I like the registration process and how easy it is to pull an attendee list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really dislike that there are so many parts of the platform that need work. It makes it very difficult when there are duplicates in the system. There is no way to delete them. It's also very difficult when something has been refunded there is no way to change that in the numbers which makes them incorrect as an end result. I also dislike that you can't change the kind of ticket that it may have been put into the system originally. Things change this should be something that can change also. The registration aspect of Webex makes hosting our events more seamless. It's much easier to be able to have people register for our event and receive an automatic confirmation email. Having the Onsite app made the actual events easier to maintain because our attendees were able to check themselves in and print out their badges. Gone are the days of our internal team having to shuffle through trays of badges.

I wish Webex offered an abandoned cart feature, especially since registration occurs outside of our own website. It would be helpful to know if someone landed on our website but left the registration process half-way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webex Events has an extensive range of customization options. The platform enables us to brand our event seamlessly, offering multiple engagement tools like live polling and Q&A. I appreciate the ease of use more than anything. Some of the services I've used in the past are difficult to learn and cumbersome to use. I was up and running on Webex Events almost immediately after joining my current employer. It's intuitive and simple to use. Customer support is also very good. Webex is missing some basic features that are important to event professionals. There is no easy way to identify abandoned cart customers, for example. Tracking conversions from marketing efforts is a challenge as well since registrants must leave the site to register. Reporting is also rather basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had so many issues with this platform that it's hard to compile it in one text box. It felt like this platform simply was not designed to do what we thought it was going to do for us. We have a highly interactive virtual experience for our attendees and it seems that Webex was not designed to facilitate an interactive virtual event like ours. The platform is easy to navigate. Being able to customize colors & graphics at the beginning of creating an event that carries over to all aspects is a great benefit (registration pages, web/ mobile app/ emails/ etc).
Tech support is quick to respond + there are wonderful articles & videos to walk users through any issues, including examples from other users.
Attendee engagement options are plentiful (chat/ polling/ Q&A/ gamification/ live display for in-person). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the accessibility options are outstanding in the web/ mobile app for attendees (font size/ anti-seizure settings/ colors/ etc), the Closed Captioning options are not great. There is a >30sec delay if trying to use CC during a live broadcast & the Ai generated captions are not great (pauses in speaking create new paragraphs & basic words aren't recognized). Webex Events has everything you could possibly need to host a virtual event. It is extremely user-friendly, easy to embed on websites and share on social media, and easy to implement all necessary details on the platform. We have used Webex Events for three annual virtual conferences so far and are very pleased with our results, as well as Webex Events's customer support. Our CSR, Jessica, is super helpful and engaged! Our organization will continue to use Webex Events for years to come, including expanding to hybrid events in the future. 10/10 platform, service, and support! I really don't have any complaints about Webex Events. Anything we've had an issue with has either been resolved with the customer support chat or our CSR has relayed our concerns to the design team and they have rectified it. Webex seminars are very creative, very scalable, allows active customer participation with interactive chats and surveys to know the opinion of the services provided in the organization. Ability to configure the languages for people entering the sessions and are from foreign countries, fully customizable, professional quality video and audio. They need to work on the mobile support the app does not work as I would like, sometimes it throws video or audio errors, they should work on customizing the program for the Linux operating system. I do not recommend working with the Firefox browser, the audio and video quality decreases considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webex webinar have become my go-to method for connecting with distant and local students. Even my technologically challenged co-workers find it easy to setup webinars. Its easy inetgration with our university's Learning management systems facilitates registrations and attendances.
I adore how engaging interactive elements like polls and Q&A keep students interested. Every day of week I use it frequently , I host office hours , seminars and guest lectures using webinars, which all have crystal clear audio and video quality.
The best features is the excellent customer service, which has always been quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. It really saves lives during live sessions. My instruction has been greatly enhanced by webex, which makes it participatory and accessible to all students , wherever they may be . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every now and then , technical glictes stops the frequent workflow. The momentum of classes is sometimes destroyed by sluggish video, and unexpected audio pauses, particularly during Q&A . Everyone scrambles to get back in touch and valuable instructional time is lost. Even though they are infrequent, those times can be upsetting for me any pupils.
