What do you like best about VidCruiter?

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

Great pre-screening tool. Different departments in the organization can be part of the interviewing process. Convenient for the applicant (at their own time). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

It extends the interviewing process. When reviewing pre recorded answers, you will most likely have follow up questions. These would need to asked during a second interview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have found it that VidCruiter may be prolonging our application process.

It is a good way to screen candidates for the first time. It eliminates candidates who lack commitment (they would usually not start/complete the interview). Convenient for raters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

The ease of calculating the results at the end of the interviews, without having to score each question and add up the total scores for each candidate. We used to be very paper-heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

VidCruiter is a great tool that has helped us save an immense amount of time screening candidates for high volume roles. It eliminates the back and forth of scheduling phone screens/interviews because the hiring manager and candidate complete their part on their own time within a specified time frame. VidCruiter gives you the time to plan out your questions for a candidate and keep your interviews consistent. It's user friendly for both recruiters and hiring managers to collaborate on candidate feedback as well. The rating system is very helpful when comparing candidates for a specific role. VidCruiter's customer service has always been incredible. They are fast, responsive and easy to talk to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

There are some features that aren't as intuitive as you would want them to be. For example, when you are trying to create new video interview templates or invite people to rate. I don't automatically think of a "Star" symbol when I want to invite people to rate interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VidCruiter has proven to be a very cost effective tool for us especially when comparing their prices and functionality with some of the bigger players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the biggest benefit is the amount of time VidCruiter can save a recruiter and ultimately speed up the recruiting process as a role. Our internship program has over 1,000 applicants. VidCruiter allows us to mass send video interviews to candidates. We can then send the videos to each hiring manager to review. Without vidcruiter, we would be constrained by how much time there is a day to schedule so many initial screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
