**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Wow! Talk about true customer service! I have been thouroughly surprised about the ease of use, the insane number of features offered and how seamless the integration and implementation has beem. Thank you so much! I know our customers will use the site over and over again!

Time difference, but they have been so great about assisting us in working around it, doesn't feel like a time difference at all!

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I would recommend anyone that had to pivot to online events to use vFairs or for anyone that considers hybrid events. The platform serves as a hub for the meeting and really made our virtual meeting feel like a real one. No attendees 'got lost' in the virtual space thanks to vFairs. The ability to customize each virtual space and make it on brand really made a difference to our attendees . The design team is simply amazing at creating whatever you need.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We did not get any negative feedback on the website and will continue to use going forward. On our wishlist is the ability to customize per attendee.

**Recommendations to others considering vFairs:**

Start mapping out your meeting on time and work closely with your project manager. We got lucky to work with Shahroze Rizvi who was fantastic.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFair helped us bring our virtual events to live. It is the next best thing to live events and we will continue to use vFairs for virtual or hybrid events.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Thank you Farah and vFairs! Everyone was impressed with the vFairs Platform – it was a powerful and innovative platform that was ideal for a regional career fair for women in Renewable Energy! vFairs did a nice job replicating the in person conference experience, which allowed us to connect about 300 people from over 20 countries. Farah was the most responsive partner I have ever worked with! She responds fast and her customer service is unmatched!! Farah developed a workplan with deadlines, helped us to customize the virtual conference space to our needs, and generated periodic custom reports that helped us track progress and be proactive. She was flexible and had a can do attitude. In a nutshell, Farah made my work so much easier! The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding! **What do you like best about vFairs?**

I've worked with vFairs for 3 years now. We have had two single day events and now in our 3rd year, we had a 3-day event. One of which was added late and included 26 workshops. My account rep Ammemah was a honing star throughout this process! She was quick to reply, excellent at managing my sometimes last-minute or difficult needs. She found useful solutions to every obstacle and always was pleasant, kind, thoughtful, professional and efficient.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I didn't have any major issues. My only irritation was on the back end and not being able to bulk upload the webinars. However, everything else they provide as part of the normal package far outweighed that slight inconvenience!

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a virtual platform for our event. It benefitted by allowing the region of my organization an affordable, virtual option that makes you feel like you're there.

The ongoing support from Ammara Shahid - our project manager and her team was a massive help. They went the extra mile, put in extra hours on the run up to our event that we had a very tight deadline for. It couldn't have been done without you.

The backend can be a little complicated at times.

vFairs allowed us to create a virtual competition that had the feel of attending an in-person event (as much as it can do).

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

It's full-fledged virtual platform that that all you can think of for hosting a virtual conference, workshop or learning curriculum. What I like the most is that it's an all-in-on experience from registration to data and stats, including moderation during live sessions. Customer-service is always excellent.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The peformance of the moderation team that receives and answers questions from registrants can be better. Some technical glitches (automated emails sent by mistake) could create some confusion although handled on the spot.

Hosting a event from A to Z including registration, communication with participants, reminders, live event, data, and certification.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

vFairs has been our go-to virtual events platform since the pandemic began, and we have hosted over three dozen large-scale virtual conferences since then. It has been a breeze to use and set up. The design and visual aesthetics add a nice flare to virtual conferences.  It is intuitive and does not require extensive training to use nor 3rd party downloads (web-based). The back-end is easy to use for the creator, and the support team is responsive and accommodating. The virtual booths are a nice touch, and drive home that conference experience in a virtual setting. Having the flexibility to play on-demand or live presentations fluidly is excellent! The team always makes things happen, even in a time crunch. The more this product evolves, the better it will be.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Not much at all, most of the kinks from earlier years have been ironed out

If you are looking for a virtual platform that is not boring, then vFairs should be at the top of your list.

The platfrom has a lot of services  for the attendees and also very easy to use back-end.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

This is not really a downside but the platform has so many design options that we had hard time to choose one!

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with the registration process. It's comfotable to use during the live event, has an easy to use live Q&A section that was important for us. We had a request to have the platform very simple with the least clicks possible and though it wasn't a regular client request, it was fully adjusted and customised to our needs.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I think vFairs' Event Management Platform is extremely robust and extensive. I like that they have the internal processes and procedures in place to help facilitate our events "soup to nuts." The coordination and integration between the website, mobile app, on-site representation, and backend support helped us elevate our brand and offer an enhanced experience for our clients and event attendees.

Moreover, it's critical to recognize Hamda Adbul Wassay and her part in the success of our recent events. There are a LOT of moving parts, disparate pieces of information and requests coming from numerous sources. The days leading up to each event is nothing short of chaos and through it all, she was responsive, communicative, able to keep pace, and most importantly, maintained a positive and professional attitude. She has truly been a pleasure to work with!

There are few grievances/complaints I can think of for vFairs and their products and services.

As a small company with an even smaller staff, taking over the management and administration of our website has allowed us to focus our efforts on other areas of the event. Additionally, the ticketing and registration management has helped us automate processes that we were once doing manually.

Hamza from V Fairs provided us with an excellent experience. He was attentive at all times and helped us with our requests. Our event participants were delighted!

I appreciated Hamza's quick response and his good attitude at all times.

At first, it was a bit difficult to understand the virtual world and the requests that VFairs needed from us. However, with good communication, this improved quickly, and together, we managed to develop an excellent experience for all participants.

Our organization has a large global audience. V Fairs assisted us in creating a virtual space that allowed a significant portion of them to access and participate.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The platform itself has a ton of great features to host a virtual event. It has everything you need from registration, email marketing, to the virtual platform itself (exhibit hall, networking lounges, sessions etc.)

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The implementation process was unnecessarily difficult. Their offshore team was very responsive but with very poor communication. We were constantly going back and forth asking them to fix edits to the landing page that we had previously told them about, or agenda errors etc. Whatever updates they made, we always had to review them to make sure they were actually done and this was time-consuming and inefficient.

The biggest issue was that the email address they gave us to give to attendees if they needed tech help didn't work! I realized this on day two of the conference. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they gave me a new email address and tried to convince me that they had never given me the other email in the first place. We obviously had screenshots of our landing page where you could clearly see the other email there. I called them out for the dishonesty, and they admitted the rep lied to me, and that it wasn't the right way to handle it. Mistakes happen to everyone - but own them, apologize, and tell me how you're going to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Edited to add: When I emailed to make sure our subscription didn't autorenew and was canceled, I received no response from the CS or billing teams. Emailed again, no response. Followed up one final time to make sure and the CS rep said "As discussed, your subscription does not autorenew so there is no action needed." Even so, why not just reply to a customer? This continues to prove my point that they are not customer-focused at all.

vFairs connection for us was perfect for our short deadline.  Not only did they meet it, but changes along the way were accommodated, and we benefited by their suggestions and expertise.  The staff was at vFairs got us to the finish line and the product was exactly what we needed.

Only issue was a time difference for our location, but many times there was someone available and willing to respond to our requests.

We needed fast accurate service for our event platform and they were there with ease of assimilation of our requests.

vFairs fosters a very flexible, yet straightforward experience. Their platform is intuitive, their UI is modern, and their customer service leaves nothing to be desired. We had a somewhat tight window when switching from our previous vendor to this one, but we ended up having time to spare in terms of setup time.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Truly did not run into a negative experience. We will be working together into the future so will be exploring more features in our next round of implementation.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform that makes networking easy for the user. Searching for other users, simple but effective chat features, etc. Additionally, we needed a scheduling tool that makes it easy for users to find sessions of interest and set their agenda. Both aspects were fulfulled seamlessly.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Vfairs platform works great for us for virtual events as it's easy to use for attendees and exhibitors. Moreover, their customer and project support is to a very high standard, ensuring good organisation and support at any stage of the event management.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The platform already looks great and allows for personalised visuals, however, the visual aspect could always be more personalised (for example, virtual booth reps could actually represent the real life reps) and UX enhanced to make the virtual space more engaging.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With every new edition of our virtual event, Vfairs helps us introduce new solutions to streamline processes and improve UX, for instance, appointment booking, lead collection, webinar setup and management, exhibitor event guiding and training, provides a virtual platform that is adjusted to our needs for simple and straightforward UX design, helps manage virtual space implementation and setup process.

Building our event platform from the ground up was seemless and simple with vFairs.  The step by step instructions, detailed explanations and real time support we received made our first experience a huge success.

There isnt anything we didn't like!  Our requests were accomodated quickly or a comprimise option provided if vFairs wasnt able to meet the ask.

By providing an engaging virtual environment, vFairs is helping us stay connected with employees and allows us to participate and learn together when meeting in person isnt feasible.  vFairs also allows trackable analytics  we don't get during an in-person event.

Deadlines musb be met so more so on planning side. Important to have a tight game plan before you begin your build.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

We have been utilizing Vfairs for about 2 years and have had nothing but a great experience. We work with Shahram who is avaiabile for every event we have hosted pre, during, and post event. The team is dedicated to providing constant education on how to get the most out of the platform, this is extrememly helpful. This has been a great option for virtual events!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Downside is navigating how best to educate attendees that are joining your event on the platform. You can share know before you goes etc, but preparing them has been difficult.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the ability to host events and reach people on a national level.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

There are not enough great things to say about Maliha Ahmed, our project manager. This was my first time planning a large-scale event utilizing a virtual platform, and it was as if she were next to me throughout the duration, holding my hand. She was quick to respond to any questions and always provided a list of what she needed from us. Mailha and her team were present and engaged throughout our event on live day to ensure it ran smoothly. Thank you, Maliha and VFairs, for contributing to a successful event !!

There is nothing I can think of; if being in person for an event is not possible, then this is the best alternative.

I appreciate how easy it was to navigate through the event app, very user friendly, customer support made it very easy to integrate and add stocking guides and POS for customers to view. I was able to frequently use the app throughout the show and the scan feature was super helpful.

I wouldve liked to have visbility to the customers order history so i can also use this as a lead/opprtunity tool.

Through the VFairs platform's feature, we had the opportunity to create an easy and engaging virtual environment that facilitates interactions and networking opportunities between our partners and our members. Working with the VFairs Team was very inspiring. Their attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving have been invaluable assets in overcoming any challenges that arise during the planning and execution phases. Momina and her Team consistently go above and beyond to ensure that our ELSA Career Fair events exceed expectations and deliver maximum value to attendees. There was constant support from her, and thanks to her, the event was tailored based on all our needs in every easy and fast way.

The front-end user interface for the vFairs mobile app is visually appealing and highly customizable. You can build the app out however you would like it to look, with whatever you would like to include.

Attendees of our event faced confusion after checking into a workshop through QR code scan, there was no confirmation screen or indication the check-in went through.

Additionally, there were issues with certificate generation on the day of our event, with some certificates not appearing in the app as intended.

vFairs bridges the gap from virtual events to in-person events, bringing along an easier paperless option when it comes to registration and workshop check in.

This year was the first time that I used vFairs and it went terrific!  Syed was our point person and he helped me with all my questions and training.

From the beginning of our Learning at Work Week platform, Ahmed Sajjad provided amazing customer service and was always focussed on our goals. The Platform enabled us to host a wide range of learning activities, from within Booths, to Webinars, with a global reach and no platform accessibility issues.

Hard to find something to dislike, but perhaps more an area for improvement over time is the chat function from Teams if embedded in platform, but minor for the whole experience our users received.

We needed to reach a wide audience from many disciplines and bring together resources from internal and external suppliers and bring them into one platform, easily accessible to all and user friendly and totally customisable to our Lloyd's Register brand.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Design options at vFairs compared to other virtual event platforms were quite impressive! We looked at multiple options for our conference and when we got to vFairs, we knew that was the platform we wanted to use. 

They also provided great customer service from start to finish! We also liked having a specific project manager assigned to us. Muhammad Ahsan Shahbaz Kha was top-notch--he listened to what we wanted, was quick to make edits, and was very professional throughout the process. He was the first project manager assigned to us.

For the past three years, vFairs has been our go-to platform for hosting virtual events, and during this time, we've collaborated with outstanding project managers, namely Sana Latif and Hamda Abdul Wassay, both of whom excel in their roles. 
During the most recent virtual conference in November 2023, Hamda displayed a higher level of initiative, and we highly value her proactive stance.

Choosing vFairs as your virtual platform guarantees you top-notch care and support!

This is not a dislike but a wish that we had more options for the landing page or to be able to select a template and do the design ourselves. Otherwise, our vFairs managers have been very responsive.

Our organization hosted a Virtual User Conference with the vfairs team and it received some great feedback. The look, feel and navigation of the platform was top-notch and easy to understand.

The team assigned to us for content uploading and event details were very flexible and responsive to our needs. Both Ammemah and Hibba were pleasant to work with.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The reporting function was challenging to understand initially. There are some reports derived from the platform and others from Zoom. There were many different reports to download and it did get a bit overwhelming to compare data.  I would recommend automating a report that consist of the overall statics daily. The team did provide a post event report when requested at end of the eventand that was very helpful.

vFairs allowed our ogranization to host virtual event in a memorable way.  We were able to share content and presentations with global partners in a timely manner.

All of the project managers and project teams are very knowledgeable, helpful and support us every step of the way.
