What do you like best about Wrike?

It helps you organise your tasks and workflows in one window that can be tailored to handle complexities. This brings about efficiency and structure in not only managing my own tasks but also that of my reportees and making sure we're not missing out on tasks or deadlines. What do you like best about Wrike?

Projects and tasks can be managed through blueprints. Blueprints are composed of tasks and each task can have an assignee.

Tasks duration and time spent can be defined and reported to measure workforce usage.

Automations make it easy to remind assignees about pending tasks and also to activate successors when predecesors are completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Managing tasks in bulk is a bit challenging. Sometimes it is not possible to filter tasks using certain tasks attributes, forcing the user to do manual work.

Data import yo wrike from spreadsheets is not very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike has been an incredible tool for my organization as we have various types of meetings. What do you like best about Wrike?

I like how it categorizes tasks and projects. The way how it is seamlessly integrated with other platforms I currently use is an advantage. With just a few clicks, I can assign due dates, set reminders, and establish dependencies, ensuring that no important detail slips through the cracks.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

It would be very helpful if you could download attachments in bulk to save time and clicks, currently you have to download attachments one by one.

What do you like best about Wrike?

It is easy for different teams to use Wrike in the optimal way for them. Our team uses it to keep communicate and keep track of projects we have requested and other teams in our department use it to plan their workload. Wrike helps our large department stay on the same page. What do you like best about Wrike?

It is a very powerful platform for managing own projects with many different views available for the tasks and projects. It allows great collaboration by assigning tasks and sharing files between team members, and enabling oversight through customisable calendar views. What do you like best about Wrike?

- Dashboard function: The ability to track and get a summary of all my personal and group tasks is one of the best features of Wrike.

- Easy support & customer helpdesk: There are a lot of FAQs that are easily accessible and also the customer support is just around the corner (through email or live chat)

- Approval feature & guest review: Easy to implement approval feature to different stakeholders even ones without Wrike license.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

- The ability to customize the field of task: ie. to write free-form text, floating post-it, etc

- The notification: Hard to navigate which notification should be coming to email and how to categorize this notification based on level of collaboration (asssigned/ follow/ or only tag within the task)

What do you like best about Wrike?

It's easy to use and allows us to stay on top of projects. I love the dashboard feature, and working within the projects is straightforward. Our company switched from a competitor, and Wrike was definitely the better choice. I don't see how companies could stay on top of projects without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I wish the request forms were more built out and easier to create. Dating tasks and subtasks can be confusing on the dashboard view when working with a date range. I also find sorting projects from oldest to newest to not always work the way I think it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small internal group that handles the marketing of over 700 branches at our company. These tasks range from things like grand openings, customer events, product promotions, large fundraising concerts, trade shows, etc. We could never keep track of all of the tasks that our design, digital, and field teams would have to manage without Wrike. It keeps us organized and is a great way to refer back to past projects as well. The blueprints are so useful as some of the incoming requests are identical with different details. Sometimes, with so many ways to utilize Wrike, I think it can be hard for new users to understand. Maybe a suggested format on how to set things up and use certain workflows for various project types can help new users get familiar with the system quicker? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
