The company I currently work for implimented Fleetio a few months back. Since, we've been able to track damages to our trucks / equipment. We are now able to hold our drivers accountable. Each driver does a Pre / Post - trip inspection with Fleetio. Once completed on their end - I can log into my account and see all photos taken, what they passed or failed, etc. There's everything you can think of to put on the inspections. We made it require them to take photos of the coolant, oil dipstick, the interior of the truck (for cleanliness), the exterior for damage. It's been a massive help for us. There are many other great features - But for me as a supervisor, what I said above was beyond worth the investment to me. We use it everyday, and it hasn't failed us yet! The only "issue" I have isn't even with Fleetio technically. I still have to notify our mechanic of issues via phone call, text, or email. But that is our problem, not a problem with the app itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Fleetio is by far the simplicity of use. Anyone can easily learn how to use this system in a short period of time and start using it. Additionally, it has a full suite of features that are really valuable to any Fleet managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is somewhat expensive and the implementation process was very poor. The teams and people you're assiged were not great. They rusg you through the process and provide limited, very generic training. I wish it was more customized. But once you get past the initial implementation then things get better. One of the biggest reasons I chose Fleetio was the digital PTI and the paperless shop. The ability for Operations, Dispatch and Maintenance to have the same real-time information will be a giant step forward. The system was easy to get started with and very intuitive to use. Fleetio is as big or small as you need it to be. It tracks our vehicles, info, when service and registration is due, our drivers use the app to do the vehicle inspections that can be set up immediately. It is our fleet management tool. The support is there and training tools. I use it several times a day. It ingtegrates well with our fuel card vendor. It is easy to implement and start up right away. Fleetio is simple to use and quite flexible. Integrates well with telematics devices. It's a little thing, but I like that you can set a picture of the vehicle/equipment in the description. Makes it easy to identify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
