I truly appreciate the variety of learning options in Whatfix. It empowers users to find information quickly, Users can explore at their own pace with the self-service options, or get clear, step-by-step guidance through the 'How To' features. It makes learning on Bullhorn accessible and engaging for everyone. This reduces reliance on formal training sessions and saves valuable time for both learners and trainers. I can't think of any major drawbacks to Whatfix. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, creating content becomes quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I like most about Whatfix is their proactive and ongoing customer support. We use Whatfix's DAP software to highlight flows within our SaaS patform. There is a great deal of functionality, so having the ongoing support to continue rolling out more and more sophisticated messaging is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside of Whatfix is the content creation platform, which can be overwhelming until it is mastered - but again, the support team are comprehensive in their assistance with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that we can deliver micro content to our clients in the workflow to help them better utilize our products. The beacon feature is excellent for notifying them when we have added enhancements so they optimize their experience. Integration and implementtion is easy, and the reporting features are useful in showing us how much our clients are using the tool (frequently). I greatly appreciate that the relationship we have with the WhatFix team is very collaborative. They have helped us create a success plan and are always open to our feedback about what we'd like to see on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we first learned about Whatfix, we thought it was too good to be true. I can tell you, that Whatfix has far exceeded our expectations and has been a valuable tool for our user base. Our dedicated CSM keeps tabs on our metrics, ROI, assists with new feature implementation, and has created custom solutions for our needs. We recently deployed point-of-need content to 1,500 users for a new paperless automated electronic workflow process. Whatfix was integral to the success of our project. This isn't a downside for Whatfix, it's a limitation for the application we are using it with. Due to a technical complication with the applicaiton we are applying Whatfix to, users must download a Chrome browser plugin to see the Whatfix material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have great support. Haven't had an issue they weren't able to fix Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our clients love being walked through a process step by step. Saves our employees time by not having to show them every little thing in the system. Also love the repository integration - we are a Microsoft 365 user, so being able to keep files in OneDrive and have those easily sync to the self help is a game changer for us. Recently I've had a few issues with certain files not syncing properly from the repository integration, but the support team has been able to help every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WhatFix really comes in handy when changes come to our ATS. I can post pop-ups or specifically placed Smart Tips which explain changes and updates. These easy-to-position pieces of information reduce work blockages in the field and reduce our ticket volume when workflows change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy and user friendly to get an initial set of content up and running. It is easy to customise and configure to our use case and the ability to use a combination of guided workflows and videos is important.
The fact we can tailor the content to different regions has also been very helpful.
We had a couple of issues with deploying the guides across our multiple domains but the support team were very helpful and swift in getting those resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a quirk in the Task list that if new content is added but a user has completed the previous items o nthe list then it will not show for that user. This was unexpected and was hard to figure out why it was not showing for some users but was for others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
