I was not able to use Verloop on Google chrome so i had to download Mozilla firefox to use it properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way chats appear, and the way we close the discussions and ticket raises and adding tags. It helps us collect the data from customers and raises their concerns with our management team. It is a little difficult to understand initially, and we cannot use it on the phone. If we could have an app for the android phone, it would have been even easier to complete our assigned chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
