Most helpful is the amount of self help and training videos there is on the the What Fix website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the customer service can be slow to reach someone. Also it takes some time before the flows actully update from "Draft" stage to "ready" stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variety of different content available to be created and the ability to custimize the content to suit end user needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of stability and unreliability of content. I feel this is particular to desktop application experience. All of our content needs to be manually custimized and troubleshooted by WhatFix support before being able to work successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The amount of support received from the team. There was a lot of training on how to use the platform plus, assistance when it came time to create content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't think of anything that I dislike about Whatfix Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Whatfix Studio UI is easy to use and provides a very rich feature set to drive product adoption—we're able to customize onboarding flows and add specific tooltips per tenant (account) and per user. Especially, the ability to identify specific elements in the product (we use AG grid which makes it tricky) is critical for us and Whatfix was the only tool among the ones evaluated that delivered that.
Their implementation is hands-on and well managed. Also, the continuous checkins and support from their team is great! Recently integrated GitBook (our knowledge base) based on their suggestion and this has made the user experience more contextual based on the action they're taking. One area for improvement would be the learning curve with the functionalities related to identifying elements via CSS. Their support team was very quick in helping us here, and we do this by ourselves now, but the UX flow for this could be made easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my time working with WhatFix, I've grown passionate about digital adoption and what we can hope to gain for our users increased satisfaction and efficiencies.
But my favorite is working with great people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was some confusion on who was supporting our account and they made things a little awkward. But Deepak helped clear it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stands out most is the product's ability to navigate the intricacies of our enterprise applications. Unlike other solutions, Whatfix DAP excels in providing effective guidance in the context of our complex workflows. This adaptability has significantly contributed to a smoother onboarding process for our teams.
The collaborative and proactive approach of Whatfix's support teams has been a highlight. Their responsiveness and commitment to treating our project as if it were their own have fostered a sense of partnership. The collaborative problem-solving sessions and dedication to finding optimal solutions have established a strong foundation for our ongoing collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The primary challenge revolves around technical issues, but it's acknowledged as a common aspect of software products. Despite encountering technical hiccups, the emphasis on listening to customer feedback and promptly resolving issues reflects a customer-centric approach. The belief that day by day, the product is evolving and becoming more refined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a great tool for new associates to your company. It can improve their time to proficiency as well as assure your customer experience will be strong regardless of time with the company. Existing associates also find it helpful when getting to random calls that you only get a few times per year. Having WhatFix self help allows the associate to quickly find the information they need in their moment of need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see whatfix be able to integrate with Seismic technology to allow searching with the outside tool to avoid duplication of help guides that have already been built. Seismic also needs to be open to this interaction with WhatFix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support has always been prompt, plus the product is easy to navigate for the customers completing the flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes editing a flow can be challenging, as well as some of the language on the back end of the product and support material is written more for a coding specialist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the Whatfix product as it helps connect important information to users in a timely fashion. However, the collabortion with the Whatfix team has been equally valuable. Their expertise and strong emotional intelligence allow us to outline options to craft the most effective solutions for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I dislike, however, I find the most productive meetings with Whatfix occur when there are fewer Whatfix team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
