From my perspective in a training role, Diego at Upkeep provided us with all of the support we needed to get ramped up and going! He spent time with various stakeholders to ensure proper introduction to the system and understanding, and even joined an employee training call in case questions came up that I was unable to answer. Learned feedback has been that they apprecaite the ease of use and how it organizes things for them so they don't lose track! I appreciated this support for a new system! I my role, I do not have any dislikes on the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UpKeep replaced our email maintenance ticket system. UpKeep is user-friendly, so it was easy to train our technicians and requesters on how to utilize the system. It's organized; lots of different options are available to suit your organization. We really like how easy it is to submit a ticket, and how you can do this on the mobile app as well! Support has been wonderful post implementation. Brian does a wonderful job at answering any questions we may have in a timely, effecient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our implementation manager was out for 2 out of the 4 weeks of our implementation, so it was a little confusing as our next point of contact did not communicate much with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UPkeeps App Application works very well for the Techs in the field. The software is pretty easy to use once you start exploring. Workorder use and setup is very straight forward and can be created from different sections web application eleminating bouncing around in the software. Upkeeps Adoption Metrics in Analytics is nice and can be customized to fit your needs. Customer support can help you with reports if you don't see what you need. Checklist is a nice feature for the Technicians to follow and make sure nothing gets missed. Parts and Inventory is improving and can be setup with other software like Netsuite to capture Inventory costs. Customer service is excellent and very helpful with really good response times. Upkeep listens to what the needs are for the customer as they grow. Pay for the Premium Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few of the dislikes. The PM process in exporting and importing to create large number of PM's can be improved. Updates need to be tested with customer support before being released to the custormers. Thought needs to be given to the types of industries using Upkeep. Upkeep is improving on that subject. Need better forms customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Upkeep is essential in the day to day operations here. I like having all the information needed to complete a task at the technicians fingertips. It makes the entire process of scheduling preventive and reactive maintenance tasks extremely streamlined and allows for user friendly analytics and reporting. I am able to build the system and simultaneously schedule work as it is built which is making it very easy to implement the system to technicians who are not used to using a CMMS. Whenever an issue arises where information is not recorded correctly or I have a hard time trying to accomplish a task, customer service is always ready to help me figure out the issue and come up with a solution. No matter your maintenacne needs or how in depth you need the sytem to be depends completely on you. It is multifaceted and options can be turned on and off with ease. I have not found anything that I dislike about Upkeep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had used eMaint for 13 years. About 9 months ago we started exploring options for updating the platform that we were using. We pretty quickly narrowed down the field of CMMS platforms to a core group. After taking an in-depth look at the updated version of eMaint, Upkeep and two other platforms, we decided to go with Upkeep. As a corporate manager and admin for our CMMS, my focus was giving our techs a good app to use to make their lives easier. Upkeep has done that. Our techs like the app and have taken to using it very well. Even our teams that were still on paper have adopted using Upkeep without much trouble. The web version has a nice flow to it, adding users is a breeze, the analytics and dashboard functionality for LEAN is great. The constant stream of updates, added features and refreshes have been nice. They are adding some nice features and functionality. Even in the 9 months that I have had experience with Upkeep, the changes have been at a very goood pace. The AI checklist generator is actually pretty good. I was a little skeptical at first, but for general industry equipment, it did a nice job. Support has been good. They are very responsive. Our account reps throughout the migration and deployment process have been great to work with. They listen to feature requests, provide assistance with issues that we run into and do a nice job keeping us posted on the staus of updates and bug fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall it is a very nice platform. I have been a little surpirsed at the number of bugs/glitches that I have found in working with the system, especially for a platform that was developed over 8 years ago. The support team has always been very responsive in resolutions for any issues. The purchase order functionality could use lots of improvement. This is one of the only areas that we have had disappointment with. It does lack intergration into the system for being able to link specific work orders, assets and update inventory when the items on the purchase order are recieved. Cycle counts could use some improvements as well. Not all platforms offer either of these functions, so it's not always a fair comparison, but some they were areas we were hopeful for. Upkeep was designed to not only cater to management and data interpretation but was created with technicians in mind. The ease of use and the scale of features makes Upkeep one of the most versatile CMMS out there. Starting from the ground up at a new site is never easy but Upkeep has made the transition smooth and effortless, not to mention months after implementation we are still getting the same customer support as day we did on day one. As a new site Upkeep has been with us everystep of the way, therefore it is hard to say where they lack. Any flaws or changes that we have found within the system were corrected within a very short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it does work orders, PM management, and inventory control. Being able to barcode and add photos of equipment is awesome. Maintenance, Production, Sanitation, and Quality all use this software. Creating work order notification takes less than 30 seconds. So much better than paper! I wish it had a workflow checklist ability. Have a checklist, complete checklist, assign owners as you go, and then the owners are notified and can complete their portion and close the loop. It has some of these features but not exactly what I'm looking for. To be fair, I have not found this is any other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a very basic structure in place which allows for ease of learning curve into CMMS. Their reporting tool using Google looker is nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are constantly updating things (every Friday) and they apparently don't sandbox these very well because every friday something new breaks..... It is super frustrating. Also they view you as a customer and that's all. I spent hours and hours helping them (for free) talk about new features and structures that would imporve the app. When then I ask for their help thye told me that's not what they do. Very frsutrating to have someone come in and tell you to pound sand after all the help I have given them... A pity. We will be moving. Every penny they say they can save you will be lost due to technician frustation, poor rollback on apllication policy, and lost revenue from billing. They have costs us at 25,000 in lost revenue and billings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When considering UpKeep, the aspect many users appreciate the most is its user-friendly interface that simplifies managing maintenance tasks. Features like easy scheduling, real-time work order tracking, and mobile accessibility make it a standout solution for improving maintenance efficiency. Additionally, its ability to centralize data and streamline communication among teams is another widely appreciated benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited Customization: Some users find the customization options for reporting and workflows limited, making it harder to tailor the software fully to their specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Upkeep has a flow of improvements weekly. They're constantly working to improve. The platform is modern and fairly user friendly. Support is responsive and can get you going. Once you've in the platform for a while, i've only found myself needing support maybe once in recent memory. Able to have my techinicians utlize the mobile app and after a while, they really start to catch on using the app efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really just features I wish they had - the ability for all users to utilize the chat features on work orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
