What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike is a flexible, robust tool that allows for a lot of customization. It's easy to use, and the training, training, and support are some of the best I've seen. New features are being rolled out frequently - they're very responsive to customer feedback, while still preserving a consistent experience and use of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

It is less supportive of Agile and software development; I think it's best suited for project management.

A thoughtful implementation matters in that you can easily develop too many blueprints and forms, but that's hardly the fault of Wrike - the flexibility is great overall. Having more pre-set templates might have helped to keep our proliferation of workflows, blueprints, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wrike has made work more visible across the organization, and helped to define workflows so that staff can concentrate on higher level activities. What do you like best about Wrike?

It is well organized. It's usually easy to find shared information. The reminders are good to have. Communication between teams is easy to track. Files are easy to share. What do you like best about Wrike?

I find the different timeline/schedule views to be helpful, especially the Gantt Chart view. You can also move out entire schedules very easily depending on if timing on a project shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

There isn't a direct way to have messaging between individuals or groups, unless you want to tag someone to ask a question in a certain task/project. I wish there was a better messaging system featured within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the platform to house all projects, along with tracking individual's time to those projects. It helps us map out timelines, communicate revisions to projects, and store any important links/information pertaining to our projects. It's one place to organize projects and keep track of project schedules, and that in turn has helped our team become more organized and uniform in project management. What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike creates many opportunities for collaboration & ease of contact. I have used Wrike every work day for 2 years, and I can only count on one hand when it has been down. You can also integrate different apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I dislike the comment feature in Wrike, more specifically the amount of time you have to edit a comment. I should be able to edit a comment no matter how long it's been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike makes it so easy to collaborate and get work done. Although we did an accelerated implementation, our team was able to get up-to-speed fairly quickly and work without issues through the busiest time of the year. Our entire marketing organization works in Wrike daily, in sharp contrast to previously working in 4 separate systems.

From project requests to scheduling to actual collaborating and accomplishing work, we have really hit our stride and have been able to reduce total cycle time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I haven't seen any downsides to using Wrike. We had some issues during the implementation of Wrike, but we realized that most of the issues were related to processes that had been put in place before we moved to Wrike. What do you like best about Wrike?

We like being able to create custom workflows (statuses), use custom form requests that translate into auto-generated tasks, roadmap with the calendar tool, and separate work between spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

We dislike that there is no dark mode, that you cannot assign tasks to a dummy account or role type for people with no access or who do not exist yet, that you can't view projects on the kanban board (only tasks), and that skins/themes for the UI are severely lacking (especially with the lack of dark mode). We use Wrike to visualize/share/track roadmaps at a high level, as well as manage the day-to-day tasks of projects. Wrike helps us keep organized within individual departments and share work across teams.
