I truly appreciate the proactive attitude and strong support from the Whatfix product team and Customer Success Manager. Additionally, the Whatfix DAA delivers exceptional quality work. I also find the clear reporting available in Whatfix Analytics very useful, along with the smooth process for modifying content and adjusting features—especially for platforms like SAP S/4HANA. It was easy to implement the product across different instances of our company

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

For our company, the most difficult part was the administration—ensuring that the sales orders accurately reflected the agreements and that invoices were properly aligned. It required a lot of double-checking. However, after a few sessions with the Customer Success Manager, we were able to resolve these issues smoothly.

I do have the option to track end users' behaviour, i can more easily map out which part of a process is most difficult/not clear/desire some improvement

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The amount of options and flexibility allowed in creating the different content types  is amazing. We can't wait to get all our content laid out and see the benefits to our customers. Whatfix support is also amazing in their response time and responses.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

It will take some time to build up all the content that we need but that's to be expected with something like this. Also, some of the different customizations and element selections require more than a basic level of knowledge with Javascript/CSS selectors and such which can be difficult to learn on your own.

Building documentation for commonly performed tasks and questions. Allowing the customer to find answers without having to make a call/email to us. This allows us more time to create the content and focus it where it needs to be as well as improving our own knowledge and software.

Whatfix has been a game changer when helping to support the onboarding of new users to our platforms. We can easily set up task lists and flows to help guide new users through the platform with support. It gives our new users confidence as they master workflows. 

The customer service at Whatfix is top-notch! I have worked with several individuals at Whatfix and they are truly there to help and support in any way they can. If you are willing to invest the time, you will not be disappointed with Whatfix!

I can't really say this is a dislike, but there is a learning curve. However, Whatfix has a plethora of resources to help support you as you learn. I have done online courses and worked 1-on-1 with members of their to team to help me feel confident in my knowledge and use of Whatfix.

Whatfix is helping us with decreasing time of onboarding for new users with our many platforms. We are able to cut down our 1-on-1 training with new users by implementing task lists, flows, and smart tips within the platform geared toward new users.

From our first communication we've been greeted by professional and friendly Team Members from Whatfix.  The step-by-step on-boarding process has enabled us to quickly learn and implement this tool into our Training Program.  And our weekly touch base has allowed us to grow in Whatfix Knowledge and stay on track for our implementation.

Everything has been great, there has been nothing negative about our experience.

New employee onboarding, able to get employees more comfortable with our system so they can be up and running weeks to months earlier.

Overall, our company uses WhatFix for many things. Self-help, storing reference guides, pop-ups, user workflow assistance, etc., for our customers to use our product. It helps our customers better understand how to use our SaaS tool.

I recently used the WhatFix survey functionality to implement an NPS In-App survey for my company. There was a bit of a learning curve for me and a few tweaks we needed to make, but the survey was a success after testing well, and we are looking forward to using it again in the future. We did do some customization for our survey with their development team and she was really easy to work with and a great communicator.

Their customer success team and support live chat are exceptional.

I cannot think of anything in particular I dislike.

When we need custom publishing with logical steps or even JavaScript support, the Whatfix team is always there to help. Their expertise is impressive. I love how their support team goes above and beyond. They’re front-end geniuses and can assist with any challenge.

There's nothing wrong with Whatfix—they're always improving their features and adding new ones to make things easier for us. Plus, our Customer Success Manager, Siddhart, is always checking in to see if we need anything. He quickly answers our questions and handles whatever we ask him.

We provided virtual professional development for adult learners. One of our primary goals is to allow them as much agency as possible to guide their own experience and spend their time in a way that feels effective. A big part of the effective use of their time is getting in-app support right when they need it. Whatfix has been an important addition to our overall system of support for our learners.

I also can't speak highly enough about the implementation team that helped get to an initial launch. Thoughtful, professional, and supportive. They walked us through a clear process that felt strategic and like a true collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

With any sophisticated tool, there is a bit of a learning curve for sure. Not necessarily a plug-and-play sort of tool but that is not what we were looking for either. However, their team helped walk us through all of this with both asynchronous learning and live event training support.

Whatfix allows us to let our users be more self-directed in their system onboarding experience as well as find ongoing support around our programs. This has allowed us to primarily focus our live events on building meaningful connections and less time on troubleshooting systems use and answering common questions.

If you're not careful with how you configure things you can end up with too many distracting pop-ups. To avoid this, test each scenario to ensure you didn't over-do the help tips.

I do wish that current features were expanded and bettered rather than focusing on the new shiny thing. I've given a lot of feedback on these items and been on numerous calls, so it would be nice to see some suggestions being put into practice.

Onboarding training for the system. Tip reminders at specific places in the system that are filtered to match data in the record. One tip added to the system increased user action by 50% over previous.

The implementations and support teams have been excellent. They have always been very responsive and patient when helping work through issues.

The initial installation wasn't as customizable as I had hoped, but that may have more to do with the previous DAP software I used.

Being able to add in-app user guide content without relying on development resources. And tracking our user actions through detailed analytics.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix is a success platform not just a Digital Adoption platform. It offers an integrated solution that supports end users and brings the development side use metrics. This allows the training teams to evaluate the success of the training and where it falls short as well as offering feedback to the development team to improve the product. WhatFix is also an agile company. they understand that their platform must evolve as the industry evolves. Folding AI into the platform to streamline customization to meet the needs of their clients keeps the management and implementation of changes easy to deliver. You can say all you want about a product but in the end it is the people that make the overall experience both successful but also pleasurable. I have found at every level that the Whatfix team is engaging and eager to understand and help deliver the best possible experience for our company and the many associated we serve.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

In all business relationships there are positive and negative scenarios and many times you have to look at the balance sheet to determine if the relationship works in your favor. This has not been my experience at all. From the start our relations ship has been one of mutual success. Their products may not exactly meet our companies need as it comes off the shelf. One could ask that it be modified to meet just our companies need. However, if you step back and look at your need through their lens you see a solution that benefits their platform and your business needs. This is how we have worked together to meet in the middle to the benefit each. What do I dislike? I dislike that it took so long to begin working with them.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have developed a hospital operations platform to serve over four thousand hospitals across the globe. To offer the best possible medical care for our patients and the best possible quality of work life for all of our associates. We are tasked to deploy this to the many business units that make up this network of hospitals over the next three to five years, while the platform is also being developed and modified to support the many different hospital types, languages, cultures, and environments. Being able to train and harmonize usage of this platform under these constraints can only be achieved through a readily available “at the elbow” training and change management system like Whatfix. Gaining usage metrics as the system is being developed is key to its success.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The flows are easy to understand, which can help our Support Engineers, New Hires, Customer Support, and even tenured employees who need a refresher. The pop-ups can help the engineers with the latest updates or any important announcements.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I think the flows aren’t working properly, and we need to check or re-send the flow. However, this is only a minimal situation wherein the flows aren’t working, and it can be addressed properly.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My only experience is when one of the flows I added doesn't work after sending it to production. However, Whatfix support handled it properly, so after a few troubleshooting sessions, the flow worked properly. I didn't know the exact issue, but I think it's a permission issue, and they allowed it on their end.

Admin user experience was not very intuitive for me.

We can use Whatfix to reach the masses: we use NPS survey to survey all end users of our product; we are able to get documentation to our end users where they are, at the point of need. Next, we'll be using it to advertise other learning content located in our LMS to bring additional awareness to all the great learning and documentation tools/content that are available to all users not just those that are in the process of implementing our product.

The whatfix web extension is an valuable tool to build and test content outside of a content managment system.   Whatfix also has a comprehension learn platform with users can self learn the tools features at their own pace.

Like alot of software companies, I wish there was more insight and direction on the implementation and discovery process. Having a clear understanding on what is expected & deliverables.

From back-office engineers to Customer Sucess Managers and the daily front-line technical support team, everyone I work with is dedicated to making the system work, and us successful. We chose Whatfix as the platform with the capabilities we needed, the lowest learning curve, and the quickest implementation. Their team was with us on day 1 and has been there to support us ever since. As a company, Whatfix is extremely receptive to our feedback and uses it to evolve and improve its product line with every release. I couldn't ask for a better partnership in the digital adoption process.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

We use a very complex customized business system, highly adapted to our customers. To be effective, Whatfix has been required to create a customized system to meet our needs. This naturally creates bugs that must be worked through. However, their willingness to meet us where we are, discover what's required in our solution strategy, and build it, is what makes them a great company to work with.

Attrition is the bane of business, and we use Whatfix to meet the new employee on day 1, ensuring that they have the tools needed to integrate into their team and their role. This action doesn't stop after the initial onboarding but continues as we can provide contextual support built into the applications that the employee uses in their everyday work. Successful employees equal gains in productivity and reductions in attrition. Whatfix is supporting us in that mission.

I like that we can meet our end-users where they are at and we can address their concerns live in our Salesforce application making their support needs on-demand.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The product and analytics can sometimes be very frustrating. It is not always intuitive, support's solution often requires CSS which we  were told was not necessary to know to use and sometimes the flows will randomly break. I also wish there was an accurate way of knowing how many of our users have downloaded the browser extension.

We are using it as an in-app guidance system for our users to learn and use the products we develop as well as host our support documentation.

Often maiking a production facing change can be cumpbersome involving other team member's time and efforts. With Whatfix I make the change myself. No Coding. No Waiting.

I have to really think on this one....Perhaps, the inability to have SmartTips as a Searchable item in the Self Help Widget.

The thing that I like most about Whatfix is their proactive and ongoing customer support. We use Whatfix's DAP software to highlight flows within our SaaS patform. There is a great deal of functionality, so having the ongoing support to continue rolling out more and more sophisticated messaging is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The only downside of Whatfix is the content creation platform, which can be overwhelming until it is mastered - but again, the support team are comprehensive in their assistance with this.

Whatfix allows us to create and manage messaging direct to users on our platform, without having to `go through our development team.
