VidCruiter is a great tool that has helped us save an immense amount of time screening candidates for high volume roles. It eliminates the back and forth of scheduling phone screens/interviews because the hiring manager and candidate complete their part on their own time within a specified time frame. VidCruiter gives you the time to plan out your questions for a candidate and keep your interviews consistent. It's user friendly for both recruiters and hiring managers to collaborate on candidate feedback as well. The rating system is very helpful when comparing candidates for a specific role. There are some features that aren't as intuitive as you would want them to be. For example, when you are trying to create new video interview templates or invite people to rate.
