What do you like best about Whatfix?

We have used Whatfix for three objectives of

1. Customer Education

2. Reduction in Support tickets

3. Premium conversion

It is safe to say that we were able to achieve all the three objectives. More of the tool can still be used to do much more than that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix provides an intuitive, easy to understand platform for users to navigate through areas of the application where they lack the intial knowledge to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

There are areas for development but for the term of the project they have been and continue to develop new features and improving areas of the application where required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing self help to users of our procurement application by way of navigationable flows, smart tips, banners and pop up messages. We have seen a large uptake by the users and have had very positive feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatfix is easy to use as an administrator with a lot of capabilities to make using the target system easier on the end user. Their Support is top-tier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fantastic support team and implementation experience. Our customer success manager is always available and willing to assist with all requests. The company really goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is kept up to date with the latest features of the learning adoption platform as well as providing any necessary training that might be needed throughout the implementation process and beyond. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has been a valuable addition to our rollout of a major platform and change in the way we do our business. Creating flows for our colleagues to follow when they are lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the creation of flows can be a bit tricky to get them to work as needed but the support team is so helpful in helping us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix offers easy content creation and curation, a superior on-screen interface and an intuitive end-user experience, metrics and analytics to facilitate improvements, and intelligent feature upgrades are regularly deployed. The launch and support teams are top-notch, and we are very thankful for this product's solutions and our Whatfix support teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Because our end users are primarily external partners, deployment via Chrome extension (and thus a separate install) is helpful but not ideal. Alternatively, deployment via two lines of javascript within the software would've been a much more powerful implementation strategy, but we did the best we could with the resources we had available to us, and we still find the tool is a valuable asset despite the extra installation step. What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our largest end-user population consists of external partners who do not necessarily inherently understand the complexities, nuances and restrictions of private donor-created funds, endowments, use criteria and spending authority. Whatfix allows users to complete complex, semi-automated, multi-step Flows with ease. It also helps them understand the significance of data points (and their interdependencies) through the use of Smart Tips. As our software evolves, so too does our Whatfix infrastructure which serves to equip end users to adapt to the constantly changing environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
