Tourial was easy to set-up and easy to use. Their post-sales support team is top notch and very knowledgeable. Because it's so easy to start making demos, their CSM team focuses on helping us up-level our demos. They share best practices, tips and tricks, and help us optimize to constantly improve results. It's hard to find anything I dislike about Tourial. My best recommendation is to make sure you have Tourial prioritized as a project for your team or department, and the resources needed to make a few Tourials right after the contract to start seeing value right away.
