The VidCruiter system itself is excellent, and is very intuitive. There is usually a solution to everything, and even if it's not initially clear, the amazing VidCruiter support team work quickly and efficiently to provide a solution that seems simple to me as the user. We use VidCruiter for university application material, and I would say the only negative aspect is that it doesn't incorporate or match any UBC branding. We do have the logo on the homepage, but the emails etc. look different to the standard UBC emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Collecting applicant data is the best part, once the job is setup in the system having them complete the online form makes it easy to see if they are suitable and where there could be potential issues that need to be covered.
