I love how the product keeps improving, since we started using whatfix the product has changed a lot in agood way, it is easy to create great impact on customers daily activities, and help them be self-reliant. Also the support of whatfix is great, most requests get resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I see improvements on their repository crawling, we recently switch from an out of the box solution to a custom repository and it has taken a lot of time, but I must say the out of the box repositories are in general great, but the content crawling takes really long as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatfix is so versatile as a platform. From training and onboarding, to communications and analytics, it's helped bring our business into the digital age.
It's easy to use - I could make flows and widgets from day 1 of using it. It's very intuitive and the whatfix team have been incredible with their support and expertise! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been a few teething problems, such as certain elements not latching properly. The Whatfix team have provided workarounds and are very quick at finding solutions.

It has bugs. The ability to creat content is easy enough but when you hit roadblocks where functions of the WhatFix software are not appearing on WhatFix or it's ability to integrate with SaleForce and other softwares like Zoom. One challenge is assigned resource turnover which requires retraining, which disrupts our ability to improves routines and increase productivity.
