"Incorporating and using WebTMA has been a very positive experience for district."

What do you like best about WebTMA?

Customer support for the product has been excellent over the years. The support team is often able to help resolve the issue in the initial contact. We have also had sales and support create customized features within the platform to meet our ongoing needs and use cases. Overall, the product was easy to initially implement with the assistance of TMASystems support team during the work order conversion process as well as helping with intergration with other interal systems. What do you dislike about WebTMA?

The onboarding and familiarizing of new users to the WebTMA interface can be steep for some and it will require more time and training to understand all the features and capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebTMA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use WebTMA to help solve two problems in our district. The first was to have a common platform for work orders between or Facilities and IT areas. The previous work order system did not meet many of the needs of our facilities area in preventitive maintenece, cost centers, and reporting.
