I love most that the Wrike team has been so responsive in hearing our suggestions and transparently tracking them through ideation phase to new feature. While our entire company utilizes wrike daily, each team has it's own space set up to cater to their individual needs. This has allowed for us to remain highly collaborative and transparent without the need for unique software for each team. While it does not eliminate the need for other communication based tools, Wrike has many built in integrations that allows knowledge transferring between software with realtive ease. While this tool is mostly a one size fits all piece of software, there are additional features I would like to see added in the future for teams that deal with more technical work such as including code block functionality within task descriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its simplicity and flexibility. It's easy for newcomers to dive straight in, and deep configurability keeps you coming back for more. There's strong documentation, community, and customer support to keep you on the rails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having all this in an integrated platform that plays well with others is not free. Even Collaborator licenses for occasional light use can cost if you exceed the agreed ratio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to see what the rest of my team is working and when. I have tasks in Wrike that are dependant on others completing their tasks and it is very helpful to see where someone else is at. The visibility into project tasks helps me plan my week and my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't anything that I dislike. The things that bother me, I am able to change in the personalized settings. I was getting too many emails updates and then I realized that I could manage what I received in my settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wrike is completely customizable and can handle the most minutae of details or nuances when it comes to taks and project management. The reporting tools are comprehensive, the automations reduce repetitive tasks, and the request forms make it easier than ever for our clients to get in touch with us. Wrike is a sandbox, like Salesforce, and you really need someone on your team who can dedicate their time to learning the platform and setting it up in a way that works for your organization. There's not a one-size-fits-all set up, and there's not supposed to be. The level of customization that Wrike allows for is what makes it the best tool for any organization because any organization can use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be a bit convoluted at first, and you can get yourself split into too many things- spaces, projects, folders, but once you figure those out, they are must-haves. We've learned a bit less segmentation is better; you have to figure out how it works best for your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is my agency's one-stop shop for all task management. We use it everyday across every department, to keep track of various clients, timelines, resourcing, and dependent projects. The segmentation tools are very useful to track employee's time across specific projects and clients, and the integration with Gmail makes task loading that much quicker. When you know how to use it well, it works well. But it can take a while to learn the intricacies of it and even now, 2 years after starting, I'm still learning about some functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our group has utilized the Enterprise Standard arrangement of a project management platform. We have found that it permits customization to meet our team's particular needs. Having the option to change workflows and views to coordinate with our objectives is helpful for maintaining efficiency.
However, it merits observing that our involvement depends on a plan that does not have a portion of the further developed features accessible in higher tier plans. So we have not had the chance to investigate the full scope of capacities.
For groups not firmly following nimble techniques, this stage emerges for its simplicity of use. It empowers clear task following and project management without a steep expectation to learn and adapt. This makes it simple for colleagues to rapidly get up to speed and contribute without getting slowed down by complex cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For groups utilizing agile methodologies, there are zones that could potentially be improved in this platform:
Absence of Embedded Agile Capabilities: Our team has noted that inherent features explicitly intended for agile reporting, tracking, and versioning are not present. This requires investing extra time to adjust the platform to viably support agile practices.
Continuing Development: It is evident that the stage is as yet developing and adjusting. Moving from an item-driven task tracking arrangement to one that completely receives agile SDLC standards is an progressing procedure. Further development is expected to address the complex needs of agile groups in a thorough manner.
The objective is to give constructive feedback while avoiding charged language that could be seen as overly negative or critical. Please let me know if this revised version better achieves a neutral tone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the flexibility I have with Wrike to create not only project management plans, but also Requests that we can use for kicking off workflow projects. I alao like Wrike's products support. A Wrike consultant helped us effectively design an artwork approval process that satisfied the needs of the users and approvers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not Wrike itself, but the fact that users need to keep their status' updated. I also wish we had the ability to track on-time against due dates without needing Wrike Analyze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
