The staff are super friendly and helpful, work with you to ensure you get the most out of Whatfix. They work really hard and fast to implement feedback too, so Whatfix is further tailored to your needs.
Whatfix has been an immeasurable help to reducing client support queries and giving them more confidence with using our features by Whatfix allowing multiple mediums - I'm loving that images can be inserted into smart tips, which makes help for complex processes easier at hand.

WhatFix is rather intuitive to the content creator. Although we had some difficulties with the browser extension, content creation is easy and issues are often solved with the CSS Selector. Items to improve would be the ability to identify CSS selector options for using WhatFix within Salesforce. Dashboards should include more information pertinent to the business it is supporting not just the WhatFix functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service and Support.
Our Customer Success Manager is awesome. She's always on top of any support tickets we have submitted and is there for us on our schedule.
Whatfix is constantly listening to customer feedback. Within a two months of onboarding, the Whatfix team had already implemented a number of small but meaningful QOL changes we suggested.

1. Whatfix Flows make learning Workfront for new users easy
2. Whatfix multiple approaches to communicate with users adds multiple methods to make announcements, provide tips to users, provide more explanation of data elements, and provides users training information at their finger tips.

Learning to use Whatfix is a little complicated but once the leaning has been mastered, it provides a very powerful tool for using our Workfront application to manage projects, manage resources, and plan for future projects and the resources availability for those projects. Whatfix is a very powerful tool for onboarding our customers. We love how easy it is to use and implement the various widgets. Anyone on our team can help in the content creation process too! Changing the styling to match our design system was simple and fast. I love that content creation is always within the context of the actual product as well. The support we receive from the WhatFix team is above and beyond anything we ever expected. I truly appreciate the lengths they go to to make sure we're getting the most out of their product. There are a few UI bugs I have come across that make it a little challenging to create some types of content, but they are minor. Other than that, I do not have any specific dislikes for the WhatFix product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
