As the Creative Director at M Agency, we have seen a significant decrease in length of project timelines as our project manager has more options to help our team stay on track through Wrike. We use it daily for all of our projects and our team is easily able to understand the day to day tasks they are assigned along with how much time is available to them and they can communicate to eachother right inside the task. The biggest game changer for our agency has been the approvals process in Wrike, allowing us to integrate with Adobe and Slack and easily leave notes and changes that can also be referred back to quickly. We have reached out to customer support many times as we are always looking for ways to uplevel our Wrike experience and get the most out of the program that we can. Our rep has always been quick to help and able to help us continue to easily implement new systems in Wrike to continually get the most out of our experience with the program. Wrike can be overwhelming at first. The app is so vast that we had to go into it with a phased implementation and there have been times where we have had to rethink the way we use it and backtrack, but with an open mind, we have ben able to navigate these challenges. I do like that I can see my projects in mulitple views depending on what's most helpful to me at the time (e.g. gantt vs. board view). I also like that I can select the tasks by person. Setting up your own dashboard is also a nice feature and connecting to my work email so that I don't miss tags also comes in handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems like it can be a bit complex for others to learn how to use it. I also sometimes find that the search feature doesn't bring up everything even with key words in the title of the project name. It seems to bring up old things instead of the newest and sometimes doesn't find them at all... just wish the results were more relevant to what I put in. As a frequent, daily user of the tool, I wish there was a way to sync tasks start and end dates to my calendar and for there to be flexibility in what I want to add to my outlook calendar. I also wish there was a reply all capability to reply to all those tagged in a previous comment vs. having to Cc specific individuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can communicate with my team and easily see the overview of larger project. Once you understand the structure of wrike, it's easy to communicate with stakeholders and teammates. I really like how my project managers can add dependencies to tasks, and I can easily see what needs to be done before I get started on my projects. I also really enjoy the dashboard tab so I can see what items I need to review from my teammates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike is a little complicated from a user perspective when first starting to use a project management software. I also think the browser verison of wrike is less buggy than the desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike has been one of the best programs I have used to date. Wrike helps manage the workflow of multiple projects and reminds you when you have items that need to be done. It really helps streamline items that involve multiple team members. My favorite spot is the dashboard as it helps visualize what you need to do for a day. You can split up work based on a shared workspace with team members and a personal one so that you remember what you need to be done. Adding widgets to your workspace also help you see how others in your team are doing or for you to organize your tasks based on a predetermined mode. As each task is assigned to a person you can also pull reports so you know how much work you have done in a time frame Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not a fan of the recent wrike update to a new experience. If you have multiple workspaces, the update causes navigation a tedious job because you will need to press more buttons to access your folders and projects list. Occasionally, wrike also adjusts my widgets without my permission. For example, I would have widgets I created for myself in my shared workspace and wrike would move those widgets to my personal but will not retain the settings I noted to use them. Similarly, my team members' workspaces would show up even though I did not set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how customisable it is, and how I can build inputs to present the information that I need for my specific project. It's simple and intuitive and it's creating great value. The support that I get from my Wrike support team is exceptional too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike anything. I think you should be able to duplicate custom item types though. Seems like an obvious feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amount of configuration options enable specific teams or users to set-up and navigate their spaces effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Steep learning curve for new users and discourage initial use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love most that the Wrike team has been so responsive in hearing our suggestions and transparently tracking them through ideation phase to new feature. While our entire company utilizes wrike daily, each team has it's own space set up to cater to their individual needs. This has allowed for us to remain highly collaborative and transparent without the need for unique software for each team. While it does not eliminate the need for other communication based tools, Wrike has many built in integrations that allows knowledge transferring between software with realtive ease. While this tool is mostly a one size fits all piece of software, there are additional features I would like to see added in the future for teams that deal with more technical work such as including code block functionality within task descriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its simplicity and flexibility. It's easy for newcomers to dive straight in, and deep configurability keeps you coming back for more. There's strong documentation, community, and customer support to keep you on the rails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having all this in an integrated platform that plays well with others is not free. Even Collaborator licenses for occasional light use can cost if you exceed the agreed ratio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
