way for our teams to quickly move items within project statuses, which helps improve their efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

One of the areas of concern is very minor, but relates to the date saving feature for start/end data. It's counter intuitive to have to click "save," when most systems typically automatically save once the popup loses focus.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us organize our consulting engagements and deliverables.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Wrike! We're delighted to hear that you value the integration of project management and time tracking—it’s great to know this combination is helping you organize your consulting engagements and deliverables more efficiently.

Wrike is very helpful in managing tasks and projects. A new feature that I have started using is creating forms for internal and external personnel to use.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike can improve upon its AI features. They just started integrating AI on the platform so it may take a little bit of time for users to figure out.

  ### 12. Customizable Workflows and Support Make Wrike Feel Like Our Own

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia E. | Project Coordinator and Online Tutor, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I appreciate Wrike because it allows us to customize our workflow and adjust it over time to create the ideal platform. Over time it feels like it we designed it ourselves. The customer care team was helpful when we were starting out.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I feel it is not for people who are new to project management tools. It might feel overwhelming if you join an ongoing project setup by others. It will take time to learn and get used. I also feel all the team members have the power to mess the workflow.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Wrike, we used different platforms like emails, slack and Whatsapp to communicate and track project progress. Some crucial information could get lost in email threads. Wrike provided a central place to get all details and files from anywhere. All project related details and documents are shared on wrike. We agreed that if it is not on Wrike it was not shared!

  ### 13. Efficient and Flexible Project Management

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

In the desktop and app version, the task does not automatically update in the dashboard when there is a status change.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Wrike, I have an overview and all the information in one place in a task. I can work digitally and independently of location, as I can access my tasks at any time, whether at the client's, at home, or in the office on all devices.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event planning and details for events, it keeps a very complex check list that I need for when we plan events or projects. It allows for lots of layers of details.

  ### 15. Efficient Task Management with Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

It also helps with understanding the timing for a particular task and resource management. Plus, I've heard there was helpful assistance from the Wrike team during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The integrations could be a little bit more improved.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us understand timing for tasks and manage resources in marketing. I can multitask across projects, and the design is clean.

  ### 16. Great collaboration software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I really like some of the new AI features, especially the proofreading tools and the copy creation options.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Please improve the search experience so it’s easier to find past projects, files, and tasks.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows our teams to collaborate and keep all relevant information and communication within tasks as opposed to through other various communication channels. Also, it provides easy to use approval mechanisms.

  ### 18. Wrike - The Best Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitisha P. | Traffic Admin, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike’s standout feature is its versatile views, resembling a spreadsheet but with the advantage of being online. It simplifies project management and makes progress tracking effortless. A key benefit is the ability to assign tasks to specific users and monitor their status within a single platform. Wrike enhances workflow efficiency while delivering accurate, high-quality data. It’s user-friendly, and the online support team is consistently helpful and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Honestly, there's nothing I don't like about Wrike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supervisors receive notifications for pending tasks and oversee business operations, while authorized employees are alerted when work is completed, especially for external client requests. The ability to tag internal users and send real-time project updates eliminates the need for time-consuming individual emails. It also enables tracking of employee absences, attendance, and work hours while monitoring task progress. With a clear edit history, accountability is ensured—no room for the blame game. The automation tool is a game-changer; our invoicing view is integrated with the dashboard, triggering notifications for managers to add costs when the status changes. Best of all, it automatically generates a blank line with partial information, significantly reducing manual effort.

  ### 19. A great tool for management and organization across all project sizes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Douglas S. | IT Project Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I like the most about Write is the high level of customization it offers for each project. You can easily set the level of communication and collaboration with co-workers or team members, which makes it adaptable for small, medium, and large projects. The user interface is smooth, clear, and very intuitive. It’s also easy to use, and customer support is responsive and helpful. I especially value the built-in features like project risk tracking, Gantt charts that automatically update tasks, and the ability to assign specific tasks to the right people. The recent addition of AI capabilities makes the tool even more powerful and forward-looking.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Because there are so many features and options available, it can feel overwhelming at first. For new users, a simpler starting view or setup could make the onboarding process easier. Once you get familiar with the platform, however, it becomes much easier to navigate and take advantage of all the features.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Write helps us keep projects organized, track risks, and maintain clear visibility of tasks and responsibilities. ### 24. A great tool to organize your Tasks and Projects every day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edwards Rafael O. | Ingeniero en Informatica, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has been a key tool in organizing my individual work and coordinating with my team. I use it in my daily routine, and it has become a fundamental part of my work routine. What I highlight the most is its intuitive interface, which allows for quick adaptation without the need for an extensive learning curve. From the first use, managing tasks, projects, and assignments becomes very smooth.

A great advantage is how easy it was to implement it within our team. There was no need for a long or complex process; in no time, we were all working in an orderly and efficient manner. Additionally, the personalized support that Wrike offers has been excellent: every time I have had a question or requirement, the attention has been quick, clear, and very friendly, which generates a lot of trust.

I love that each task can have its own description, assigned responsibilities, start and end dates, customized tags, and attached files. This greatly facilitates detailed tracking of work, especially when it comes to projects with multiple members or various stages.

One of the most useful features is the dashboard that allows you to see the status of all tasks: in progress, pending, completed, or canceled. This level of visibility helps me prioritize better and anticipate possible bottlenecks.

Moreover, the automatic notifications and integration with other platforms (such as email, Google Drive, or Slack) ensure that the entire workflow is always synchronized. In summary, Wrike is a very complete, agile, and reliable tool for maintaining organization and efficiency both on a personal and team level.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Although in general I find Wrike to be an excellent tool, there are some details that could be improved to make the experience even smoother. One of the aspects that complicates things for me the most is when I change a task's status within the workflow. Sometimes, after dragging a task to a new column (for example, from "In Progress" to "Completed"), I can't immediately see it in its new status. This creates some uncertainty, as it makes me doubt whether the change was really saved or if the task ended up in the right place.

On several occasions, I have had to perform manual searches or review multiple filters to find the task again and verify that the change was applied. Although it doesn't happen all the time, when it does, it can waste time, especially when working with many tasks simultaneously or with large projects.

I believe that an improvement in the immediate visualization of the status change, or some type of clearer and more visible confirmation, would make a big difference. It would also be useful to have a more accessible history of the last modified tasks to facilitate tracking. Wrike is very powerful, but small adjustments like this could further enhance the user experience.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped our entire work team a lot, as it is a great support when it comes to assigning, organizing, and planning tasks and projects. Before Wirke, our work team only used Excel spreadsheets to keep track of all the tasks and their progress, which was quite complex.

  ### 25. Revamped and reconfigured feature set with a user-friendly interface. Project Management and Task Efficiency is for everyone!

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love the new table view aggregation and the customizable calculations for sub-items. Ask AI is another timely and relevant feature that makes for more productive workflows. The field level access rights for databases improves security vulnerability. They also added new and useful filters to be used.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some basic improvements to focus on would be to support bullet point lists in a table format, comments in a table format etc. I'm also not a big fan of the check out and check in mechanism. An easier solve would be to enhance collaboration by supporting co-authoring of MS Office files. There definitely needs to be an option to send a To-Do List Email at a pre-defined time cadence. Date changing should be automated and updating a series of tasks together in a bulk way should be allowed.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving project management, product management, and task management with Wrike. It also provides a great Gantt chart view, and I also solve timeline and roadmap problems with Wrike. I also use Wrike to automate different processes and workflows to work cross-functionally and asynchronously with other teams without missing a beat.

  ### 26. Best project management and collaboration tool for all types of projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ELDHOSE K. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

One thing I really like about Wrike recently is how it has become more intelligent and easier to use. The artificial intelligence suggestions and smart search features help me quickly find what I need and focus on what is most important. I have also started using the new custom item types, and they have made it much easier to shape Wrike around the way each of our teams actually works, instead of trying to fit everyone into the same structure.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

One area where I believe Wrike can improve is the user interface. In our day-to-day work, it often feels difficult to locate key features quickly. Some of the most-used functionalities are not very intuitive to find, which can slow us down. Additionally, the alignment of buttons and certain elements in the dashboard can feel a bit scattered, especially when switching between different views. A more consistent and simplified layout would really help improve the overall experience for our team.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our entire project management teams use Wrike from Design to Develop the tasks and push them to live so that our customers will benefit from it. Wrike also helps us to plan our projects and helps in allocating time for various tasks so that we can use our resources effectively.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes my analytics boards take forever to load or sometimes won't load at all.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us stay organized and deliver projects on time. I love the dashboard view for a quick glance at all active projects and customizing statuses.

It is helping me with my project and business plan.

I appreciate how Wrike helps me keep my work organized and lets me know what tasks are my top priorities. Once I got used to Wrike, it was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I found that keeping track of my time in Wrike doesn't work as well as I'd like. Also, the initial setup took some time to get used to. Searching for a specific task.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps me keep my work organized and lets me know what tasks are my top priorities.

  ### 31. Useful platform to manage projects and keep tabs on everything

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas W. | Online Tutor and Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is one of the easiest project management platforms to set up and get started. It helps us to organize projects by their deadline, clients, subject, and customize our workflow. We no longer have to use sticky notes to organize tasks and send countless emails to keep track of progress. The onboarding was easy due to the detailed guide on their website and the sales team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike gets the job done but the interface seems too complex for a small team looking for a simple platform. Some features such as changing timelines and setting up dependencies, take time and might confuse beginners. I also dislike too many notifications especially when my team is active. You blink and you have 10 notifications waiting

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started on Wrike, our projects were all over the place. Some tasks were assigned late, some information was lost in long email threads, and we missed some deadlines because of using many communication channels. Wrike provided a simple platform that everybody could access, see the assigned tasks, collaborate and upload files from any device. It keeps us organized and ensures we meet clients deadlines.

  ### 32. It helps promote work efficiency and effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Managing and organizing different tasks in Wrike Dashboard has helped me alot.

  ### 37. Creating Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Collaboration with Wrike

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayden W. | Enterprise Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I have been using Wrike for about 2 years now, starting as a regular user and growing into an Admin role and leading the administration for the enterprise I work for. Every day I discover a new feature that Wrike offers that helps our users make their work lives a little easier. There are so many possibilities in how you can use Wrike, that it'll look different for every team, and that customization is key to our work structures. We can make custom views, blueprints, item types, request forms, etc... to fit into each team's needs. I love how easily you can cross-tag work to give visibility when needed, and keep work secure and private when needed. I support a very new team, which means we are still defining roles and responsibilities and creating standard work, and Wrike has been instrumental in helping us get organized.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The numerous features and ways to view work is both a gift and a curse to Wrike. Having so many ways to view your work can overwhelm my team sometimes, making onboarding and training a little difficult. There is a learning curve to using the features. The Wrike Support and training videos are very helpful, the team just needs to take the time to use them.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving a major problem of collaboration and visibility into the work the different functions on my team are doing and consolidating our resources. Before Wrike, it was hard for anyone to find what they need, so we've been able to use Wrike to keep our files and resource links in a consistent place. Calendars, dashboards, cross-tagging, and being able to follow projects are all features that have helped us boost our collaboration!

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience with Wrike! We’re thrilled to hear how Wrike has supported your journey from user to Admin and helped your team become more organized and collaborative. It’s great to know that our customization options—like custom views, blueprints, and request forms—are making a positive impact on your work structures.

We understand that Wrike’s flexibility can feel overwhelming at first, and we’re continuously working to make onboarding and training even easier. Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community and for helping us improve with your insights. We look forward to supporting your continued success!

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike's ability to measure progress, engage in team interactions, and organize project data is what makes me still prefer it over similar tools. It's an ideal solution for collaborative task management and fits all project requirements. We appreciate how Wrike's tools enable us to create a complete database that accurately describes the tasks of different team members. I also like how it improves communication between team members, which helps us control all project activities. I love how it keeps everyone up to date on all the latest updates. I also like how the task schedule filters make it easy to view information, check start and end dates, and track team members' contributions. I enjoy the reports we receive and how easy they are to customize because they include the information we want to view, such as a summary of the workflow over time. I really appreciate how Wrike's ready-made templates make it easy to start planning what we need.

  ### 42. Wrike is an amazing project management juggernaut for content creators

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shan A. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We've been using Wrike for over six years, and it has truly become the heart of our content review and approval process. What started as a quick project management solution eventually evolved into an essential workflow backbone across our company.

One of Wrike’s standout strengths is how effortlessly it allows us to route all types of content—whether it’s images, videos, live URLs, or Office files like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—for feedback and approval. The automation features allows us as a business to streamline repetitive tasks, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and move work between users and teams with minimum friction.

For businesses that are vertically integrated, Wrike shines bright. The dashboards, reports, and analytics boards give us the visibility we need to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make smarter decisions faster. It’s not just about managing projects—it’s about managing the entire lifecycle of a product launch with clarity and control.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is brilliant in a plethora of ways, but some areas that could call for improvement is the software app itself. Its often laggy and crashes under load (or when many tabs are open at once which is my life 24/7). Having the ability to use Wrike through a browser has been a work around. Another area for improvement is the amount of time it takes for analytic boards to populate and refresh.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Wrike, content reviews and approvals were scattered across emails and face-to-face communications which led to more time spent chasing the approval of each deliverable. This method made version control and accountability a nightmare. Wrike made this process much easier centralizing the content and allowing automation to do its things and route each task accordingly to the correct workflow that was set up. As we spent less time chasing the granular deliverables, we were able to ultimately grow as a company offering much a larger team and workload.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re truly honored to hear that Wrike has become the backbone of your content review and approval process over the past six years. It’s fantastic to know that our platform has helped streamline your workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and provide the visibility your team needs to manage everything from content creation to full product launches.

Your feedback about the ease of routing different content types, leveraging automation, and using dashboards and analytics is exactly what we strive for—helping teams like yours work smarter and more efficiently. We love hearing how Wrike has enabled your company to grow and take on a larger workload with confidence.

We also appreciate your honest comments about areas for improvement, especially regarding app performance and analytics board refresh times. Your experience is important to us, and I’ll make sure your feedback is shared with our product team. In the meantime, if you ever need troubleshooting tips or want to discuss ways to optimize your setup, our support team is always here to help at https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Thank you again for being such a dedicated Wrike user and for sharing your journey with us. If there’s anything else we can do to support you, please let us know!

  ### 45. Handling Onboarding by Considering Each New Hire Class a Project by Using Wrike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Onboarding Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We had no tools at Cigna to handle all of the details involved with our virtual new hire call classes and were looking for a solution. When we evaluated Wrike, we found that it provided not only tracking capabilities but also much of the reporting we needed to capture capacity and support for the onboarding team. Since adopting Wrike, it has helped streamline our rosters, issue trackers, day-one readiness, and many other details involved in the complexities of onboarding new advocates, along with providing helpful reporting. It is very easy to use and has been even easier to implement. If you are looking for a tool for collaboration and organization with the flexibility to make changes easily, then Wrike is the right tool for you. In addition the support provided by Wrike has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I have nothing negative to say because whenever we have made recommendations of features and needs, Wrike has been quick to take the feedback and make it a reality. For example Wrike recently added a new filter that was causing issues in some of our views.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have leveraged Wrike to help coordinate all of our new hire classes. Leveraging the tool allows us to capture all of the nuances involved with virtual new hire from tracking equipment, access and internet installs to rolling rosters and day 1 readiness details for our classes. It has helped organize the moving pieces tied to onboarding while creating consistency. In addition, our team expanded some of our responsibilities and Wrike has allowed us to create an intake process to help track, assign and leverage for reporting to help us get to capacity view for our team.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience with Wrike!

It’s fantastic to hear how Wrike has become such an integral part of your onboarding process at Cigna. Treating each new hire class as a project is a smart approach, and I’m glad Wrike’s tracking, reporting, and collaboration features have helped you streamline everything from rosters and issue tracking to day-one readiness. It’s especially great to know that the platform’s flexibility and ease of use made implementation smooth for your team.

User-Friendly Interface: Wrike is incredibly easy to use, with an intuitive layout that makes onboarding and daily navigation smooth even for new users.

Quick Implementation & Seamless Integration: Setting up Wrike was straightforward, and it integrated effortlessly with the tools we already used—like Google Workspace and Slack—enhancing our workflow without disruption.

Robust Features for Daily Use: I use Wrike frequently because of its comprehensive task management, Gantt charts, time tracking, and collaboration tools, all in one place.

Responsive Customer Support: Their support team is helpful and quick to respond, which makes it easy to resolve issues and continue working without delays.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Steep Learning Curve for Advanced Features: While the basic tools are user-friendly, some of the more advanced features take time to fully understand and use effectively.

Performance Can Lag with Large Projects: When managing very large or complex projects, Wrike can occasionally feel a bit slow or unresponsive.

Pricing Can Be High for Small Teams: The full-featured plans are quite powerful, but they can be costly for smaller teams or startups on a tight budget.

Mobile App Experience Could Be Better: The mobile version lacks some functionality compared to the desktop app, making it less convenient for on-the-go updates.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 49. Keeps the team organized and projects moving forward

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita C. | Search Engine Optimization Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I really like how Wrike helps our team stay aligned across multiple projects and deadlines. The customizable dashboards and task views make it easy to see who’s working on what, and the built-in collaboration tools (like comments and file sharing) reduce the need for endless email threads. It’s also super helpful that we can track time and set up workflows that match how our team actually works - less jumping between tools, more getting things done.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The learning curve can be a bit steep, especially for new team members who aren’t used to project management tools. Some features - like custom workflows or advanced reporting - take time to fully understand and set up properly.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps solve the problem of scattered communication and unclear responsibilities. Before, we were juggling multiple tools and struggling to keep track of who was doing what and when. Now, everything - from task assignments to timelines and file versions - is centralized in one place. This has improved our team’s accountability, reduced missed deadlines, and made it much easier to manage complex projects with lots of moving parts. It’s also helped leadership get better visibility into project status without having to chase down updates.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear how Wrike’s customizable dashboards, task views, and collaboration tools are helping your team stay organized and aligned across multiple projects. It’s great to know that features like time tracking and tailored workflows are reducing tool-switching and making your processes more efficient.

We appreciate your feedback about the learning curve, especially for new users. We understand that some advanced features can take time to master, and we’re continually working to make Wrike more intuitive and provide helpful resources for onboarding and training.

Thank you again for sharing how Wrike has centralized your project management, improved accountability, and given leadership better visibility. We’re grateful to be part of your team’s success!
