**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Vfairs has done an incredible job helping us host our national conference, which had over 750 registrants this year! I particularly appreciate the work from Momina and Adnan at vfairs, as they have successfully assisted with our events for years now, ensuring that everything goes as planned.

Nothing I can think of - I think everything about the service is excellent.

Vfairs is providing a virtual platform setup, so that we can host our national conference virtually.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Our assigned PM, Syed Usama, was very responsive, and was able to address a lot of our questions and provide solutions when required.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Some of the tools seemed to be a restrictive, and a little less intuitive for a backend user with little coding abilities. However, the vfairs customer service team seemed happy to help and to try to find workarounds.

Easy to navigate, cool features and quick results of uploaded data, so I'll say fast implementation. Very well structured.

Uh, nothing at the moment. So far so good, the past 3 days have been awesome alongside Sidrah helping us all through the way whenever we needed help.

I think Vfairs is solving the problem of distance and barriers, by enabling a strong gathering on a global platform.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

As in any endeavor, the people working on the team make all the difference.

Ali Fissam was our Project Manager for the LeadForward Summit 2025. Ali did an outstanding job in supporting us from start to finish. He was prompt in responding to requests, clarified limitations and misunderstandings in an open and honest manner, and very accommodating of updates and changes. He was easy to work with and a pleasure to have as part of our team. 

The vFairs team on the day of the event was attentive and responsive to resolving issues that made the conference flow smoothly.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

This is our first LeadForward Summit using vFairs. I can not think of any requirement we had that was not met by the vFairs team.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LeadForward Summit 2025 was our first full day global online conference focused on gathering our global community of mentors and mentees and anyone who values leadership development for people in the workforce through mentorship - 13 hours, 13 sessions, 50+ speakers and team members. We needed a platform that can deliver an interesting and engaging virtual experience to our attendees and participants. vFairs' wide range of virtual environment design options provided the unique conference experience and the integration with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars provided the familiarity to most of the attendees and participants,  allowing us to focus on engaging with each other instead of figuring out how to use the platform.

We recently used vFairs to power our 2,500 person sales summit's end-to-end registration, as well as mobile event app. The event is a beast and the platform was robust yet flexible enough to meet all of our needs. And the customer support went above and beyond in terms of the build as well as creative brainstorming and on site support. 

The mobile event app provided attendees with instant access to schedules, speaker info, and interactive features like chat, discussions, and gamification. And the notification feature worked seamlessly with pre-programmed messages as well as last minute, in the moment communications. 

Working with the vFairs team was a pleasure. They were responsive, proactive, and dedicated to ensuring everything ran smoothly. They truly became an extension of our team. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate our needs made the experience stress-free. They exceeded our expectations. Their positivity and commitment to customer success truly sets them apart.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The ease of creating different websites for our different events. I'm not an operations person but ultimately we chose to work with vFairs because of the NetSuite integration. For me, the marketing features were simple and efficient. My experience was incredible thanks to Syed. He was very patient with me trying to understand different features and the many changes that we threw at daily. We knew that he'd be able to answer our questions and implement any changes in a timely manner. He's a major asset to your team!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The backend left much to be desired. We worked with Stova last year and although their team was a nightmare, their backend was much easier and more robust. We could easily view who the registration invites were emailed to, who had registered from that list, and those who had not yet registered. Additionally, we could edit registrations on our own, segment audiences more easily on our own for marketing emails, and personally, I liked the way we could review the survey results in the backend. the responses were much easier to follow than the way we have to export the survey results with vFairs.

We needed a registration platform that integrated with our accounting software so we could capture event registrations while linking those registrations to invoices.

The customer/client support is fantastic. They hold your hand every step of the way and make sure everything is set up right.  I like the look and feel of the event app.  I like the options they offer.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Some of the reporting we needed was not already programmed into the system.  They did their best to create custom reports for us. But, I felt our needs were not uncommon and should have been standard offerings in the reporting software.

They provided us with the event platform we needed for our event app and our livestreaming platform.

Vfairs technical support is great and always available. Hamda was always readily available to answer my endless questions and complete every silly task I needed done.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The back end website is a little confusing. I'd like to be able to use it to complete more of the work myself instead of sending everything to Vfairs to complete.

The modern technology that Vfairs brought to our trade show was exactly what we needed, especially after facing some of the challenges of organizing a traditional event. The seamless integration of features like chat rooms, virtual presentations, and easy-to-use exhibitor tools helped elevate the entire experience.

They are very professional and helpful. Always patient in answering questions and walking me through solutions. CMS is pretty easy to use once you get used to it. The accompanying app is a nice feature.

The technology behind the platform can sometimes be limited. Better QA of resolved issues.

They are helping us with ticketing and registrations for our events. Without them we couldn't have our event!

The team! Ammemah is our stellar project manager. She is easy to work with, highly responsive, willing to answer all our minutia questions, record video instructions, and make things very simple for us as administrators. We had an extremely fast turnaround for our first event, also our first event on the vFairs platform, and she & her team could not have been more accommodating and helpful especially given our timeline. They truly did most of the work for us!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The back end is quite complicated, so we relied fully on the project team to get things done. Which was not an issue because of how helpful they were - but would like to be able to do more on my own in an intuitive way without spending a ton of time reading how.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFairs really solved our problem this year of finding a service provider that met our specific needs, including budget, in a very short time frame with quick turnaround on a first event. They also did so much of the leg work in terms of content for us which was extremely helpful given our quick turnaround and juggling priorities. They also allowed for us to test out a meeting scheduler functionality for the first time at our event, which went well for a pilot.

Support from our partners at VFairs is unmatched and the team we work with, specifically Hamda, Sidrah, and Faha helped make our fair so easy and enjoyable to produce again this year. The platform itself is also so easy to use and really feels like an in-person event. The custimization makes our event a stand-out for attendees.

I continue to learn about the platform and just need to ensure I am staying up-to-date with the latest feature enhancements to best relay that to attendees. The new integrations are really helpful.

We had the pleasure of working with Shahroze on our mobile app for our third event, and the experience was fantastic. From start to finish, Shahroze was incredibly easy to work with, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project. The ease of implementation and integration of the app was impressive, thanks to Shahroze's expertise. He provided excellent customer support, ensuring all our questions were answered promptly. toggling back from English and French, it is not 100% there yet for the hardcode, but a work in progress.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Our team really appreciated the customer service and fast response time to our requests and issues. We are a team of volunteers hosting this event on behalf of about 500 professional organization member institutions and thousands of graduate students and postdocs, so we have limited bandwidth. Ali responded to all of our questions and requests via email and whatsapp, often within minutes. This was our first time using the platform, so needed a lot of handholding in setting the event up and needing a lot of explanation of features and modules. Ali also met with us once a week for several months to ensure we were communicating with our constituents (member institutions, job-seeking attendees and employer exhbitors) to prepare them for this event with a new platform.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

it is a robust platform, with a lot of functionality, which can be a lot of work to learn and take advantage of, especially for beginners to virtual events or volunteers.

creating opportunities for engagement with industry for graduate students and postdocs across the country- democratizing access to employers and opportunities.

The ease of use, the variety and advanced features, the team is so supportive and helpful!

Not much. I find getting specific data more complicated but the team has been great at supporting with this.

vFairs was so amazing. The entire team's communication was incredible, they expedited the process since we reached out so close to our event, but executed custom lanyards for 500 people, custom name badges, as well as setup meetings at our convenience on the weekend and was available via whatsapp at any given moment to answer questions. Bisma and her team were absolutely amazing with customer service and support throughout the process. The return shipping process was also made incredibly easy for us. I would highly highly recommend this company to everybody!

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

vFairs was very customizable, flexible, and their team that worked with us was absolutely amazing. Our event, DataSplash, was also praised by our attendees, and they really enjoyed how it felt much more personal than just a collection of webinars.

Also, we were able to stand up our event from start to finish in under 1.5 months, which I wouldn't have thought was possible. We look forward to using it again for future events!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We really don't have any complaints! Anything we weren't able to do ourselves, the vFairs' team was able to do on their side, so we didn't have to compromise on anything.
We had some slight confusion around speakers that also should be attendees, and a few errors when those individuals registered themselves, but again, their team was able to help with this.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to triple the number of attendees at our virtual event compared to an in person event. We have tried to do virtual events on our own in the past, but this streamlined the whole event and saved us a ton of time.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Apart from the features of the platform, the best thing about vFairs is the excellent customer support provided by the staff consultants. This is our second year using the platform, and this year we were able to use more of the features, including creating a virtual vendor booth, which was easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Sometimes too much choice is not such a good thing. The number and variety of options for depiction of all of the virtual spaces and options for using the features can be a bit overwhelming (we are a small board of volunteers trying to manage this). But our consultant, Laiba, was patient and thorough in helping us work through the many options.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a geographically dispersed membership, so it's difficult to get member participation for in-person events. This is a largely volunteer organization, so there's no budget for travel, either. With vFairs we can reach our entire membership for virtual events, provide content and activities that they value, and do so at a reasonable cost.

Our biggest reason for choosing vFairs was because we had many event attendees with disabilities and wanted to ensure our virtual platform was fully accessible. vFairs ensured this and we had no issues with accessibility on the day of the event. We also appreciated that we had a project manager to work with us one-on-one to ensure the event was how we wanted.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Sometimes, there was a lack of organization, which resulted in some of our requests being ignored or requiring several follow-up communications. This was not the fault of our project manager, as she always communicated efficiently, but rather, seemed to be something internal on their end. There also is not a ton of structure for the process of building the event and ensuring changes are made. For us, we had several email threads that eventually became hard to track.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

vFairs is a great platform for showcasing your company and reaching a much wider audience. Ours was a school network event, and what is usually held for only school heads in person was scaled to include coordinators and other faculty online. I was quite pleased with vFairs' 3D designs for the event which were aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Our project management team included Zain Shahid and Kainat Fatima, both of whom were always available and accessible. They were well-versed in the technicalities of the platform and always had a solution to our requests. Zain always sent a daily task completion list so that I was aware of what was done and what remained. On the day of the event, both Zain and Kainat were ready and available beforehand.  It was a seamless and incredibly rewarding experience to work with vFairs. Our participants were absolutely thrilled with it as well, and gave tremendous feedback.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I wish I was told about the features that required a little more time for implementation beforehand, such as smart matchmaking or the social media wall, Had I known I could have planned for those accordingly.

Our school network is nationwide as well as over seas. vFairs makes it easy for us to reach all of these schools with ease and without spending too much or contributing to our carbon footprint.

V-Fairs helps to create an online environment that really delivers top quality experience to visitors as well as allow the organiser to display so much information and interaction with professionalism and excellence. 

From day one, the project management is superb, including guidance and examples to help in planning and design, training where needed, regular meetings, to exceptionally timely replies regardless of time of day/week day or weekend or how large or small the query is. 

Always able to find answrs and solutions and provide guidance. Always polite, welcoming, professional. 

We have worked with them on five online events now and have always felt absolutely supported and confident in their managment through to delivery.

For our users, the V-Fair online evnt platform was extremely easy to use, bespoke to each event and provides an exciting 'expereince' as well as met all needs.

Delivering innovative high quality and exciting platform for online education to healthcare professionals (i) effectively (ii) efficiently (iii) enabling a very small team to operate at a global level (iv) flexibility in opportunities and delivery. 
We are an extremelty small team and need to deliver seamless education to a very busy healthcare professional community. Their event platform allows us to work to a pre-agreed budget without restrictions on numbers/access. We can offer 'live' accredited webinars as well as integrate catch-up recordings, meeting the needs of our audience and integrate actvities such as Poster Halls / Exhibition Rooms / small group meetings which would normally only be possible in person. By using VFairs we reach 2,900+ individuals, many, many more than we could do in person at that budget or on other options.

We were late to the game signing up vFairs but they jumped right in and helped through every step of the way. Day and Night.  The apps were amazing and letting us configure to our wishes was fantastic.   Hamda and Candice were very helpful and was willing to do most anything we asked. 
Lastly the 2 days of our show we had Roger as our on site rep.  He was outstanding helping out, showing us the ins and outs of the ipads and always had a smile on his face. 
If we could,  we would request him to come back to our event next year!

only downside has nothing to do with vfairs.  It was hard to get some people to change from the old ways of doing things to vfairs.  Once the first night was happening I believe they changed their minds.

our problem was registration,  this year we were still using our old registration and intergrating to vfairs.  Hambda was great transitioning everythng over.

The platform’s customization options allow for a tailored event experience. Their support team is responsive.
The interactive features, like virtual booths and networking lounges, enhance attendee engagement pre-event and vFairs offers great analytics and reporting tools pre, during and post event.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

There can be occasional glitches that impact the websites/event. , the production times for certain features/modifications and site updates can be slow at times. The backend setup can be complex, requiring a learning curve for new users. We disliked that there was very little control that we could do if we wanted to modify graphics, it had to be done by a developer on their team, it would be great if we were able to upload/post our graphics onto the templates for quick updates on the websites.

Our events have been elevated with the customization capabilities on this platform. It has made a big difference in the presentation and marketing of the event. It helped make the event experience very unique.

vFairs is an excelently  priced product that met 90% of our needs.  Their customer service is unmatched.  Beginning with sales and then to our project management team, vFairs team members were always there to assist us.  The backend of the platform is really easy to navigate through and allowed me to make changes myself without having to wait for vFairs to make them.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Like most product, the sales person did over promise a few items that we actually could not do but they were small and non essential.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our in-person annual Conference was atteneded by over 2,000 people, most coming from different parts of the world.  We needed an all-inclusive package that contained Registration, Abstract Management, Landing Page, on-deman badge printing and a robust Conference app.  Previsouly we had piece mealed the different components but vFairs allowed us to use just one vendor.  They were able to not only meet our needs but exceed them on most areas.

We had issues with development in the begining, with our new team leader, she picked up the work and did all our changes much quicker then our previous team member. Zainb was quick to respond and give us realistic time lines. She was also available during our night event which was great as well to have.

It is hard to explain what we want with a developer, we struggled getitng our picture together, and needed basically an IT translator.

The ability to organize activities in different rooms, customize branding, create avatars from photos, incorporate gamification, and add screen animations.

This platform is ideal for external events, but it would be great to adapt it for internal events in remote-friendly companies by enhancing gamification and enabling avatars to speak.

Our company has a global team, so we needed a virtual platform to bring everyone together. vFairs met this need, offering a completely different experience from Zoom and MS Teams.

We loved using vFairs to host four of our virtual volunteer expos. A fun and dynamic platform with lots of options for customization and a stellar project management team led by Syed Usama Amir that supported us in every step of the way.

We needed a dynamic and new way to reach our audiences across three municipalities, connecting organizations with residents from the comfort of their homes. We were able to accomplish two goals: helped residents connect with volunteer opportunities and helped organizations recruit volunteers. We were also able to host multiple webinars on the platform.

The customer service was impeccable.  They were so quick to get back with any question I had whether they had an answer or not, they made sure to resolve everything super quick!

There were tedious things sometimes with the backend that weren't easy to do on your own at times.  Thankful for the customer service help, you never felt like you were doing it alone.

Registration was always difficult and as our company/events grew we needed something a bit more sophisticated.  vFairs helped us organize and solve this problem.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

vFairs customer support has been unfailing over our last 14 events. Our Project Manager of many years,  Syed Usama Amir, consistently goes out of his way to ensure we have a successful event-from initiating design to they day of-by making himself available and clearly communicating at all steps of the process. That being said, the backend of the platform is also very easy to navigate on my own, and allows me to make the changes I need and get the data I need when I need it.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I would like the ability to be able to customize the attendees, like the ability to make avatars of staff and booth admnistrators, to make the event even more personalized!

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our program assists with clients who are pre-arrival to our county, so it allows them to meet with employers here in Canada, giving them the opportunity they would not have until they physically moved here.
