I love Tourial, because it provides a transparent way for prospects that are too scared to request a demo to see wow moments of my product and then actually become bold enough to talk to sales! There is a large amount of revenue that I can attribute directly towards adding the Tourial to our website!
It also helps with cold outreach, marketing campaigns, and follow-up emails. One of my favorite parts is that it makes it easy to show prospects how my product integrates with other products that I don't normally have access too! We even use Tourial on our Support Site to teach users how to use certain features!

Everything is easy to do. Within the space of a few minutes I can:
- Capture new screenshots and videos
- Pull them all together into a product tour
- Add interactive elements / annotations
- Create custom share links
- Track who opens the tour and how they've interacted with it

Tourial solves a great problem for marketing teams. It allows buyers to educate themselves on a tool before deciding whether it might be a good fit, helping drive more qualified and educated leads for sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tourial has made a lot of product and UI updates that have solved some of the things I didn't like before, but there are definetly so many things they could do by incorpirating AI into the product to help with translations, voice overs, or recommendations when building a tour. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. Tourial constantly takes in customer feedback and researches the market to enhance their services/options/tool - there is something new all the time. The customer support is excellent - the team is very responsive and helpful, and they keep you updated on any new features. It's been a very positive partnership. Allowing buyers to try our product directly from our website has been a huge lift with tourial (https://www.tourial.com/). We sell to sales and marketing teams and they try lots of tools, fast. Because we don't have the ideal self-serve motion yet, we're able to deploy product interaction and user education at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Extremely intuitve to learn and build custom "Tours" quickly
Customer success is proative and extremely responsive
The fact that it is interactive. I recently created an interactive Tour on the AE use case for our Conversations module for our internal enabement training. Goal is that this format will make our messaging sticker with reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Tourial for a little over a year now and have completely loved the journey. We've seen several product improvements, and any questions that we have are answered promptly and they are always reaching to help as they release new features. We initially purchased Tourial for lead gen and it's worked wonders in that category. We've also created several Tourials for use in outreach emails and texting for our free trial customers. With all that being said Tourial is a staple, it is easy to get going and we use it and count on it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Very easy to make your first tour, you can tell they've really figured it out
- Customers love it, love the ability to see how something actually works
- The Tour Player is a great resource for sales teams
- Very easy to edit tours as products change
- Tour analytics is a nice touch, wasn't expecting it

It's a very easy click-through prototype of our product which is engaging for prospects and allows them to a la cart check out our most valuable features.
Lastly I can see stats of who is engaging AND see which companies are coming by Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think more customization of colors and formatting would be good to make it more whitelabeling instead of branded by Tourial Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
