Wrike is pretty easy to use and user-friendly as a whole and it's not overtly complex, so it works to get the job done but not much than that. Wrike on browser worked well but the desktop app is slow to load and mobile app isn't super user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Copy and pasting in Wrike doesn't work, and it has created unnecessary manual work for the user due to the fact that one need to type things out instead of copying and pasting from another task. Write also had limited capability to format tables in a task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the expansive features that you can use to keep track of your projects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can get a bit overwhelming with the amount of features until you understand them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wrike is extremely user-friendly, and wonderful for a team. The ability for multiple users to add details to projects, assign tasks and leave comments is fantastic. The review tool is also a great place to be able to track progress on an assignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The template creation is a bit draining, and there are no prefix/suffix options for projects that live under a parent task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highly intuitive interface, it has all kinds of tools for project development, it also has constant updates and improvements, I like its artificial intelligence features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration of Wrike into our company was quick, however, many of its functions were not known to us, so we had to read the manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Wrike, based on my experience, is that it is a great organization tool specially for teams that are located in different parts of the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though it is great to have a lot of personalization within the display of the tasks in the tool, it would be great to have some more standarized models or options, so that all teams can easily have the same structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a professional who is constantly on the move, the first part of Wrike that appeals to me is that I am able to use it from both my Computer and from my mobile devices.
Regarding usability, I love that Wrike is built around automating workflow. My team has leveraged this to automate specific tasks, especially repetitive ones like reminders and work structures. This has assisted my team as a whole to save up on time and align our workflows together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike's user interface can be better simplified to be more intuitive for first time users. Also, there is no way to modify any major settings on the mobile app , except I do it from my desktop computer. Basics such as muting notifications can only be done from the desktop. I really appreciate the organization of Wrike and how there are different options for views, table- list, etc. I also like how we can customize fields to suit our needs. I also like how you can edit documents in live time and it helps collaborate with other colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside of Wrike is the search feature. The search feature is not comprehensive. The security could also be enhanced a bit so that some users cannot make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Revision / Feedback on different versions of files.
Ability to create task based off of email from outlook extension Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is difficult to do almost anything from creating a task, to customizing a dashboard to see what you actually need to get done, to getting to gantt charts or any. Design is clunky and cluttered.
Mostly using this becuase the marketing team likes some of the features.
I do log into Wrike nearly every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
