**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I do like some of their newer AI features. I think it’s helpful to use their generative AI to help me brainstorm! 

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I can appreciate that Wrike is adding new features but sometimes it feels overwhelming when they’re sending out so many new feature emails. It’s hard to tell if it’s going to be a helpful new tool for my company or not.

It would be great if they could do a quarterly roundup with quick tidbits of info on each new feature instead of a bunch of one-off emails.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps me collaborate with my internal and external teams. It keeps comms to one platform so we aren't losing any project details or repeating ourselves over multiple platforms. It makes it extremely easy for other team members/stakeholders to check in on the progress of certain tasks or jump into tasks as needed. It really helps my team to be cohesive and nimble which is an absolute must when working on many projects quickly.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I like most about Wrike is that everyday decisions no longer get delayed because everyone can clearly see the current status of work. I usually use custom workflows, dashboards, and request forms because they provide enough context before making a decision. The best helpful thing was that fewer discussions were needed just to understand what should happen next.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some advanced customization options take time to understand, especially during the initial setup. I have also noticed that a few settings require extra navigation before they become easy to locate. More simplified administration would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, small decisions were often delayed because updates were scattered and additional clarification was needed before moving forward. Now I can use workflows, dashboards, and request forms to review progress in one place and make decisions with better context. As a result, projects continue moving without unnecessary pauses, and routine approvals take much less effort.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I use Wrike for keeping track of college assignments, group projects, and deadlines during the semester. What I like most is that after using it regularly, I stopped feeling like I had to remember where I left off every time I took a break from my work. I usually use task lists, due dates, and the board view. At first I thought I would only open it before submission dates, but I found myself checking it even while planning the next week's workload because it became easier to continue unfinished work instead of starting over. The best helpful thing was that I could come back after a busy few days and immediately know what needed my attention first.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

After a few months, older class projects and personal task lists started filling the workspace. Finding something from a previous semester sometimes took more searching than I expected unless I spent a little time cleaning things up.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, I kept assignment notes in different places and often reopened documents just to remember what I had already completed. Now I leave each task where I stopped and continue from that point without checking everything again. As a result, I spend less mental effort trying to rebuild my own progress whenever classes become busy.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We know what it was like to work within obscurity. That describes our former project management tools perfectly. With Wrike, the team has visibility on all of our projects in motion, including top priorities across our sub-teams. Our design team is quickly handed content necessary as our copywriting team completes documented review rounds—all in the same departmental space. The communications functionality of at-mentioning other team members and instant notifications has pulled conversations from the closed channels of Slack out into the open of the team. 

The increased visibility to decisions and ongoing conversations has contributed to a more nimble team response and faster deliverable creation. The Wrike interface does require a higher level of onboarding that our team committed to upfront, but once training is completed, each team member can skillfully navigate around projects. Many of the deliverables we create impact multiple projects, and our team members can easily track which projects the deliverables support through projects. We can easily see where all of our many projects are at with a quick view of the Gantt chart, and we can quickly make changes as milestones shift to align with developing campaigns. Wrike is our go-to for our events management, deliverable creation, request management, and email workflow builds. 

Wrike's excellent online, at-your-own-pace learning tracks—these helped get our team up to speed quickly!

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

We don't have much to complain about when using Wrike. The most challenging situations we've faced is when we need to loop in other partners from our product team or external PR team, and they don't necessarily need the full option of a license. Connecting them into a project seems a bit overwhelming for a team that doesn't use Wrike within the company, and when we add in stakeholders for review items, they do seem to have a limited visibility into the project timeline. 

The other challenge we've faced is with reviews. The Wrike review tool is effective and helpful when it comes to high-level ideas, but with detailed feedback from external teams needing a text tool for highlighting, commenting, and documenting changes, we've had to leverage other tools for the depth and speed of feedback we need. Wrike review does not provide tools for quickly hightlighting, updating, or recommending changes at that level.

**Recommendations to others considering Wrike:**

Wrike has an excellent self-paced onboarding program that includes fun animated videos. This program makes training more manageable with small teams!

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed one tool for managing our projects—our team had been working partially in Basecamp, partially in Smartsheets, and using Slack and email to fill in space where needed. It didn't prove easy to figure out where projects were in progress, and communication was often not documented or spread widely throughout multiple tools. Wrike answered all of our needs and provided a space to streamline and capture all our communication in one tool.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has made it much easier to keep projects organized and ensure everyone is working with the latest information. I like the flexibility to create custom workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress through dashboards. It works well for coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and helps reduce the need for constant status meetings.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The platform includes many features, but that can also make it feel overwhelming at first. Some actions require more clicks than expected, and certain settings aren't always easy to locate. It takes time for new users to become fully comfortable with the interface.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us centralize project planning, task management, and team collaboration in a single platform. Having all project updates, files, and discussions in one place has improved communication, reduced missed deadlines, and made it easier to track the progress of ongoing work.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The best feature of Wrike is that we can create unlimited spaces for different offices/HQs, and all teams can still work together using the same blueprints/templates. On top of that, you can add many collaborators to your workspace while keeping their access limited, which helps extend the software’s reach without losing control.

The interface is easy to use, it comes with an app, and we can reach out to the help team with any questions while setting up an account. Performance-wise, it works exceptionally well. We’ve currently linked it with Hubspot and Teams, which is another plus for getting quicker status updates. And with the new Wrike AI agents, it’s continuing to improve its AI capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

At the moment, nothing comes to mind. Wrike has updated its software significantly over the years, so it’s really hard for me to complain about anything.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have offices in different countries, and teams across regions use Wrike to keep their local projects updated. This has helped us a lot with planning and has made it much easier to use our resources more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

One thing I found most helpful about Wrike is that it keeps everything related to the project in one place. It became easier to track tasks, check progress, and communicate with the team without depending too much on separate emails or follow-ups. The platform also helps in managing deadlines and priorities better, especially when multiple tasks are running at the same time. Overall, it made coordination smoother and helped the team stay more organized during daily work.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

One downside I noticed with Wrike is that it can feel slightly overwhelming at the beginning because of the number of features and options available. For new users, it may take some time to understand the workflows and navigation properly. In some cases, managing too many updates and notifications can also become distracting during busy project schedules. Apart from that, the overall experience has been good once the team becomes familiar with the platform.

Wrike is helping us manage tasks and project updates in a more organized way. Earlier, tracking work, deadlines, and team coordination was difficult and required a lot of manual follow-ups. Now it is easier to monitor progress, assign tasks, and keep everyone aligned, which has improved productivity and reduced confusion during project execution.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I use Wrike mainly for project and task management, especially for organizing design and coordinating with teammates. It's great for keeping deadlines, priorities, and feedback in one place, ensuring nothing gets lost. I find it very reliable with no downtime, which is essential for tracking progress and staying aligned across multiple projects. What I like most about Wrike is the custom workflows feature. Being able to tailor-fit task statuses to match how our team actually works makes progress tracking much clearer and more realistic. I also appreciate the task-level commenting and file versioning, which keeps feedback organized and tied directly to the work. The app's smooth performance on my Mac and its ability to prevent missed deadlines by providing better visibility into priorities and workload are really helpful. The initial setup was made easy by our IT team, and I find the UX intuitive, which makes navigation seamless. Support is always top-notch by being able to work with our IT team to resolve the issues.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The search functionality can be frustrating sometimes, especially when trying to find older tasks or specific comments in larger projects. Results are not always intuitive, and it often takes usage of advanced filters in order to locate what you needed. This can slow things down when you are working in a fast-paced environment.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike organizes design tasks and coordinates with teammates, keeping deadlines, priorities, and feedback in one place. It reduces back-and-forth communication, prevents missed deadlines by improving visibility, and aligns multiple projects efficiently.

What I like most about Wrike is the visibility it gives me across projects, tasks, and my team’s workload—all in one place. The dashboards, reports, and task updates help me stay organized, follow progress more quickly, and keep team coordination running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

What I dislike most is that some views and automations feel less intuitive than I’d expect, especially when I’m managing multiple spaces or trying to centralize control. As a result, both the initial setup and ongoing administration can take more time than necessary. It would be helpful to have simpler cross-space reporting, along with more flexible automation triggers to make managing everything across spaces smoother.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with limited visibility across projects and teams, but now we can centralize tasks, updates, and follow-ups in one place. This has strengthened coordination, made it easier to track progress, and helped us spot delays sooner. Overall, we have better control and a more efficient approach to project management.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I can't really think of anything positive about it.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is not very user-friendly, and its project structure doesn’t effectively support practical project management. The calendar views are difficult to navigate, customization tools can stop working unexpectedly, tagging projects is cumbersome, and there are no pre-built sections or tags for tracking budgets.

After struggling with Wrike for the past year, our team decided to switch to Asana, which is significantly easier to use and more effective for project management overall. When we informed Wrike of our decision, we were told that we were outside the 30-day cancellation window and had been automatically renewed for another year. Rather than showing any flexibility, they enforced a full 12-month commitment.

This approach feels like poor business practice. If a customer wants to leave because the product no longer meets their needs, they should be allowed to do so—rather than being locked into a contract against their will. Once our contract ends, I can confidently say we will not work with Wrike again.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s actually not solving our problems. We purchased Wrike to improve our project management, but it has significantly slowed our processes down. Many tasks that are easily handled in other project management tools are either difficult or not possible in Wrike, forcing our team to rely on additional tools and spreadsheets just to manage our work effectively.

The inability to easily cross-tag projects has also created unnecessary inefficiencies, leading to extra meetings that could have been avoided with more capable software. Before deciding to move away from Wrike, we conducted an efficiency audit and found that we were losing a significant amount of money due to the excessive time spent on administrative tasks that are unnecessarily cumbersome.

It’s especially disheartening to hear that the renewal process added even more stress when you’d already decided the product wasn’t the right fit.

That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we appreciate you calling it out so clearly. While we’re sorry to hear you’re moving on, your feedback matters and helps show us where we need to do better, both in the product and in how we work with customers.
