Ease of use and customizability of Tourial are two of my favorite aspects of the tool. I had a great experience onboarding - both experiencing the tool through trainings via interactive product tours and videos, and through hands-on support, strategic guidance, and collaboration with my account team.
Building tours themselves is a seamless experience, especially when using a browser extension to capture image or video content. And, at the admin level, I'm able to easily apply branding to the tours at the admin level to ensure consistency across all tours, regardless of who is building them. The platform is very simple to use. We were able to get up and running quickly and are able to train additional team members easily. We were at a point where we needed to be able to showcase our product, but didn't have the budget or time to wait for outsourcing videos. Tourial solved our problem and we had product tours live within a couple weeks. Updating existing tours is simple and the analytics provided are just what we need to see - inside Tourial itself and in Marketo. Anything I've discovered as a disappointment with Tourial is typically on their development list. I've never run into an issue that the Tourial team wasn't able to quickly resolve. Always excited to see new features released from Tourial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tourial was easy to set-up and easy to use. Their post-sales support team is top notch and very knowledgeable. Because it's so easy to start making demos, their CSM team focuses on helping us up-level our demos. They share best practices, tips and tricks, and help us optimize to constantly improve results. It's hard to find anything I dislike about Tourial. My best recommendation is to make sure you have Tourial prioritized as a project for your team or department, and the resources needed to make a few Tourials right after the contract to start seeing value right away. Compared to other products on the market, Tourial is incredibly easy to use. We were able to create our first tour quite quickly, and the team at Tourial was extremely helpful if any questions arose. Once you quickly familarize yourself with the Tourial platform, it's super easy-to-use and a lot more flexibile with creativity (fonts, logos, color schemes, etc.) than some of the other tools I've used. As far as customer service - the Tourial team (and specifically Cole Oslund, our dedicated account rep) always have a genuine desire to help where needed and elevate our current tour building strategies. The product is very easy to use and straightforward. What is great is the different links you can make for 1 Tour and track it across various reps and channels. We can see which reps are sending the most and how it ties to them being top converting performers.
Tourial helps paint the picture of what your product actually does which makes it so much easier for people to see and commit to a demo that converts at a much higher rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just remember if you update and change the url the previous one is no longer valid. Made that mistake my first time but it was a quick fix! Like I said, very easy to use and set up. My new hires are hooked on using it to explain what we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good customer success managament. The resulting tours are very user friendly and engaging. Once past the initial learning curve, it is easy to build and integrate tours. Putting together tour players has been a highlight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial learning curve of the product is a bit difficult. Customer success helped me learn faster, so setting up with the team there was very useful. It can be a bit difficult to explain what I'm doing to others and the initial build process is not very intuitive. Tourial makes demoing software a piece of cake with its easy setup and user-friendly interface. We already have multiple team members trained and using Tourial, which is allowing us to generate tours for almost every feature of TaskRay. The Google Chrome extension is a nice addition, letting you jump into auto screen capture right from your browser. I don't have many dislikes. This is more of a skill-building issue, but when using Tourial, you need to put your video editing/creative cap in order to create really engaging Tours. The support from the Toruail team is phenomenal. Sarah and Megan have been so helpful and continue to help me whenever needed! The capabilities and tools available to showcase my product are exactly what any SaaS company needs to show off its product. The best part, Tourial is always updating their platform and making it better, providing training and webinars on the new features and even taking the time to 1:1 to show me how my company can benefit from the new additions!
