Difficult to work between french and english (or I should say not as much intuitive I would like), some wording is also a bit different than what we use in day to day (for example, a selection process is described in Vidcruiter as 'position').

The support we get from the technical team when we create our assessment process in VidCruiter. They are knowledgeable and fast to answer my many questions. I also like the ease of the tool...it is easy to work with and create great online assessment tools. I would say the translation feature was at the begging one of their downfall but since then, they have updated some of the features and functionalities and it works great.

I really like how much the interviews can be customized. I was able to create interviews with multiple questions on the one page, like a newsreader sees, questions per video (which allowed candidates to take a break) and could also fully customize the reading time, the ability to make multiple attempts and whether the interviews were open-book or not. As an administrator, I found that I was able to view the log to determine the validity of technical difficulties experienced and was able to control the ability to issue re-dos to candidates who deserved another attempt.
