I like Workspace, Timesheets, and Blueprints in Wrike. It's easy to use and implement tasks under a blueprint. I use Wrike daily at work. We have also integrated Wrike with Android. Additionally, I contact customer support if any features are missing in Wrike. For example, I inquired about accessing the history of a task assigned by a group admin to a group ID. Wrike meets all of our organization's basic project management needs as do many of their competitors. What I feel makes Wrike a better choice is that they've built out to reporting and dashboards that are easy to access and analyze business data quickly. This, in turn, informs our operations, staffing, etc. and helps us hone our efficiency. Navigation can be difficult at times, sometimes I need a specific section, and the only way to have visibility is to reload another older tab that can navigate me to the previously viewed page. The sidebar can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recently changed fields and my new role uses Wrike, I have been learning the in's and out's. I love how you can @ someone. I like how each area you maybe assigned to can be looked at by sections. This is a program that is used every day by me and my co workers to stay on track. I was not here for the Integration / implementation of WRIKE so i can not comment. I do not like when someone add's me with a @ and the person replys not @ me and i dont see it when it involves me. I am not on the original assignment due to being new and training.
