Our group has utilized the Enterprise Standard arrangement of a project management platform. We have found that it permits customization to meet our team's particular needs. Having the option to change workflows and views to coordinate with our objectives is helpful for maintaining efficiency.
However, it merits observing that our involvement depends on a plan that does not have a portion of the further developed features accessible in higher tier plans. So we have not had the chance to investigate the full scope of capacities.
For groups not firmly following nimble techniques, this stage emerges for its simplicity of use. It empowers clear task following and project management without a steep expectation to learn and adapt. This makes it simple for colleagues to rapidly get up to speed and contribute without getting slowed down by complex cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For groups utilizing agile methodologies, there are zones that could potentially be improved in this platform:
Absence of Embedded Agile Capabilities: Our team has noted that inherent features explicitly intended for agile reporting, tracking, and versioning are not present. This requires investing extra time to adjust the platform to viably support agile practices.
Continuing Development: It is evident that the stage is as yet developing and adjusting. Moving from an item-driven task tracking arrangement to one that completely receives agile SDLC standards is an progressing procedure. Further development is expected to address the complex needs of agile groups in a thorough manner.
The objective is to give constructive feedback while avoiding charged language that could be seen as overly negative or critical. Please let me know if this revised version better achieves a neutral tone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the project management platform we used previously, it was challenging to gain visibility to projects that other team members didn't share directly. The option to create a departmental space is an absolute game changer—now, all our team members can see projects currently in progress without wondering if they have been shared in or not.
The option to view projects and tasks in a kanban board or as a Gantt chart has helped us communicate as a team while moving projects forward, especially with the instant notifications that the next step is ready to be made in the process. Plus, having the capability to @-mention team members has eased our use of Slack and reduced our time spent managing Slack messages overall. It's increased our efficiently as a team to keep conversations visible to all team members as we re-delegated projects as needed.
Not to mention Wrike's excellent online, at-your-own-pace learning tracks—these helped get our team up to speed quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there is very little that I have found to dislike about Wrike. Once you've learned how folders, projects, and tasks work with dashboards and kanban views, it makes project establishment easy. We have had some challenges in customizing widgets in dashboards and creating dashboards for visibility outside of our development, but Wrike's onboarding team has been so helpful in answering our many questions.
There are so many ways for project managers to establish projects in Wrike. Our team created an onboarding subcommittee to identify how our department will use the team space and our best practices to create, share, and communicate. Our licensure includes collaborators, which make it easy to add external members who do not have a license for visibility. I strongly suggest creating an onboarding committee to set your team up for success during the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike streamlines the company workflow! I started working with Knorr just over a year ago and Wrike was new to me. With a little demistration(and some notes) i was ready to use Wrike in no time! The Ease from moving from Job to Job and how to search , have dashboards has been a piece of cake. I am on wrike for 100% of my jobs checking in with each step to move onto the next. I can see when others tasks are due as well as look for link and uploaded documents. I have not had to use customer support but when my company had a Issue it was fixed quickly. Sometimes I need to minamize my screen to use a scroll bar in some of the areas that i am in. I find its harder to use when just on my laptop than when I am connected to the bigger screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Optimizing our project plans and customer engagement opportunities with Wrike spaces and project cross-tagging fast-tracked our overall onboarding timelines, and provided a simple way to track team utilization on projects through subproject time log summaries. The differential blueprints creating new projects based on conditional fields in Salesforce via the Workato automation have given us much more control over scope-creep and capacity planning. Have to call out Wrike's success and support team, as well as their community, all of which ensure that there is a solution to almost any problem you throw at the tool. Wrike is not a beginner's tool. It requires a clear vision of project structure and data hygiene across systems to implement effectively. The reporting functionality, in particular dashboards, is not as user friendly as similar tools in the space, although the robust support for custom fields allows for ad hoc reporting via .csv to external dashboarding tools. Very easy-to-use visual overview of timekeeping and tracking. Extremely simple to backtrack and make updates to projects from days or weeks in the past accurately. Reliable and comprehensive. It's very easy to use and integrates easily with email and Slack. I use it many times each day to stay on top of my projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike is very full of features, but sometimes its complexity is overkill. It can be challenging to navigate without training. As long as you stay within your established workflows, it's great, but trying to do something new or implement a new process can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wrike helps us bring transparency to all of our projects. As we are growing as an organization, we are now saying that everything has to be in Wrike for our source of truth. Wrike has implemented a dashboard that allows us to create better transparency. This transparency is not just for the program team but also for people outside of our program. We have implemented a weekly readout that goes to many stakeholders to help keep everyone informed of our progress across our project portoflio. We love what Wrike has done with the Dashboards. Helping people understand Wrike right away. Moving people from Email, PowerPoint and excel can be overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can put projects in various folders. I like that I can add fields to help get the exact info I need. I like that I can see the timelog view, the gantt chart and the list view. All of those are very helpful in my daily processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the visualness of wrike. I don't like the search feature. No matter how hard I try, sometimes I just can't find what I am looking for! I don't like that the list view is going to go away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike truly lives up to its promise of enhancing productivity. Ever since adopting this tool, I've experienced a remarkable shift in how I manage tasks. Everything's consolidated into one breathtaking platform, making collaboration with my team seamless. Its flexibility tailors perfectly to our varied projects, and efficiency levels have soared. Wrike is now my go-to for organized and hassle-free workflow management. It’s like having an organizational superpower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, there have been no big downsides to the product. Will update the review if anything pops up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automations within tasks and projects are amazing. We have set up automations so that when a date is entered into a cusom field, an entirely new task is created for a different department to complete. The task stays within the project, but also displays in the other team's work queue. Both teams can monitor the progress of the task and project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At Molex, Wrike serves as our primary tool for managing our Strategic Marketing PMO efforts. We utilize it as one platform to record, organize, and track all projects. We love the use of submission forms and workflows. They allow us to capture project request details and integrate them effortlessly into our plans, minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Wrike’s blueprints are a game changer! Blueprints have standardized our project initiation, promoting consistency and efficiency across all global teams. All teams understand that work, communication and approvals must be tracked in Wrike. Most recently, we created an onboarding blueprint for our vendors and internal hires. This has saved us a ton of time and it quickly brings new team members up to speed with clear Wrike training expectations and timelines.
Our teams and management also enjoy Wrike's dashboards and real-time reporting. These allow for constant transparency into project statuses and team performance.
Their most recent release of dynamic dates with automations will be an immense time saver as we move to a more Agile work approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Difficulties with SharePoint folder creation integration. However, this is a minimal inconvenience considering we can create a recipe using their Workato integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
