We use many of the functionalities of Vidcruiter; it's user friendly, customizable for different roles and purposes, and the technical support is top notch! One of the best features is the ability to customize it to our needs. We can edit the questions and content ourselves, and we were able to upload and integrate our own skills assessments. Everything functions seamlessly and using the platform has really helped us recruit and connect with great candidates locally, nationally and internationally. We use it for recruiting, allowing us to have candidates submit an introduction video to assist us in screening. The only challenge we had was that the emails come from the platform itself and so candidates did not always realize it was a step in applying for our open position. We easily got around this by sending an email to candidates advising they were moving forward in our process and would receive an email from... etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What was most helpful about VidCruiter was the fact that it was so user friendly. Once we were up and running Derek and the team ensured we had all the tools available to really make it what we wanted. When we needed the support from the team they were consistently there which was amazing especially given the time difference. Our candidates had no issues in completing what they need through VidCruiter and I just liked how transparent and helpful everyone was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes when we needed support on Monday (NZ time) it wasn't available as the time difference made it Sunday (their time) - however this was not a massive drama and didn't cause any major hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working with VidCruiter is the best as they always go the extra mile for their customers. I have asked them to build or implement different features for various interview setups, and they always find a way to make it work.
