"Exceptional In-App Guidance and Analytics for Seamless User Adoption"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I find most helpful about Whatfix is its in-app guidance, which offers users on-demand, step-by-step training and immediate self-help support. Some of the main benefits of using Whatfix are a reduction in support tickets thanks to AI-powered resource aggregation, quicker user adoption of new processes, and more effective change management through contextual tips and pop-ups. Additionally, its robust analytics empower organizations to make data-driven decisions regarding user adaptability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful platform with excellent support for teams ready to invest the time"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

What I value most about Whatfix is the Support and Customer Success team. They are attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist. Their follow-ups are consistent, their guidance is clear, and they ensure that nothing is overlooked or forgotten.

On top of that, the platform’s analytics, reporting capabilities, and AI-powered search tools are incredibly helpful for gaining insights into user behavior and driving platform adoption. Whatfix also provides effective ways to showcase new features and guide users through workflows, which significantly enhances the value of our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Certain aspects of the platform are not particularly intuitive, especially when first starting out. Many features seem to require technical support, making it difficult to work independently without some form of guidance. The onboarding process was also rather intensive and, at times, overwhelming, with lengthy training sessions and several handovers between different team members. "Intuitive In-Context Content Creation with Outstanding Whatfix Support"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really enjoy working in Whatfix Studio. Being able to create pop-ups, smart tips, and beacons while seeing them in context makes the whole process much easier and far more intuitive. It removes a lot of the guesswork from building content and is great for previewing items.

On top of that, the Whatfix team has been amazing—always helpful, quick to respond, and ready to jump in whenever I need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Implementation for visibility can be complicated depending on your platforms needs, and you can't currently preview localized content ahead of publishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Tool with Outstanding Onboarding Capabilities"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really appreciate Whatfix's intuitive no-code authoring, which allows non-technical teams to create or update in-app guides without having to rely on developers. This flexibility is highly valued. I like how the guides adapt to user roles, workflows, or skill levels, making support feel relevant and timely. The analytics and insights feature is another aspect I love, as it lets teams track which guides users interact with or ignore, helping them refine processes and prioritize improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Some users find it overly complex for basic use cases, especially if they only need simple tooltips or documentation. Pricing can be steep for small businesses or teams with limited budgets, especially for advanced features. There are occasional technical glitches with reports of minor bugs, such as guides not triggering correctly or delays in updates in certain integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using WhatFix for digital adoption, customer facing"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really like how easy it is to create new content. There is not really any need for coding involved. The customer support is also very quick in replying, and they provide excellent help. They are always very helpful in finding workarounds in those cases where the issue cannot be solved.

I am happy with the types of features that already exist, and WhatFix takes product feedback seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Maintenance of big content libraries is currently a bit clunky, especially translation when many languages are supported. Controlling the translation of one piece of content for multiple languages requires a lot of jumping between different menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Complex Training with Precision"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I appreciate Whatfix for significantly reducing learning friction and empowering our users. It's helped cut down on support and training costs, increased adoption, and boosted productivity. I like how it delivers better insights into our behaviors. Whatfix's better compliance and accuracy have improved productivity, allowing our staff to spend more time getting work done. I value the peace of mind it provides by preventing errors and non-compliance, making it extremely valuable for our company. Additionally, Whatfix's in-app guidance has reduced user errors and increased productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

It's time-consuming when setting up and maintaining. There is limited flexibility for complex dynamic processes. The analysis can feel high-level. The setup and maintenance can be time-consuming, especially when frequent application updates require walkthroughs to be rebuilt and retested. Complex dynamic business processes are sometimes difficult to model using standard linear walkthroughs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Efficient for Onboarding, But Tricky Setup"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really appreciate how Whatfix excels at providing interactive, in-app guidance with step-by-step flows, smart tips, overlays, and contextual pop-ups. These features help users complete tasks within the software itself, leading to faster onboarding and fewer support queries. It also allows users to not need prior training, reduces mistakes in complex processes, and helps new users become productive faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Whatfix does not publish clear pricing publicly, and quotes can vary widely depending on use cases, apps supported, and user count, sometimes making budgeting and ROI forecasting difficult. Analytics could be better, as improved analytics and reporting features are not as robust as some competitors, making it trickier to extract deep usage insights or diagnose friction points without extra tools. The initial setup was not so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful and reliable platform for driving digital adoption and user productivity"
What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix is extremely effective in driving digital adoption by providing in-app, contextual guidance exactly when users need it. The ability to create step-by-step walkthroughs, tooltips, and self-help content without heavy development effort is a huge advantage. It significantly reduces training time, improves user productivity, and ensures faster onboarding across applications. The analytics and insights also help identify user behavior and areas of friction, enabling continuous improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

While Whatfix is a powerful platform, initial setup and configuration can feel complex for first-time users and may require some learning time. Advanced customizations and fine-tuning experiences sometimes need technical support. Additionally, managing large volumes of flows can become slightly challenging without a structured governance process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
