**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I truly appreciate the variety of learning options in Whatfix. It empowers users to find information quickly, Users can explore at their own pace with the self-service options, or get clear, step-by-step guidance through the 'How To' features. It makes learning on Bullhorn accessible and engaging for everyone. This reduces reliance on formal training sessions and saves valuable time for both learners and trainers.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I can't think of any major drawbacks to Whatfix. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, creating content becomes quick and easy.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is our first time using a digital adoption platform, and Whatfix has been a game-changer for creating training content! We previously struggled to keep our team engaged and informed about process updates. Now, with Whatfix, we can easily link materials from our existing repository and leverage the incredibly helpful pop-ups and Smart Tips to deliver targeted information directly within the workflow.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The thing that I like most about Whatfix is their proactive and ongoing customer support. We use Whatfix's DAP software to highlight flows within our SaaS patform. There is a great deal of functionality, so having the ongoing support to continue rolling out more and more sophisticated messaging is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The only downside of Whatfix is the content creation platform, which can be overwhelming until it is mastered - but again, the support team are comprehensive in their assistance with this.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix allows us to create and manage messaging direct to users on our platform, without having to `go through our development team. This enables the business team to manage our messaging more dynamically, resulting in quicker and more effective communication with our clients, whilst also reducing demand on our dev team.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

I love that we can deliver micro content to our clients in the workflow to help them better utilize our products. The beacon feature is excellent for notifying them when we have added enhancements so they optimize their experience. Integration and implementtion is easy, and the reporting features are useful in showing us how much our clients are using the tool (frequently). I greatly appreciate  that the relationship we have with the WhatFix team is very collaborative. They have helped us create a success plan and are always open to our feedback about what we'd like to see on the roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about the tool or the relationship.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WhatFix is reducing the number of "how-to" support tickets logged by clients and increasing utilization of our product features. This helps with customer retention.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

When we first learned about Whatfix, we thought it was too good to be true. I can tell you, that Whatfix has far exceeded our expectations and has been a valuable tool for our user base. Our dedicated CSM keeps tabs on our metrics, ROI, assists with new feature implementation, and has created custom solutions for our needs. We recently deployed point-of-need content to 1,500 users for a new paperless automated electronic workflow process. Whatfix was integral to the success of our project.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

This isn't a downside for Whatfix, it's a limitation for the application we are using it with. Due to a technical complication with the applicaiton we are applying Whatfix to, users must download a Chrome browser plugin to see the Whatfix material.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix allows just in time job aid and training on our CRM which is accessed by about 1,700 users.

Our clients love being walked through a process step by step. Saves our employees time by not having to show them every little thing in the system. Also love the repository integration - we are a Microsoft 365 user, so being able to keep files in OneDrive and have those easily sync to the self help is a game changer for us.

Recently I've had a few issues with certain files not syncing properly from the repository integration, but the support team has been able to help every time.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

WhatFix really comes in handy when changes come to our ATS. I can post pop-ups or specifically placed Smart Tips which explain changes and updates. These easy-to-position pieces of information reduce work blockages in the field and reduce our ticket volume when workflows change.

The system can sometimes be cumbersome to implement. There is a LOT under the hood at WhatFix.

WhatFix allows me to provide information and answer questions in advance about changes to our ATS in real time, reducing our help desk ticket load.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

It is very easy and user friendly to get an initial set of content up and running. It is easy to customise and configure to our use case and the ability to use a combination of guided workflows and videos is important.

The fact we can tailor the content to different regions has also been very helpful.

We had a couple of issues with deploying the guides across our multiple domains but the support team were very helpful and swift in getting those resolved.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There is a quirk in the Task list that if new content is added but a user has completed the previous items o nthe list then it will not show for that user. This was unexpected and was hard to figure out why it was not showing for some users but was for others.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix is serving as our user and training guides, allowing us to onboard more customers with greater spped than we could previously.

The variety of different content available to be created and the ability to custimize the content to suit end user needs

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The lack of stability and unreliability of content. I feel this is particular to desktop application experience. All of our content needs to be manually custimized and troubleshooted by WhatFix support before being able to work successfully.

Common errors and issues that end users run into. Also useful in adding reminders as smart tips/beacons for correct business procedures.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The Whatfix Studio UI is easy to use and provides a very rich feature set to drive product adoption—we're able to customize onboarding flows and add specific tooltips per tenant (account) and per user. Especially, the ability to identify specific elements in the product (we use AG grid which makes it tricky) is critical for us and Whatfix was the only tool among the ones evaluated that delivered that. 

Their implementation is hands-on and well managed. Also, the continuous checkins and support from their team is great! Recently integrated GitBook  (our knowledge base) based on their suggestion and this has made the user experience more contextual based on the action they're taking.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

One area for improvement would be the learning curve with the functionalities related to identifying elements via CSS. Their support team was very quick in helping us here, and we do this by ourselves now, but the UX flow for this could be made easier.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using the product for 2 years now and Whatfix is critical to onboarding our users and giving them a top experience. We're able to identify problem areas our users face, give suggestions to our engineers and also specific actions based on the analytics. Our engagement rates have really improved since Whatfix!

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

It is a great tool for new associates to your company.  It can improve their time to proficiency as well as assure your customer experience will be strong regardless of time with the company.  Existing associates also find it helpful when getting to random calls  that you only get a few times per year.  Having WhatFix self help allows the associate to quickly find the information they need in their moment of need.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I would like to see whatfix be able to integrate with Seismic technology to allow searching with the outside tool to avoid duplication of help guides that have already been built.  Seismic also needs to be open to this interaction with WhatFix.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WhatFix teams meet with us regularly to see how we are using the application and make suggestions on opportunities within the platform that we could consider using in the future.  The team is quick to respond to any open issues to find resolution.

Customer support has always been prompt, plus the product is easy to navigate for the customers completing the flows.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Sometimes editing a flow can be challenging, as well as some of the language on the back end of the product and support material is written more for a coding specialist.

Whatfix helps us provide onboarding flows on the homepage of our SAS, so new members can start training themselves and start with implementation as soon as they sign in for the first time.

Whatfix allows to create and easely updates tutorials diretly on our customed platform. Hence, the user has Access to a full library of content whithout having to log in a LMS

I love the Whatfix product as it helps connect important information to users in a timely fashion. However, the collabortion with the Whatfix team has been equally valuable. Their expertise and strong emotional intelligence allow us to outline options to craft the most effective solutions for our users.

Nothing I dislike, however, I find the most productive meetings with Whatfix occur when there are fewer Whatfix team members.

I love how the product keeps improving, since we started using whatfix the product has changed a lot in agood way, it is easy to create great impact on customers daily activities, and help them be self-reliant. Also the support of whatfix is great, most requests get resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

I see improvements on their repository crawling, we recently switch from an out of the box solution to a custom repository and it has taken a lot of time, but I must say the out of the box repositories are in general great, but the content crawling takes really long as well

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

Whatfix is so versatile as a platform. From training and onboarding, to communications and analytics, it's helped bring our business into the digital age.

It's easy to use - I could make flows and widgets from day 1 of using it. It's very intuitive and the whatfix team have been incredible with their support and expertise!

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

There have been a few teething problems, such as certain elements not latching properly. The Whatfix team have provided workarounds and are very quick at finding solutions. 

The other issue we've had is around a mobile app - we're unable to design as the app has a different configuration to the desktop version

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have implemented a brand new system. Our employees aren't used to using anything advanced with a lot of functionality, so adoption so far has been slow. There are fields that they must complete but aren't mandatory, and prospective customers that they need to contact but don't.

Whatfix helps us by provided self-help - step by step flows, videos, and troubleshooting, all over-laid onto the live system, so users can complete tasks and learn all at once, reducing training time significantly.

Where we have single-person dependencies, if that person is absent, anyone can step in and pick up their tasks using whatfix.

Using Smart Tips, we can ensure that fields are completed in the correct way, meaning our data is clean and complete.

We can nudge sales reps based on their action and/or inaction on the system; meaning we can remind them via a pop-up to contact prospective customers.

I love the Studio and how detailed it is. The UI of what fix is grat as well and very easy to use.

It has bugs. The ability to creat content is easy enough but when you hit roadblocks where functions of the WhatFix software are not appearing on WhatFix or it's ability to integrate with SaleForce and other softwares like Zoom. It seems like it needs some TLC on the back end to avoid these issues.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, work with you to ensure you get the most out of Whatfix. They work really hard and fast to implement feedback too, so Whatfix is further tailored to your needs.
Whatfix has been an immeasurable help to reducing client support queries and giving them more confidence with using our features by Whatfix allowing multiple mediums - I'm loving that images can be inserted into smart tips, which makes help for complex processes easier at hand.
Their analytics are also great with managing this and identifying gaps in what we provide to our clients.

Visibility vs Display rules can get a bit technical, but Whatfix are constantly simplifying this, and the support team are always on hand with immediate assistance.

It's a really useful program and the staff are fantastic if you need help. They also work hard at implementing feedback based on your needs.

We are gradually building a library of tutorial videos, which we hope will give our clients more self-help options and save them and us the time to work through it together. The smart tips we have are already reducing client contacts regarding simple queries, which is great! Now that we can put images into these smart tips, they're even more useful.

WhatFix is rather intuitive to the content creator. Although we had some difficulties with the browser extension, content creation is easy and issues are often solved with the CSS Selector. The WhatFix support team is absolutely stellar, can't say enough good things.

Items to improve would be the ability to identify CSS selector options for using WhatFix within Salesforce. Dashboards should include more information pertinent to the business it is supporting not just the WhatFix functionality.

Our Customer Success Manager is awesome. She's always on top of any support tickets we have submitted and is there for us on our schedule. 

Whatfix is constantly listening to customer feedback. Within a two months of onboarding, the Whatfix team had already implemented a number of small but meaningful QOL changes we suggested.

Their support staff responds to any questions or issues we have within 24-hours and consistently provides timely updates of the progress of their work.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Not really a knock on Whatfix, but the platform and our system do not play well. Even so, they have been exceptionally accommodating our system's "quirks."

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our user base loves the ability to search for and open BPDs directly from our system. Before they would have to navigate to a SharePoint site then find the link to the document they wanted to open. Now, they have the ability to open the most up-to-date work instructions and guides without leaving the system.

Changing the styling to match our design system was simple and fast. I love that content creation is always within the context of the actual product as well. The support we receive from the WhatFix team is above and beyond anything we ever expected. I truly appreciate the lengths they go to to make sure we're getting the most out of their product.

WhatFix Dashboard is user-friendly and the content creation (Flows, Beasons, SmartTips, Popups, etc.) is straightforward. I have been using the tool for over a year and am very pleased with my experience and the individuals I work with. Specifically, Customer Success Manager Diksha Nayak, we have regularly scheduled calls, and she is so responsive and supportive.

I am genuinely unable to think of something I dislike about WhatFix. When I first began using the tool, I thought it would be helpful to have folders for organizing the flows I am drafting. I did share this with my customer success manager, and it was already on their roadmap and was released within the first year of use. No complaints; things work as I need them.

But we already made the feature request.

Whatfix helps us ensure unknown end users on the web get help where needed. So our end users will be able to use the application on the web correctly. 
With Whatfix, we can include additional help for specific fields and highlight sections (by beacons) to ensure the end users see where to watch out or click. We also can immediately tell them more about this new feature. 
With flows, we ensure end users know which steps they need to do to complete a specific customer journey step.

In the beginning, it is quite a lot - because of the variety of Whatfix Tools. Once you've had the Whatfix training, it is easy to use. Sometimes the tool does not work as expected initially  - but Whatfix always fixes all issues or enhances their functionalities.

The end user doesn't need to navigate away from the system to find answers or know what to do. This creates a good user experience and mitigates errors while completing a business process.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The Analytics show top content engagement, but doesn't provide all data. It would be great to be able to export all content engagement data or be included in the Dashboard.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital adoption, of course. Whatfix is being used in my company to train on new processes within three applications. It's their go-to after initial training and it provides the answer/direction right where they are when they need it.

Having a Digitial Adoption Platform can significantly increase user adoption and understanding. Whatfix is a great partner and is with you every step of the process.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

It works very well if your use case aligns with their main product. Our use case was not standard and had a big learning curve. Whatfix did a great job of working through it to find solutions, but make sure your use cases are clearly detailed and understood on the front side.

We were looking to ease the burden on internal staff for user onboarding and training. Whatfix offers real-time guidance within applications, allowing users to access help and information without leaving the context of their work.

Whatfix is easy to learn and work with to deploy custom contextual guidance to users of our new curriculum systems. The speed at which digtial content can be developed from static training guides and manuals makes the implementation a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The most challenging aspect is actually working with SaaS providers to support the deployment of Whatfix within their platforms. Pre-built Whatfix connectors to common SaaS platforms would be a great improvement to help with this aspect of the implementation.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Fix allows our Institution to provide contextual in-application training and guidance to our students and staff users. The applications we have deployed Whatfix on were limited in the system guidance, help and support within their applications and we had made a lot of customisations to the terminology and processes within these products. Having Whatfix enabled us to train users within the system, removing the need to develop user manuals or LMS modules and removed the associated overheads of producing these materials. We can now direct training resources towards more Whatfix content development and ongoing support.

Overall, the thing I like most about Whatfix is the ability to provide our customers with interactive, contextual, and personalized guidance throughout their normal workflow within our application. Whatfix also significantly reduces the learning curve for our new customers. 
One of the biggest advantages to using Whatfix is how it can recognize our users' actions and then give help in real time like a smart tip or pop-up with specific information.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Content maintenance can be time consuming in general because keeping it up to date is a continuous task, since our applications will evolve and change a lot over time. This is not a big problem in and of itself, but some of our team has suggested that we have to manually enter all of our content due to Whatfix limitiations in how the content presents when added. This is so labor intensive.

By teachng our end users in real time by using instructive content and also including surveys to gain user insights, we are able to monitor what our customers think of our product early and make changes if needed. With a few clicks, we can deploy the use of Whatfix features to address a user issue in minutes.

The creation of the various Whatfix material (flows, tips, self help content, task lists, surveys) is easy to learn and continually add new and update content. The support I receive from the WhatFix team (and my success manager: Aditya Jaiswal) is superior to anything I ever expected. I truly appreciate the WhatFix team in making sure I getting the most out of their product. I love that they are keeping up with the new learning trends and updating the product to make my job easier, more effective, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

Flow and tags were a bit difficult to create, but the team certainly helped me make the best possible flows for onboarding my end users.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the launch of Whatfix, I am able to streamline material for onboarding new users and provide field level assistance to ensure accurate product, price, and rebates to our customers. Our system support team has seen the benefit of WhatFix with helping reducing data entry errors and calls. I use the robust analytics to see where the 200+ end users need help, what they are searching for and what questions they have to create additional material based of their Whatfix experience.

**What do you like best about Whatfix?**

The willingness of the Customer Success/Support team to help you succeed in using Whatfix. They have always been very responsive to questions and the frequent client calls are good for building a client-supplier relationship.

The variety of features available in Whatfix makes the use of the product relevant for many use cases. Based on the continuous releases of new features you can see that they take their product improvement seriously.

**What do you dislike about Whatfix?**

The available (original) analytics features were not providing us with the data that we required for our internal KPIs. The CSM team tried their best with offering a tailored Excel solution to solve this matter, however ideally this would have been included in the product. 

Due to the wide variety of features in customising pieces of content/flows, the workflows could "break" easily when certain tags etc. were not set correctly. It could often take quite some time to figure out what the exact issue was, making it less easy to use.

The client-supplier relationship might benefit from more continuity in terms of the responsible CSM for the account. Over the course of the last 15 months, we've had 4 different CSM's. I understand that there might be varying reasons for this, and the general support has been good, however it always takes a bit of time to get up to speed with a new CSM.

**What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatfix helped us to create "self-help" workflows on our platform. That was the key value it provided. Later on, we've also used it for analysing the clicks/visits on our website to better understand our visitors and their behaviour. However, for the analytics part we faced the challenge that the metrics were not directly useable for us (difficult to align with our internal KPIs).

Whatfix widgets help me ensure our employees can DO what they have been trained to do months after taining. Also, I can add extra wlakthroughs for minor items that were not a priority at the time.

There are so many posible ways to use Whatfix from widgets, to communications and even delivering and tracking training assets. I wish I have more time to work in the platform.
