The product iteself is a great solution for onboarding and providing 24 hour support to our users. It has really improved our customer service levels and helps our users out massively. The editor is easy to use and content creation is simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The hands on support from our DAA made implementation painless. The strategy of continuing support after deployment ensures value creation and ROI and not just another tool implementation nobody uses. Keeping us updated on product development and cross application functions give me standing to scale our subscription and unify our scattered landscape of data, platforms, and digital tools. The new visual cues and whatfix hub solve my issues. I wish flow steps that are skipped didn't cause such a delay. We need a global "end flow" button as the only way to end a flow bc users keep x-ing out of steps instead of hitting next out of habit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slowness while working with complex data flows, as sometimes, the conditions do not run as per the provided users' input. Also, there is some gap while picking up unique items.

It is extremely easy to use, even for an intern with little coding experience such as myself. Content is easy to manage and push to production from the draft or move back into the draft from production. Analytical data is concise and accurate enabling more swift accurate updates to content. If you select an element for a flow and it isn't broad/general enough it can cause large display errors which disrupt flow fluidity. The Whatfix team has been incredibly responsive to our requests. If we have an idea for content we want to build, the Whatfix team has consistently helped us identify ways to make it happen. If for some reason, it's not possible, Team Whatfix has taken that unmet need back to their Product Team for future development. We've been with Whatfix for under a year, and they have already rolled out new features that addressed our expressed needs. Additionally, we've seen the impact that Whatfix content has had on our user community; in some cases, we've had error rates cut in half after implementing a Whatfix tip in a problem spot! If I had to pick something, I would wish for slightly more flexibility in content design. I would love to be able to control content configuration piece by piece rather than globally. For example, I would like to make certain content a brighter color to indicate that it's critical or be able to configure the time to fade based on the amount of text in a tip. Whatfix helps our customers to navigate through the UI and perform tasks easily. We can customize the content's look and feel with a few clicks. Using Whatfix, we can let the customers know about the latest features of the release, provide essential links, embed videos and use analytics to gather data. There is little hand-holding when customizing content, like modifying the pop-up size, increasing the smart tip dimensions, etc. Searching out product documentation from the Whatfix seld-help menu isn't robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Guided user flows have got to be the best feature of the solution. From a multi-country standpoint - the auto-language translation feature not only is uncannily accurate but also saves dollars spent on translation & maintenance avenues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe some sort of an easy-to-use & intuitively visible switch-on/switch-off feature for end-users that allows them to control the configured pop-ups & guided flows would be a great feature to add. The level of customer care and support has been consistently exceptional. They are communicative, friendly, professional, and eager to help when needed. Whatfix regularly makes improvements based on customers' needs and insights.
The tool itself is powerful, flexible, and multifaceted. The available content types and degree of customizability allow us to create content to fulfill a wide variety of needs and use cases. Unless our content requires advanced customization or troubleshooting, we create and manage our content ourselves. The flexibility and multifaceted nature of the tool itself can make it complex at times. Unless our content requires advanced customization or troubleshooting, we create and manage our content ourselves. It's never difficult to simply create content, but understanding the ins-and-outs of what is needed to ensure complex content behaves exactly as intended takes experience.
