Very easy-to-use visual overview of timekeeping and tracking. Extremely simple to backtrack and make updates to projects from days or weeks in the past accurately. Reliable and comprehensive. It's very easy to use and integrates easily with email and Slack. I use it many times each day to stay on top of my projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike is very full of features, but sometimes its complexity is overkill. It can be challenging to navigate without training. As long as you stay within your established workflows, it's great, but trying to do something new or implement a new process can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There some great features of Wrike:
1. Customisable workflows as it can be tailored to fit different team and project sizes.
2. Strong Collaboration features
3. Automation and integration, as we have integrated it with slack as well as glean.
4. Good reporting and dashboards makes them easy to use.
5. Templates available at project level and scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few downsides:
1. The UI can be improved as it’s a little cluttered.
2. If not configured well, it can bombard your mailbox with a lot of notifications.
3. The mobile version has limited features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike has been a game-changer for our team. We’ve streamlined marketing tasks, automated workflows, and centralized our creative projects—all in one place. The automation tools make complex processes effortless, and the platform’s flexibility keeps everything organized and on track. It’s a must-have for productivity and collaboration! The main flaw is that subtasks cannot be used on recurrent tasks. Recurrent tasks make up a good portion of our use, so this is a major issue. I love the overall product so I work around it, but I hope this important feature will be added in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wrike helps us bring transparency to all of our projects. As we are growing as an organization, we are now saying that everything has to be in Wrike for our source of truth. Wrike has implemented a dashboard that allows us to create better transparency. This transparency is not just for the program team but also for people outside of our program. We have implemented a weekly readout that goes to many stakeholders to help keep everyone informed of our progress across our project portoflio. We love what Wrike has done with the Dashboards. Helping people understand Wrike right away. Moving people from Email, PowerPoint and excel can be overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can put projects in various folders. I like that I can add fields to help get the exact info I need. I like that I can see the timelog view, the gantt chart and the list view. All of those are very helpful in my daily processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the visualness of wrike. I don't like the search feature. No matter how hard I try, sometimes I just can't find what I am looking for! I don't like that the list view is going to go away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Wrike sucessfully for a few years, ultimately we needed to make a change to align with products more crutial to our day to day business.
We were using wrike to organize overall project planning as well as steps in a product development process. It worked well for project, but felt very "hacked" for product work.
Wirke Labs was great & provided access to new features often. Although we did not have ability to suggest new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The process for cancelling our account was very difficult. The billing (# of seats) was also very flexible to increase (pay more), but more difficult to reduce when business partnerships ended (example with extrnal users).
While Wrike offered integrations with other solutions like Jira, our business needs focused closer on Github & software (Jira). Wrike became another step in the process that team members saw asn an efficency loss to just check the box. The "hack" style of using it for product development was no better than using our other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that my entire team of 10+ members are able to use the platform in its free plan. The dashboard is easy to use and very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They could increase the number of active tasks to 250 or 300 from 200, in their free plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found Wrike's Work Intelligence suite to be particularly valuable. It helped me automated tasks and subtasks, predict project risks, and improve collaboration through automated response suggestions. For example, in managing complex workflows, automation capabilities have allowed me to focus on strategic planning rather than manual task management. I also like its flexibility and customization options like creating custom fields, statuses, or workflows, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
its complexity often undermines efficiency. For instance, onboarding my team took weeks, even seasoned members struggled with nested dependencies and cluttered dashboards. The mobile app’s limitations became noticeable during client site visits. I couldn’t adjust Gantt charts or resolve task conflicts on-the-fly, forcing redundant desktop work. There are also hidden costs like we faced a 40% renewal hike and discovered critical features like Slack integration required pricier tiers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you understand the way Wrike works, it's a great project management tool. Being able to have things reviewed in the app itself is awesome, the project system makes sense, and the way it organizes your personal tasks makes it easy to understand exactly what's on your workload today and what's coming up in the future. It took our team a long time to feel comfortable using Wrike. The learning curve is fairly steep and it takes everyone being on the same page to use it in such a way that it doesn't get messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike truly lives up to its promise of enhancing productivity. Ever since adopting this tool, I've experienced a remarkable shift in how I manage tasks. Everything's consolidated into one breathtaking platform, making collaboration with my team seamless. Its flexibility tailors perfectly to our varied projects, and efficiency levels have soared. Wrike is now my go-to for organized and hassle-free workflow management. It’s like having an organizational superpower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
