## UpKeep Reviews
 ### 1. Upkeep Streamlined Our Work Planning and Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zakwan M. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I’m very happy with Upkeep; it has made planning my daily work much more efficient. It’s helped me create a more productive, organized work environment, which has saved both time and money. On top of that, it has improved communication within our company and made it easier for us to repair equipment more promptly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Upkeep is software that helps our company stay organized and compare costs per asset. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about it. It was very easy to implement in our workplace, and we were able to get the whole team up to speed on how to use it.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to track weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and quickly identify which areas need additional support, as well as where we’re having the greatest impact. It also provides a range of expansion options, including store and supplier management.

 ### 2. Easy Implementation, Powerful Real-Time Predictive Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swen M. | Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I liked how easy and straightforward the implementation was. I also appreciate the real-time predictive capabilities, which help us manage and maintain all of our equipment more efficiently. On top of that, I really like the dashboards—they’re becoming more and more useful, and they let us see the statistics we need in the format we prefer.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I have nothing negative to say, I've had an incredible experience, without any inconvenience or problems. It has allowed us to visualize all monitored assets in one place and obtain valuable information in real time.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform has been a great help and has become a reliable tool for achieving our overall goals. It lets me quickly identify production delays, allocate resources efficiently to get downed equipment back up and running, and pinpoint the root cause of a stoppage. That way, I can implement corrective actions and help prevent the same issue from happening again.

 ### 3. Versatility and Efficient Tracking with UpKeep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel V. | Maintenance planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I like the versatility of UpKeep for data capture and ways to track activities. With the 'Request' or 'solicitudes' section, I can track and plan activities like projects, and the report capture is digital, which is an improvement compared to when it was done on paper. Additionally, I value the latest update that has allowed me to learn more about how to set up PM Triggers and how to modify and upload the W.O. to each user. I enjoy how UpKeep helps me reduce the time spent capturing reports and accurately track pending activities.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I don't like the topic of downloading W.O. in PDF format. I'm interested in downloading a large number of W.O., but if I select them, it puts them all in a single file and not individually. I also found the initial setup of UpKeep difficult.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use UpKeep for precise tracking of activities and to reduce the time spent on report capturing. I like its versatility for capturing data and planning projects, especially tracking requests. The digitization of reports improves efficiency compared to paper methods.

**Official Response from Maria Rossodivito:**

> Hi Miguel, thank you for your review! Your feedback means the world to us. If you ever need any assistance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!

 ### 4. Streamlined Inventory & Asset Management With UpKeep

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lothair M. | Sr Engineering Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I appreciate being able to streamline my work and manage, evaluate, and track inventory all in one place. It’s also great for the day-to-day maintenance of production assets, it’s easy to use, and it receives constant updates. I especially like the benefits it provides, such as reduced downtime, improved efficiency, and better asset management.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Overall, my experience has been excellent. I’m honestly surprised that more people don’t know about or use UpKeep. I don’t have anything negative to say. The mobile app was helpful for my technicians, and I was able to track reports and manage work orders for my team.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it daily at work, and it does its job well. It has helped our organization become more efficient in day-to-day operations while also supporting long-term evaluations. It keeps a clear record of all maintenance performed on registered assets, and it makes it very easy to create, assign, and track work orders in real time.

 ### 5. Supremely easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Maintenance Scheduler, Inventory Manager, Purchasing Specialist., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Very intuitive. From the get-go, it's very easy to navigate. Other CMMS systems I've used in the past, both in Military/Aviation as well as service shop programs, always had a massive learning curve. You had to keep cheat sheets until you memorized everything with the old databases/CMMS programs I've used. My first day of training, I was basically a pro after about an hour.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

There are a few things that I feel could be streamlined. For instance, when I need to print or save a Work Order. I open the work order, then I click print, then it brings up another window, and you have to export it, save it, and either print it from there or email it. Then when you're done, you have to close like three or four windows to be able to access another Work Order on that same page.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking/managing inventory. Allowing us to keep parts on hand and know where they are. That was the BIGGEST problem when I came to this company, which they had just started using Upkeep. Since I've been here, parts now have their place, and the technicians know how to find them. Before, I was getting calls at all times of the night asking where a part might be.

Upkeep also allows us to see how many parts and hours a machine consumes. We have never been able to track these things before. We can now account for down time and parts cost to go into our decision making for new machinery, and we can have statistics to go with these decisions. Along with Purchase orders, we didn't have a great tracking system for those previously either.

 ### 6. Unified Command Center for Checklists and Optimized Inspections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Husein R. | Digital Strategy Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I like the ability to create checklists because it gives me a unified operational layer. The platform offers a simple, structured system, and I appreciate how it provides operational data along with a unified command center to manage everything in one place. I also love being able to optimize inspections, which makes the overall process feel more organized and consistent.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I’d really like to see integrated modules that cover all of our internal coordination, and I also wish there were more native integrations available. The initial setup takes a while, and there’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to the more advanced analytics.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve moved beyond complicated spreadsheets, which has been especially helpful for managing our teams. It’s enabled me to build a more robust business model while integrating critical compliance steps into our process. On top of that, it gives us clearer financial transparency and a better overall view of where we stand.

 ### 7. Great program for any business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

What I love most about Upkeep is the ease of use. The program is so simple to use.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The least favorable thing about Upkeep is that I cannot upload my work order format.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

This is a great program, especially for businesses looking for somewhere to start. The program is so easy to use, and the customer care and service are excellent!

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upkeep has easily saved time with the easy access to submit work orders, assigning work orders, and closing out work orders. The inventory system has made tracking so much easier. Everything is literally a click away. The program is so easy to use and saves so much time. Reports can be printed in seconds.

**Official Response from Margot Ford:**

> Hi there, thank you for your review! I appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience with UpKeep. If ever you need anything, please let us know.

 ### 8. Top-Notch Work Orders and an Intuitive, All-in-One Calendar View

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

I especially like the calendar view option because it keeps everything in one place. It also makes asset tracking easy for spotting issues, and overall the platform is extremely user-friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

If you have multiple assets linked to the same work order, they can end up being duplicated, and a recurring pattern may sometimes be changed unintentionally. I’ve also found that creating certain procedures can be difficult.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The information is instantaneous when an order is updated, which motivates me to focus on the task. It has been very easy to use and implement in operations, and it helps organize work orders and priorities. It greatly simplifies the documentation of our work.

It has been a pleasure working with the company. I haven’t had any issues or problems. Throughout the entire process, the support team has been very attentive, and we’ve remained open to improving our processes whenever possible.

It helps me gather detailed information on corrective and preventive maintenance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and clearly explain the objectives we establish for future projects on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

I like the Nova AI integration in UpKeep. It makes creating a more fluid work order process easier by allowing me to upload files and extract the needed information with AI assistance. This capability makes programming preventative maintenance much easier and more uniform. There's just so much it has helped with thanks to access to Nova.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Only thing that I've really ran into trouble with UpKeep is being able to scan my manuals because we're an older company. I scan the manuals in using my printer and send them to my email. And I have tried every way I can to make it easier to take the information from the scanned documents and get it into UpKeep and have Nova process it, and it's just been a struggle.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A better reporting system is needed, the current reporting tool can be very complex. Finding past reports requires too much searching, and the system is sometimes slow.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program adapts to our needs, and they offer solid support from the implementation consultant. There are excellent add-ons for creating work orders, and I can find virtually all the information I need. Almost all the information can be gathered in a single process.

I like that a photograph can be added as evidence. This eliminates the need to attend the machine in person to validate the execution of a maintenance technician's work.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

We are still struggling with the order triggers because the dates are shifting, which causes problems with our annual plan that doesn't match. Also, the initial setup was very delayed.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use UpKeep to manage preventive orders and maintenance reports. It measures the performance of preventive maintenance in real time. Add a photograph as evidence to avoid attending the machines in person. However, the triggers do not always match our annual plan.

Being able to organize work orders efficiently helps keep track of details like who, what, and where, which is of great importance. The customer support has been incredible from the start, providing amazing assistance as we set up the system, which boosted our confidence and comfort, knowing that help is readily available. The software has effectively helped us track completed work orders in detail and maintain accurate inventory levels. Although inputting information was initially time-consuming, it turned out to be entirely worthwhile, contributing to our smooth operations. Overall, UpKeep meets our needs so well that I confidently rate it a 10 and would highly recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Nothing

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use UpKeep for tracking work orders and materials accurately. It helps in organizing tasks across departments, ensuring easy access and completion of work orders, and keeping inventory precise. The tool is easy to use and supported by excellent customer service.

**Reviewed by:** Catrina H. | Risk Management Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

What I like best about UpKeep is how easy it is to use. The platform is very intuitive, which makes it simple to create and track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and communicate with the team. It keeps everything organized in one place, saving a lot of time and reducing confusion.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I would love to be able to utilize all aspects of Upkeep as there are so many applications, but we are not currently at a place to utilize them all.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UpKeep helps streamline our maintenance operations. I like how easy it is to track assets, manage parts inventory, and schedule preventive maintenance all in one system. It’s reduced downtime and made reporting much more accurate.

 ### 28. Essential Maintenance Tool with Great Features, But Needs Technician Close-Out Option

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

UpKeep has become an essential tool in our daily operations. The interface is clean, intuitive, and visually well-designed, making it easy to access and review all key maintenance and equipment information. Implementation was straightforward, and our team quickly adapted to the system with minimal training.

We use UpKeep frequently across departments for managing stock reports, technician updates, and detailed equipment listings. The new voice-to-text note feature has streamlined documentation and improved communication in the field.

Customer support has also been excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions. Overall, Upkeep offers strong accessibility, smooth integration, and dependable performance, making it a valuable and user-friendly maintenance management solution.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

While UpKeep is a strong maintenance management tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful to have the ability to close out work orders by technician name after job completion, especially when multiple technicians are involved. Additionally, building and customizing reports can still be a bit challenging and less intuitive than other parts of the system.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upkeep provides a central location for all maintenance and asset information, helping us stay organized and improve control over our equipment. It also supports better budgeting and planning for the next fiscal year, making it a valuable tool we rely on frequently.

 ### 29. Streamlined Maintenance Management with a Few Gaps to Fill

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin W. | Assistant General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

UpKeep has been an outstanding tool for helping us stay on top of our assets and ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule. The setup process is simple and intuitive—especially with their built-in AI features.

One of my favorite aspects is the triggered work orders feature, which automatically generates work orders in real time. This makes maintenance management seamless and responsive. UpKeep also empowers our team to self-monitor their tasks and stay focused on completion rates, which in turn gives management valuable insights for performance reviews.

Overall, UpKeep has streamlined our operations, improved accountability, and helped ensure our employees receive the recognition and compensation they deserve for their performance.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

While UpKeep is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The per-user pricing model can be limiting for larger teams, and it would be helpful to offer more flexibility or tiered options. Additionally, view-only users could benefit from expanded permissions to enhance visibility and collaboration without requiring full licenses.

We’d also love to see further development of UpKeep’s Edge tools, with expanded capabilities for tracking temperature, flow, and pressure measurements. Finally, it would be valuable if their EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) solution integrated better with guest-facing documentation, such as incident or injury/illness reporting forms.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upkeep is helping us roll out this LMMS to our multiple location across the states. It has been nice having a consistent point of contact for all companies and who can speak to all teams about solutions and issues each one might be having and their solution to it.

 ### 30. Show Off Your Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Upkeep allows our team to organize, calendar, and document requests and subsequent work with minimal effort. Our team is able to show our larger organization what we are doing "behind the scenes". Upkeep stores all of the information in one place so that if we have a similar issue in the future, we can easily find how to fix the issue and how often the issue presents itself. Our techs love the simplicity of the app! If we ever have any issues, customer support is quick to respond, normally having a solution within 10 to 20 minutes.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Our team looked at switching to another CMMS, purely because of the price. We trialed another program and let one of our main techs trial it as well. Within a day he very directly expressed how he thought it would be a bad decision to switch to the other program. He preferred Upkeep and viewed it as worth the cost. We could spend less money, but if the product was not used it would be to no benefit. We stuck with Upkeep because it is worth its cost.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and calendaring work order request and work orders.

 ### 31. Valuable Reporting and Maintenance Tool, Though Occasional Glitches Slow Reports

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gilthoneil R. | Director of Homeowner Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

It allows for quality checks on purchases and team use. Our Representative Diego is amazing; he is responsive and displays genuine care for your needs and prioritizes our concerns when brought to his attention.

The system is easy to utilize and user friendly. Creating and implementing systems is easy and when not certain Diego is always able to assist.

Upkeep is utilized on a daily basis and has made the collaboration with other systems utilized easy.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

There are sometime glitches that hinder the timely process of getting reports out in a timely manner

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upkeep is used for member reporting on home and asset management. It has been a great tool in helping us stay accountable and member reporting.

 ### 32. A Game-Changer for Maintenance Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariano V. | CNC Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Before switching to UpKeep, we were juggling spreadsheets, emails, and paperwork — now everything is streamlined into one intuitive platform. The preventive maintenance scheduling and asset tracking tools are both powerful and easy to use. We can now stay ahead of equipment failures, track repair history, and make smarter decisions. We know Who did the PM, When it was done, What task that PM has and when is the next PM.

I also want to highlight UpKeep’s customer support team — they’ve been consistently helpful, responsive, and friendly. Whether it’s through live chat, email, or training sessions, their support reps go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Not all the features work at 100%. I have encountered some bugs with exporting WO and updating some WO. However, their customer support team has always been responsive addressing all the issues. They keep me informed of their progress.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before UpKeep, it was a constant challenge to keep track of all the PM across our equipment. We never knew for sure if a task had been completed, when it was due, or where the paperwork was to confirm it. Even understanding which tasks were required for each PM was a hassle, often buried in some manual, email or forgotten entirely.

Now, all of that information is organized and accessible in one place. With UpKeep, we can see exactly what needs to be done, when it's due, who completed it, and what steps were taken — all digitally tracked and easy to audit (very important for ISO). It’s made our maintenance operations more efficient, transparent, and reliable.

 ### 33. Upkeep - for simple work orders and vehicle files

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaylee S. | Lead Transportation Compliance Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Ability to bulk upload work orders and assets with their assignments. User friendly. Easy to edit an asset. Customer support has been great so far.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

don't like the look of the work orders, it doesnt print out nice like if you were to get a work order from a shop. Need better integrations with Samsara to send feedback to them. Should be able to assign an asset a certain "type" and the work orders just auto set up.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Track our work orders and set up scheduled maintenances for all units and store our vehicles files.

 ### 34. Effortless Setup, Perfect for Work Order Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** christopher v.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I love UpKeep just the way it is. The setup process was very straightforward and easy, and it continues to be very user-friendly, making my experience with it seamless and efficient. It allows me to complete my work orders correctly, and I find the ability to leave detailed notes on work orders particularly valuable. This note-taking feature facilitates clear communication amongst team members, ensuring everyone is informed about what tasks have been done. This kind of effective communication streamlines our workflow, making my work process much more efficient. I also highly appreciate how nicely UpKeep operates within the context of my company’s requirements, fulfilling its role without the need for additional software integrations.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Nothing

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find UpKeep helps me complete work orders accurately, leave notes for clear communication, and makes the process easy and efficient for everyone involved.

 ### 35. Effortless Setup and Navigation Make It a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig H. | Assistant Chief Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

How easy it is the navigate and set up. I also like how easy it is for the requesters.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The main thing I dislike is now that I am into the 1000s work order numbers, they are sorted to the end of the list. I like to have my work orders sorted newest to oldest by work order number. I have found a temporary work around by sort by due date, but it is not ideal for me.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have noticed the number of reactive work orders is decreasing and we find problems with our equipment faster.

 ### 36. Stable Maintenance Workflow That Holds Up Over Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit C. | Set lights in charge, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Maintenance work flow very stable through upkeep

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Android support system, easy to operate by phone

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video upload inside updates notes & files

 ### 37. Effortless Work Order Management, But Costs Add Up for Growing Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donnie M. | Director of Facilities, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I really like how simple it is for staff to submit work orders — especially through the mobile app. They can attach photos, describe the issue, and I can assign it immediately. It saves me from chasing emails or paper notes.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

For schools and churches with tight budgets, the per-user pricing model can add up, especially as the team grows or you want to add extra features.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Requests don’t get lost anymore. Having everything in one system has cut down response time and made it easier to prioritize urgent needs.

 ### 38. User-Friendly and Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | I.T Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

UpKeep is very user friendly and intuitive. The overall functionality is fantastic. They really thought of everything. Inventory / service / maintenance with ticketing is fantastic in keeping all departments in the know.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

There is a lot of information to learn and get used to but once learned it is extremely easy to navigate.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintenance as well as inventory have always been a problem and staying current without a ton of paperwork. UpKeep allows us to stay current without having to chase down paperwork.

 ### 39. Streamlines Asset Tracking, Needs Better Parts Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

UpKeep is helpful to track assets and work orders associated with that asset or location. UpKeep has also been helpful for keeping track of preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and vehicles. Our technicians find it easy to use when assigned a work order. Requesters have found the updates helpful and meaningful. We use UpKeep daily to communicate with our crew and requesters.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Upkeep could improve the parts management department. I find that Nova needs additional uploaded data to complete some tasks, which requires an extra step on our end. UpKeep is always working to improve, so I am sure these will be updated soon.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UpKeep is tracking problems and tasks so that we can better predict troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

 ### 40. Easy to Use and Supportive, Though Setup Is Tedious

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave L. | Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

The system is easy to use and very helpful to me as a Maintenance Manager. I can monitor the progress of work orders and PMs and the use of spare parts. Customer support for when I have any questions is very good even with the time difference (I am based in Australia).

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The only issue was the initial set up, a lot of data entry to do which was, although essential, very tedious.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and allocating PM tasks. Monitoring progress and time spent on work orders.

 ### 41. Effortless Workflow Makes Tasks a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan F. | Parts Specialist and planner scheduler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I appreciate how simple the workflow is and how efficiently the inventory updates are handled.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I find it challenging to look up parts and add purchase orders unless I know the exact wording that was originally entered. This makes the process more difficult than it should be.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep track of all my assets and parts, and I can easily reference the work that was completed on work orders instead of having to track down who did what.

 ### 42. Simple and Functional, But Tech Issues Take Time to Resolve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donny P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

The simplicity, functionality, and affordability. The support team is very helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Sometimes It takes a while to resolve technical issues.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software is at the heart of our business operations. It ensures that everyone, whether in the office or out on site, stays connected. We rely on it to manage our customers, work locations, vendors, and material inventory, as well as to generate estimates and invoices. It also helps us organize project photos and files.

 ### 43. UpKeep in SaddleBrooke

UpKeep has kept our facilities department running smoothly and the response time is fantastic. The speed in which the teams are able to respond is beyond belief. Very easy to use. It is in constant use in the community. Being able to track spending is great, once we get everyone on board.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Training is not as user friendly as it could be.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Response time is the number one benefit to the community.

 ### 44. CMMS software that is constantly evolving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** james m. | Corporate Maintenance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Being able to track all locations and assets, develop history on assets to make informed discissions.
The customer service and support are ready to assist and work through any issue that may arise.
Ease of implementation and use, being able to add assets from the App while in the field.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

this is not a dislike, but you get out of Upkeep what you put in it. getting users/requestors to put in request instead of stopping people on the floor.
Take ownership in the program and you see dividends, it makes Maintenace and reliability easier and that is what you need for persons to take the ownership.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset history, parts inventory and communication across all 3 locations.
The notifications that you receive when a request or work order is submitted allows you to see what is going on without having to call or track someone down.
As a requestor, you will receive an email when the request is approved, work order started and completed. giving the requestor the ability to schedule their work and keep track of the repairs.

I love everything about it.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use UpKeep to communicate directly with facility managers for maintenance issues, eliminating email back and forth. It streamlines the process, removes the middleman, and keeps a record for transparency.

 ### 47. Great software, a few bumps at times when using

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

UpKeep is typically available to answer questions, however they are not as accessible as it used to be. Software changes quite frequently which makes it difficult to keep up with.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I like the software of UpKeep and the options it offers. I do not care for the constant changes they make to it and lack of notification of when these changes are made. The software tends to run slower than it should at times.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

Make sure to review the different options of plans to help you decide which plan will benefit your company the most. You can visit with the customer service reps and they can explain the options to help you determine which is the most beneficial for your organization. Set up was a little difficult at first but once all employees have been trained and used it for a while, it was simple and helpful.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UpKeep is a great way to keep track of inventory. You can set work orders to notify you when a job needs completed.

**Official Response from Margot Ford:**

> Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I will certainly pass it on to our product team – we're always making improvements based on customer feedback, so I appreciate yours!

 ### 48. Fast, Intuitive, and Effortless Maintenance Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony D. | SEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I really enjoy the user experience this software provides; it's fast and intuitive. I especially liked how easy it was to create work orders, attach photos, and scan assets using QR codes. The preventive maintenance scheduling is another feature I appreciate, along with how simple the initial setup was.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

It could improve some aspects, such as report customization, and facilitate learning.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The tool has helped increase adoption among technicians and enabled us to move beyond using spreadsheets, allowing us to optimize our work without losing any essential functionality. It's truly impressive.

 ### 49. Game-Changer for Managing Church & School Facilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase S. | Director of Advancement & Mission, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

UpKeep has been an absolute game-changer for our operations at Mary Immaculate Church & School. Managing two large commercial buildings and multiple residential properties used to feel like juggling blindfolded—but UpKeep brought order, visibility, and peace of mind. The work order system is intuitive and easy for our staff to use, and the mobile app allows our maintenance team to respond quickly, even across multiple buildings. Preventive maintenance scheduling has helped us stay ahead of costly issues, and we’ve been able to track vendors, parts, and recurring tasks with much more clarity. The ability to pull historical data and see asset trends has made our budgeting more strategic and less reactive.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The only downside so far is that the inventory module took a bit of time to fully customize to our needs. A few additional options for bulk editing or viewing data across multiple locations would improve speed during setup—but once configured, it's worked reliably.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UpKeep has brought structure and visibility to our facilities operation at Mary Immaculate Church & School. We manage multiple buildings—two large commercial spaces and three residential rectories—so the ability to centralize work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and track vendor performance has been critical. Before UpKeep, we were relying on emails, paper notes, and memory to manage everything. Now we have a system that helps us stay ahead of issues, prioritize urgent repairs, and make data-informed decisions around budgeting and asset lifecycle. It's made our operations more efficient and has allowed our small team to handle a large, complex campus with confidence.

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Being able to track all our inventory and keep everything organized. I use it a lot , easy to use!

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The interface is a bit glitchy sometimes. The fact that assets status can't be changed when a an asset is out of service in the Upkeep Starter plan.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making inventory visible after our plan was upgraded , some software issue . But it was resolved quickly.

**Official Response from Maria Rossodivito:**
