Wrike has helped us consistently track our campaigns and projects on day to day basis. We can easily collaborate with clients and relevant teams through real-time updates, file sharing, and task comment options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For simpler or small projects, Wrike might feel overwhelming due to it's variety of features and too many steps, which again forces people to use mails for communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the project management platform we used previously, it was challenging to gain visibility to projects that other team members didn't share directly. The option to create a departmental space is an absolute gamer changer—now, all our team members can see projects currently in progress without wondering if they have been shared in or not.
The option to view projects and tasks in a kanban board or as a Gantt chart has helped us communicate as a team while moving projects forward, especially with the instant notifications that the next step is ready to be made in the process. Plus, having the capability to @-mention team members has eased our use of Slack and reduced our time spent managing Slack messages overall. It's increased our efficiently as a team to keep conversations visible to all team members as we re-delegated projects as needed.
Not to mention Wrike's excellent online, at-your-own-pace learning tracks—these helped get our team up to speed quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there is very little that I have found to dislike about Wrike. Once you've learned how folders, projects, and tasks work with dashboards and kanban views, it makes project establishment easy. We have had some challenges in customizing widgets in dashboards and creating dashboards for visibility outside of our development, but Wrike's onboarding team has been so helpful in answering our many questions.
There are so many ways for project managers to establish projects in Wrike. Our team created an onboarding subcommittee to identify how our department will use the team space and our best practices to create, share, and communicate. Our licensure includes collaborators, which make it easy to add external members who do not have a license for visibility. I strongly suggest creating an onboarding committee to set your team up for success during the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Optimizing our project plans and customer engagement opportunities with Wrike spaces and project cross-tagging fast-tracked our overall onboarding timelines, and provided a simple way to track team utilization on projects through subproject time log summaries. The differential blueprints creating new projects based on conditional fields in Salesforce via the Workato automation have given us much more control over scope-creep and capacity planning. Have to call out Wrike's success and support team, as well as their community, all of which ensure that there is a solution to almost any problem you throw at the tool. Wrike is not a beginner's tool. It requires a clear vision of project structure and data hygiene across systems to implement effectively. The reporting functionality, in particular dashboards, is not as user friendly as similar tools in the space, although the robust support for custom fields allows for ad hoc reporting via .csv to external dashboarding tools. Wrike helps us bring transparency to all of our projects. As we are growing as an organization, we are now saying that everything has to be in Wrike for our source of truth. Wrike has implemented a dashboard that allows us to create better transparency. This transparency is not just for the program team but also for people outside of our program. We have implemented a weekly readout that goes to many stakeholders to help keep everyone informed of our progress across our project portoflio. We love what Wrike has done with the Dashboards. Helping people understand Wrike right away. Moving people from Email, PowerPoint and excel can be overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike truly lives up to its promise of enhancing productivity. Ever since adopting this tool, I've experienced a remarkable shift in how I manage tasks. Everything's consolidated into one breathtaking platform, making collaboration with my team seamless. Its flexibility tailors perfectly to our varied projects, and efficiency levels have soared. Wrike is now my go-to for organized and hassle-free workflow management. It’s like having an organizational superpower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, there have been no big downsides to the product. Will update the review if anything pops up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automations within tasks and projects are amazing. We have set up automations so that when a date is entered into a cusom field, an entirely new task is created for a different department to complete. The task stays within the project, but also displays in the other team's work queue. Both teams can monitor the progress of the task and project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limitations on the amount of data that can be entered into the Data Hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It costs extra for analyze, integrate, and more rows in Datahub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike has a great support team who will reach back out quickly to help with any issues. So far, I have had same day responses from the support team and they will walk me through to make sure I understand, which I appreciate. The online help page has been a great resource as well. The project teams have jumped right in and quickly adapted to the system and uses it consistently as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve is a bit of a challenge. There are many helpful features - it's just getting to the point of using them and testing that can be a bit time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We leverage so many of Wrike's features, it's tough to pick just the best. The automation engine is powerful and makes it easy to work smarter. I love the New Dashboards - I use them every day to clearly visualize my work and the work for my project teams. The customer support team is fast at responding to any bugs or issues, and we adore our customer success manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Wrike licensing isn't the most flexible - you have to purchase in packages of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are constantly finding new ways to use Wrike. Once team members are introduced, they think of new use cases frequently.
The best thing about Wrike for my team is that it is infinitely tinkerable. If one solution doesn't work, we just rethink and reimplement. It's so easy!
The customer support is also fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the auto-follow feature on tasks can cause inbox spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Helps grow work beyond collaboration to co-creation! Simple tools and complex ones too. Grows with your usage over years and years. But the thing I like best is the outstanding customer service. Whether you're planning an implementation, need to meet with your dedicated Customer Service Manager or attend their excellent user conferences, even have a problem with a report you cannot figure out, Wrike staff is there everytime you need them. Nothing really! Leadership wants the stars and moon and sun but it takes hours and hours, maybe months and month to gather and input needed data, the tool takes socialization and support from leadership, managers, and staff to push and support the usage of the tool (read: behavior change) over time. Easy to kill adoption will over delivery sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
