I believe I can say this on behalf of all the users in my organization that the user interface of Wrike is easy to get used to and understand. It is regularly updated, and the bugs that are found might be solved quickly because I have never come across any bugs in the entire duration I have used Wrike to manage tasks and projects. Another thing that I love the most about Wrike is its mobile application. It allows us to use it from anywhere and expect the same user interface and productivity that we use on the web browser of our computer system. There aren't many problems that I can think of, but there is always scope to improve something, and the things I noticed while using Wrike was that the tasks created a long time ago are really hard to find once they are completed or when it's been a while since those tasks have been accessed. There were plenty of such instances where we had to put in a lot of time trying to find old tasks, especially if you do not recall a keyword that was used in the title of the task.
Another important bug that should be looked into is that when typing in the description box of a task, an email is sent to all the stakeholders even before you finalize the content of the description, which is a hassle. A delay or pause should be added, or if one already exists, it should be increased so that an email is sent to the stakeholders only after the entire description is added to the task. With the project management platform we used previously, it was challenging to gain visibility to projects that other team members didn't share directly. The option to create a departmental space is an absolute game changer—now, all our team members can see projects currently in progress without wondering if they have been shared in or not.
The option to view projects and tasks in a kanban board or as a Gantt chart has helped us communicate as a team while moving projects forward, especially with the instant notifications that the next step is ready to be made in the process. Plus, having the capability to @-mention team members has eased our use of Slack and reduced our time spent managing Slack messages overall. It's increased our efficiently as a team to keep conversations visible to all team members as we re-delegated projects as needed.

Honestly, there is very little that I have found to dislike about Wrike. Once you've learned how folders, projects, and tasks work with dashboards and kanban views, it makes project establishment easy. We have had some challenges in customizing widgets in dashboards and creating dashboards for visibility outside of our development, but Wrike's onboarding team has been so helpful in answering our many questions.
There are so many ways for project managers to establish projects in Wrike. Our team created an onboarding subcommittee to identify how our department will use the team space and our best practices to create, share, and communicate. Our licensure includes collaborators, which make it easy to add external members who do not have a license for visibility. Wrike streamlines the company workflow! I started working with Knorr just over a year ago and Wrike was new to me. With a little demistration(and some notes) i was ready to use Wrike in no time! The Ease from moving from Job to Job and how to search , have dashboards has been a piece of cake. I am on wrike for 100% of my jobs checking in with each step to move onto the next. I can see when others tasks are due as well as look for link and uploaded documents. I have not had to use customer support but when my company had a Issue it was fixed quickly. Optimizing our project plans and customer engagement opportunities with Wrike spaces and project cross-tagging fast-tracked our overall onboarding timelines, and provided a simple way to track team utilization on projects through subproject time log summaries. The differential blueprints creating new projects based on conditional fields in Salesforce via the Workato automation have given us much more control over scope-creep and capacity planning. Wrike is not a beginner's tool. It requires a clear vision of project structure and data hygiene across systems to implement effectively. The reporting functionality, in particular dashboards, is not as user friendly as similar tools in the space, although the robust support for custom fields allows for ad hoc reporting via .csv to external dashboarding tools. Wrike helps us bring transparency to all of our projects. As we are growing as an organization, we are now saying that everything has to be in Wrike for our source of truth. Wrike has implemented a dashboard that allows us to create better transparency. This transparency is not just for the program team but also for people outside of our program. Automations within tasks and projects are amazing. We have set up automations so that when a date is entered into a cusom field, an entirely new task is created for a different department to complete. At Molex, Wrike serves as our primary tool for managing our Strategic Marketing PMO efforts. We utilize it as one platform to record, organize, and track all projects. We love the use of submission forms and workflows. They allow us to capture project request details and integrate them effortlessly into our plans, minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Wrike’s blueprints are a game changer! Blueprints have standardized our project initiation, promoting consistency and efficiency across all global teams. All teams understand that work, communication and approvals must be tracked in Wrike. Most recently, we created an onboarding blueprint for our vendors and internal hires. This has saved us a ton of time and it quickly brings new team members up to speed with clear Wrike training expectations and timelines.
Our teams and management also enjoy Wrike's dashboards and real-time reporting. These allow for constant transparency into project statuses and team performance.
