We implemented VidCruiter this year to increase flexibility for our candidates and team. Our team enjoys being able to review interviews at the time that's most convenient for them rather than going back and forth with candidates to find a mutually agreeable time. That I was able to film the interview on my own time, I set time aside on the weekend to prepare for my interview and to record my replies which meant that the application process didn't impact the consulting work I was involved in during business hours, and I didn't feel rushed or distracted to balance my professional responsibilities with the interview during business hours.
