"Seamless Integration, Excellent User Adoption Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I like most about Whatfix is that it´s very user-friendly. The integration is seamless, so from an end user´s perspective, you don´t feel like you´re switching to another tool. It maintains a look and feel that users can easily recognize from the main system. Whatfix can also be integrated with your own repositories, and its AI capabilities can retrieve and summarize information to answer any questions a user might have - directly within the system. What do you dislike about Whatfix?

One area where I think Whatfix could improve is the interaction between the different tools they offer. For example, when we explored using the Mirror function, we realized that it requires a significant amount of effort to recreate all the guides we had already built, just to reproduce them one-to-one in Mirror. Going forward, I would really like to see stronger interoperability and a more seamless connection between the various Whatfix tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really useful tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

It’s a great way to flag changes or create warnings and considerations in your ATS/CRM system. It’s flexible in how you can call things out, and you can choose exactly where to place the alert, the circumstances in which you want the message to be activated, and when it shouldn’t show.

It’s highly configurable, and you can also use it to direct people through a process flow. The Whatfix team are very helpful with coaching and recommending ways you can use it best for what you want to do. It is easy to try out and then implement in your production environment. "Effective Feature Adoption with Stellar Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like that the account and support team at Whatfix are always there to help us and consult us. They are ready to unblock issues with a quick turnaround time and propose best practices for building enablement content. The tool is easy to use, and even though a few things could be more intuitive, the support team makes up for it. I also find that building flows, beacons, and pop-ups is very easy with Whatfix. Sometimes targeting specific elements is not easy and needs intervention from the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"White-Glove Support and Unmatched Tracking Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

The customer support received not only during the implementation process but the continued support is “white glove” quality. The pairing of support partners with the knowledge of the platform we have the software implemented in has been fantastic. Being able to lean on the partners for recommendations of content and how to navigate the analytics is so valuable.

The analytics that can be obtained through the tracking is something that we haven’t been able to get from anything else e have looked at or used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible Support and Innovation That Tackles Our Business Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has been an incredible partner for us. They provide a high level of support, genuinely listen to our feedback, and continue to innovate with new solutions that help address our business challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Our biggest challenge with Whatfix isn’t the tool itself; it’s that our business and technology leaders don’t yet have enough awareness of it. More than anything, this is a change-management issue: getting these key stakeholders on board and helping them understand the impact it can have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional In-App Guidance and Analytics for Seamless User Adoption"
5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I find most helpful about Whatfix is its in-app guidance, which offers users on-demand, step-by-step training and immediate self-help support. Some of the main benefits of using Whatfix are a reduction in support tickets thanks to AI-powered resource aggregation, quicker user adoption of new processes, and more effective change management through contextual tips and pop-ups. Additionally, its robust analytics empower organizations to make data-driven decisions regarding user adaptability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Currently , I don't have any specific dislikes about Whatfix,

as the product is constantly improving its new features and updates that contribute to better user experience.

One suggestion I would like to offer is to introduce a rule for the beacon so that it does not disappear when clicked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful platform with excellent support for teams ready to invest the time"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I value most about Whatfix is the Support and Customer Success team. They are attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist. Their follow-ups are consistent, their guidance is clear, and they ensure that nothing is overlooked or forgotten.

On top of that, the platform’s analytics, reporting capabilities, and AI-powered search tools are incredibly helpful for gaining insights into user behavior and driving platform adoption. Whatfix also provides effective ways to showcase new features and guide users through workflows, which significantly enhances the value of our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Certain aspects of the platform are not particularly intuitive, especially when first starting out. Many features seem to require technical support, making it difficult to work independently without some form of guidance. The onboarding process was also rather intensive and, at times, overwhelming, with lengthy training sessions and several handovers between different team members. "Intuitive In-Context Content Creation with Outstanding Whatfix Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really enjoy working in Whatfix Studio. Being able to create pop-ups, smart tips, and beacons while seeing them in context makes the whole process much easier and far more intuitive. It removes a lot of the guesswork from building content and is great for previewing items.

On top of that, the Whatfix team has been amazing—always helpful, quick to respond, and ready to jump in whenever I need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Implementation for visibility can be complicated depending on your platforms needs, and you can't currently preview localized content ahead of publishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Tool with Outstanding Onboarding Capabilities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really appreciate Whatfix's intuitive no-code authoring, which allows non-technical teams to create or update in-app guides without having to rely on developers. This flexibility is highly valued. I like how the guides adapt to user roles, workflows, or skill levels, making support feel relevant and timely. The analytics and insights feature is another aspect I love, as it lets teams track which guides users interact with or ignore, helping them refine processes and prioritize improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Some users find it overly complex for basic use cases, especially if they only need simple tooltips or documentation. Pricing can be steep for small businesses or teams with limited budgets, especially for advanced features. There are occasional technical glitches with reports of minor bugs, such as guides not triggering correctly or delays in updates in certain integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
