**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix is great for on-boarding new users. The ability to sync or KB articles is very helpful in continuing to keep content up to date. Their support team is also very helpful and available to assist in any way we may need and keep us in the loop of new Whatfix features.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Not really a downside of Whatfix itself, but as a small company it can be hard to find the time to dedicate to using the software to the best of its abilities. There are many things that we have not had the chance to utilize.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix helps elevate time that our support team would have taken answering questions from users. It helps on-board new users quickly and at their own pace. It also helps us track popular queries and allows us to add content based on those.

The customer service and technical support is outstanding, and the online self-guided help has a wide range of topic-based  content available 24-7.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There is a minimal learning curve at first, to get used to the software.  This is likely due to the many features there are to learn to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

Take advantage of the online help articles that are available and easily searchable on the platform.  They are a great help.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Whatfix to introduce updates and changes to UI screens and add In-App guidance and training as new features are rolled out.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix has give a Great Support, Helpful and Fast Solution.

Shashank is the Customer Success Manager in Whatfix that work with us, He is fast response, easy to work with, supportive and solution oriented.
He takes the time to understand the business and constantly want to give the best support to improve it.

The Development and Support Team have also been so helpful,They have been quick to provide the solutions and always try to improve the system to make it user friendly.
Whatfix listen to what we need in out system so that it can help our customer experience.

Whenever We're had an issue lacks or bugs in the System ,Whatfix has taken time to understand our problem ans provide us a new solution.

When there is problem with data that need to fix or improve the accuracy data, The Customer manager and the Developer takes the time to discuss and take consideration of what we as user need.

The chat box in whatfix to help the user when we have problems, We hope that it takes short time to reply so that we can identify if the problem is the big or not.

Whatfix is very versatile and very easy to use and understand even if you don´t have a technical background.

The features are very useful and easy to configure, and the customer support is great.

Sometimes flows would fail to work properly and needed more in-depth assistance from the support team which delayed the progress.

I used Whatfix to drive a digital adoption process and it was very useful for having users take on tasks in a more effective way.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I like the scalability of Whatfix as a system.  I started using Flows for walkthrus and once my team was used to those I layered in Task Lists to ensure items were getting done in the proper order.  Second, I like that one annual price fits all tools so I can add them as I need them without having to renegotiate our pricing.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Timezone difference between their offices and mine.  Waiting is a small price to pay.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Whatfix Flows to show our team members step-by-step instructions to move through specific tasks in Salesforce.   We are in the process of implementing Task Lists to ensure no items get missed during training.

Whatfix is extremely useful for our users, and guide them step by step. It has also significantly reduced training time.

The team has provided us with training sessions to guide us on how to create and set up the widget, and it was very helpful.
The technical support is very professional, and provide us with the best use case.

My team and I wanted more customization features, and the technical support has shown very helpful by providing us help on this and developing it in the console.

We love the ability to rapidly deploy tooltips and popups and provide relevant self-help documentation to the user. The support and development staff are always open to improvement and welcome feature requests or customization.

The tool is not always the most intuitive to navigate and editing or creating flows require some planning as it is difficult to insert missing steps.

Customer service is prompt and helpful!  Everything is easy as long as you have the right setting, on the Whatfix portal and your end.

It's a bit unstable sometimes and might show the pop-up message to one user multiple times~

We mostly use Whatfix for the in-app message and trying to increase adoption.

The responsiveness of the Customer Success team (specifically working with Prakhar Saxena) as well as Whatfix's willingness to understand and attempt to address pain points. The team is incredibly proactive when it comes to explaining meaningful new features.

I was handed off among 2-3 different agents over the period of a year before finally being paired with Prakhar Saxena who is doing an excellent job as our most recent Customer Success rep.

Allowing our customers to learn more about the platform by targeting specific segments of the user base with meaningful tutorials that are brief in length and can be repeated as many times as desired.

We have been using whatfix for some time and these are some of the benefits that we have achieved with this software.The main benefit that we have had with whatfix is ​​that now we save a lot of time with our clients since we create content that explains what we do. We can have a number of formats available and they are updated if we make any changes to each one now, thanks to whatfix, our support tickets have been greatly reduced and our clients are being guided step by step, we also like that your customer service is always the most attentive and cordial since they are interested in you and in guiding you to solve the doubts you have

My experience has been very good in general but I would like them to have a mobile version so that I can always be aware of everything at any time and at any time

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix  makes it extremely easier to provide content specific user guides to our users. 
Their customer support team is always good at providing best use case solutions. Specifically working with Shashank Diwedi, Customer Success Manager  is quick and prompt in responding ,providing solutions and addressing pain points.
Another platform "Smart pop up" is very useful, we have used this to inform users  about anything that needs immediate attention. The newer templates of Smart pop -up's has simplified this process and increased work efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

When we raise issues, What fix taken time to provide new solution's. Using Whatfix in complex applications is a  bit tricky to set- up flows ,but with support teams help we were able to overcome those difficulties.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have adopted various Whatfix platforms to help  our users adopt to our newer systems.

Especially "Smart pop up" has been very useful  during Covid-19 pandemic to onboard a large community to 
1)Provide learning resources and online teaching Videos
2)Inform users on new announcements

Smart tips
Walk Users through Complex steps in our Risk management application

Beacon
Mainly used it in our Intranet page to draw user attention to specific messages

Help Users to learn an objective  to complete a task using the step by step guidance

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The WhatFix staff are highly professional, personable and always a pleasure to deal with. The training they provided on using the tool to create widgets was detailed and thorough, and their technical support team has come through for us time and time again. This is one of the most pleasant experiences I've had as a project manager dealing with a third party professional services company/software vendor.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I really have no complaints about the WhatFix staff or software; the only thing I wish I had more of was time to work in the tool myself, but that responsibility falls on other members of my team.

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

Attend all the training opportunities they provide and encourage the rest of your team to do the same. Excellent content.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our major problems to solve are preventing repetitive emails and calls from our customers asking the same questions about how to use our IT Services end user portal and configuration management database. Also, creating documentation for training on our tools in MS Office documents and Stream training videos, which quickly get outdated, has proven a challenge.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix excels in customer success.  They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are getting the most out of the product and that we are seeing a strong ROI.  They have a great product that has significantly reduced the time we spend training and onboarding end-users. Workflows are easy to set up and use.  Their onboarding checklists have been extremely valuable.

- Builds trust with our customers and end-users

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Because the product is clean and easy to use, there is a limitation on customizing colors and shapes of the pop-ups. This only becomes a problem when we need to add elements of our own branding such as gradients or removing the Whatfix brand. Other than that they have three different styles to choose from. that keep your interface clean and simple.

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

If onboarding and adoption are your goals then this a great product with a great team to support you.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use Whatfix in our trial products. Whatfix has allowed users to quickly evaluate and adopt our product. We have reduced the time spent on Trial Account demos and increased adoption.

The self-help is great and the integration with our platform is great. But the best part about WhatFix is the support team's dedication to our combined success.

The platform isn't amazingly intuitive but with such great support, learning how to navigate the tool is made much easier.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

My favourite feature of the Whatfix platform, is the the ability to quickly export Video and PDFs of created flows. This saves us a lot of time and is a great tool!

There is a lot of customisation available within the flows themselves too, including visual options, segmentation and branching steps. Another useful part of the platform is the “Smart Pop up”; we have utilised this to inform users of any changes to, required training and maintenance windows of our system. Again, very customisable, and easily automated.

The analytics within the Whatfix platform is very robust and we look forward to utilising it to improve our flow design.
It is important to mention the great support we have received from the Whatfix team. They have been very helpful and quick in responding to enquires.

We have come across a couple of minor issues with some features of the platform in adopting to our system, however, the Whatfix team has been very helpful and either offered solutions quickly or are working on solutions to these issues.

Whatfix has helped us with onboarding and easily updating users of important information about our system.

The ability to group relevant flows to certain sections of our system, into the self-help widget as well as being able to create folders, input text info and have flow videos available to the user, has helped with the onboarding process. It has made it possible to pre-empt questions, therefore reducing the load on our own support desk.

Adopting the Whatfix digital solution immediately solved BeerBoard’s lack of a support solution within the SmartBar functionality. SmartBar users now had a location to go to within the platform for a knowledge base.

Their analytics reports have been quite useful, but it would be beneficial to receive automated analytics reports. If we were able to receive an e-mail daily, weekly, or monthly with the information available in the analytics tab, that would be incredibly helpful.

Again, adopting the Whatfix digital solution immediately solved BeerBoard’s lack of a support solution within the SmartBar functionality. Now, we are able to use their full solution to provide our clients with the most updated information about the operation of our product.

How easy & simple it is to create material, the turnaround for finished articles is very easy and therefore support is provided when needed rather than waiting until a system is already embedded and bad habits are learned.

I wish the analytics were more in depth within Whatfix rather than having to use GA. It would be nice to have one area to get all the information.

Have a plan of how what you want to produce, how you want to produce it and what your time frames are. Try different Whatfix solutions to see the best way to roll something out, there's not just one way to do something. Enjoy it, explore and make the most of it.

Now that we are live in production, we see that the the flow are working and that sales is actually utilizing the application. We are able to use the metrics to see what flows are most used and which flows sales would like for us to build. It was also very easy for adoption to get on board with building the flows. Very easy system to use.

Sometimes when we download to the Chrome Store it can take several days. Nihkil assured us that this is being worked on and that in a few short months we will no longer have to download to the Chrome Store.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I like that it's easy to create content and that the front end users can have access to a wide variety of content including documents, videos, interactive flows, and more.  In our line of work our users are required to navigate quickly and be able to recall a wealth of information.  This helps new hires become proficient sooner and allows everyone easy access to material in their moment of need. It's easy to build material in the application, and it's comforting to know that if you get stuck that their customer service is there to help you through.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I haven't come across anything to really dislike as they've been very receptive to our ideas on how to improve Whatfix as we bring them up.    Since I do not have a tech background (I'm an insurance learning and performance specialist) the more complex items such as branching are sometimes difficult for me to grasp, but I think with a little more time and help those won't be difficult either.   Two things I would like to see are the ability to add search keywords to links and the ability to add in line breaks to personalize the message that the user sees when there are no search results found more.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Whatfix to introduce new processes to our associates.  Our system is always being updated, so this allows us to give them the on demand, real production help they are looking for.  We have realized that not only are we using it for step by step processes, but also as a way to teach concepts during onboarding and the day to day jurisdictional items that they need.  It takes some time getting used to how to create the flows, but once you get the hang of it you can create them rather quickly. I would guesstimate about 30 minutes to do a 10 step straight forward flow.  If I'm uploading a link it's about a 2 minute process, so it  has allowed me to add about 150 items in a very short amount of time.    I anticipate that once we have our library built we'll have about 250 items available to our associates in just this one system.

Whatfix has a modern and userfriendly look and feel that brings a lot of additional value to the application. We installed whatfix on our Learning management system as we had many newcomers as administrators and whatfix helped them to master their key actions quickly. Whatfix support team is really responsive and dedicated to help you to set up and maintain your projects. Great tool served by a great team!

Nothing in particular. For some complex applications it may be a bit tricky to set-up the flow as well but whatfix support team helped us to overcome those difficulties. 2 important point to check before implementing tools like whatfix:
_ check with  the host application (in pour case the learning management system) is the possibility to add a javascript to its header
- check with your Security team restrictions allowing to add that a javascript can be temporaly opened (the time to install whatfix javascripts)

From the very first contact, I have been impressed by the attention and the urgency shown by the Whatfix team. From the buying process to the actual implementation and the ongoing support, they have been  like an extension of our own internal support team rather than an external organization. Raise any issue, the support team is there to help you!
As for the product itself, it started of as a simple "click & create" your own help topics for our complex Salesforce processes but then slowly transformed to  an actual digital adoption platform.
You can create,
1. Starter packs for your new user on-boarding
2. Announce new features to all your users or selected users
3. Help is available to all users when they need it and within the Salesforce Application
4. Automatically converts your step by step guides to Pdfs and videos, making it easier to document the processes and to share with your users
5. New features and improvements are rolled out frequently 


**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There is nothing to dislike whatfix as a product or the company but if I were to point out something, once you start creating flows(step by step guides) for really complex business processes ( too many if conditions and you expect the user to change the action depending on the condition), as a content creator, you may need to start learning a little bit about HTML CSS selectors, which may not be easy for everyone. It is not really a whatfix issue but you may experience this as you go deeper into the implementation and maintenance of complex flows. Whatfix helps you to solve this issue by making sure the support team is ever ready to pitch in and help you with the CSS selectors. So in actual the only action you need to do is just contact support!

We are trying to improve our Salesforce adoption. Reaching out to all the users scattered across the globe with the new and existing features and processes have been difficult. We use whatfix to reach out to our users to document, communicate and train the salesforce users

I love the product because it eliminated that need for paper and one on one training. The system is a live tutorial that takes users through the steps they need to complete the action.

So far, I like everything about Whatfix live training. This new training will help reduce training calls.

We are allowing the users to have an easier transition to an upgraded system. This eliminates paper training and reduces training cost for the company.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The team at Whatfix is one of the best I have worked with after working with many different systems over the years. The Customer Support team go above and beyond to work with you providing information, answering questions, solving issues and putting you in touch with the right people to talk through potential new functionality. 

The product itself is easy to use with minimal training and technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There has been no major issues with Whatfix and any minor issues we had were resolved quickly. As a couple of small continuous improvement ideas it would be great to be able to amend self-help questions directly through the widget rather than having to access all the content and find, and it would be great to be able to upload images from your computer rather than having to use an URL.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a very new product that we were developing and Whatfix allowed us to increase our user experience and uptake with the use of pop-ups, prompts, FAQs etc.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

WhatFix is extremely easy to use and versatile for a number of applications. I have appreciated that the learning curve is not difficult and the WhatFix staff is always available to help out when needed.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I have found that some of the functionality is not as intuitive as a user may think. Though it is often easy to use and figure out in the end, some of the overall functions do not cooperate as expected out of the box.

**Recommendations to others considering Whatfix:**

I think that engaging with the Customer Success team and Support teams on Whatfix has been largely beneficial.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use WhatFix to communicate releases to our clients and point clients to changes in our system. This has been beneficial in getting ahead of any updates that happen on a release-by-release basis.
