3. On duty and mobile mark attendance features are very helful for employees who are working from home.

4. 100% accurate paid days report we have acheived.

1. Belong to a banking & finance platfrom, we have 100+ sales employees, for them now it is very easy to mark their attendance and raising expense from mobile application, Previously we are highly dependent on the email and sms.

2. Leave and expense approval is now transparent, report is very helful to track the expense amount at the end of financial year.

3. Propsed investment declaration can be done for easy and correct calucation of TDS, previously we need chartered accountants for that.

1. Being a banking domain, some employees enagaged in field duty for them we had a great difficulty to manage their attendance, now that issue is resolved with the help of mobile application.

3. It has reduced manual intervention regarding profile updation, time office management and salary processing, all employee need to raise an helpdesk ticket.

What do you like best about HROne?

1. The best part is the Time office module which allows us to calculate paid days, compensatory off, overtime hours in an effective manner.

2. Based on the formula created in the salary paygroup, we can easily processing the salary in simpler 3 steps.

3. User Interface has driven most of the employees in a positive way that they are using the application to the next level.

4. Home wall is a powerful section which has all daily based useful info like attendance, any new announcements made by HR and many more.

5. Easily integrated with our sql server for capturing attendance punch details.

1. System repsonds slow during new relaeas and salary processing time span.
