I like the customer service best! The Whip Around staff is incredible as they as willing to spend the time to explan and assist us with learning and managing the program. Ginger and Stephanie are second to none! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are opportunites to improve things such as defaulting to the Team Manager's team when adding drivers and assets, instead of defaulting to another team and putting the Team Managers names in alphabetical order in the service programs to make it easier to find them. With that said, these are just two examples of recommendations we made that are either fixed and working or in for consideration on a trouble ticket. They listen to me, the customer! I really like the efficiency at which our drivers are able to review the health of their truck or pump and communicate back to our mechanic teams on what needs to be corrected. It took our team less than 2 minutes to get signed in and working with the program. Our customer support representative Sebastian has been awesome and extremely helpful in sending videos and sharing the newest features. Our team of 5 drivers utilize the program twice a day and it has allowed us to stay on top of maintenance. We are excited to learn more about purchase orders and fuel tracking. I enjoy how drivers can complete inspections with ease and it has flexible access for the administration team to view any shipping information that may be needed. The forms are flexible to create to adhere to the needs of your fleet. There is also a proactiveness with maintenance services by creating service schedules that are consistently tracked with the mileage input of driver inspections. With the ability to enter mileage, sometimes maintenance services are scattered due to human error. This can cause our team to question the services that are due sometimes. There are also times where billing is somewhat misconstrued due to some units going in and out of our fleet, which causes administration to delete current vehicles, then put them back into the system for use. What I like best about Whip Around is its intuitive customization options, which make it easy to tailor inspections to specific needs, and the automated reminders that help ensure nothing is overlooked in fleet maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our drivers use Whiparound to track their monthly maintenance records and the app makes it such a simple process. We can easily pull data and stored documents which makes tracking maintenance for our entire fleet very easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like users to be able to easily edit or fix previously submitted maintenance recaps if they've listed incorrect information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Whip Around is the ASSET tab. Being able to keep all of my fleets invoices, permits, insurance, ect. in a neat and orginized format is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is hard to find a downside to using Whip Around. Before my company had this, our orginization was in chaos.

The staff is vert helpful and does a great job offering solutions. i even received a personal visit fromWhip Around due to the unique nature of our business. They constantly upgrading and adding new features and the staff helps you work through the implementation of them. Truthfully the only down is being able to intergrate with a shop management system . however i think that is being working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is good control of your units, with the history of each one, the information is easier to see, scheduling services, the registration of units is simple, and above all, I like that the system is very user-friendly and very comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I best like the ease of use and simplicity of Whip Around. Eveerything you need from either side of the spectrum. It is super simple to use. We have over 150 assets and the service maintenance programs help keep us on track with all the services, plus you can customize programs to alert you for other things. You can upload pictures to assist the shop with repairs. We use the system on a daily basis and it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I wish the reports were more customizable and you could just change the asset on a work order if the wrong unit was used instead of having to delete and start all over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
