I like that you can use it on mobile or desktop. This is great when you can't be at your desk, especially during live events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes some time to get used to the interface and where things are, but that it's typical of any new app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TINT allows us the ability to easily manage user-generated content for our annual UGC contest by taking out the manual piece. We can easily tag the entries, based off of our own tagging structure, and at a quick glance, we're able to see how many piece of content we have. The ability to see the full post and copy makes our lives easier. The interface is very straight forward and the team is also willing to hear product suggestions! It's a very small thing, but would love to be able to see (at a quick glance) total number of posts instead of having to manually scroll through all of the pages of content and count it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TINT has been a great tool for my team when it comes to requesting rights for content and storing/organizing it! The team at TINT has been a pleasure to work with as well and is there to help whenever I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been a few glitches with the program from time to time but the team at TINT works hard to resolve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of features built-in and add-ons you can purchase, like a contest platform and landing page. Requesting UGC approval is also pretty straightforward and easy to do. The support team has also been very helpful and easy to work with. TINT also has good integration with Hootsuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the UI was a little more easier to navigate, and to see what UGC has rights approved and what still has rights pending. There have been a few times where I've gotten confused and not been able to find what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UGC aggregator, can pull in photos from multipl platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
platform breaks down, has random glitches that even after you think you have fixed them with the help of the support team come back eventually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed the easy-to-use interface that was visual and intuitive.
The customer support we received in onboarding was also top-notch—through recorded sessions and hands-on demos.
As a data nerd, I enjoyed the easy-to-view and access analytics on the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While most features were intuitive, some custom features were not as apparent; but these challenges were easily resolved through their superior customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that TINT has thought of everything. From incorporating auto-posts that allow users to agree to T&Cs within comments to a design studio that allows you to sort, download and create GIFs from owned content, it's the full-service UGC platform I have always dreamed of. The fully customizable sites that allow casting are worth their weight in gold, too. To the brands who aren't using TINT yet, I can promise that you're missing out on quality UGC that will add serious value to your social content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ONLY thing I dislike about TINT is that you an only download one file at a time in a zip drive. Mass download capability would make my download folder much cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team manages an annual UGC contest with 70K+ employees and we are lucky to have found TINT to help collect and organize all of the content. Prior to TINT, it was a very manual process and with thousands of entries, it was a quite an undertaking. TINT makes our lives easier by being able to search, tag, and manage this process. We use TINT a bit different than others, but one feature request that we have is the ability to quickly access all posts. Right now, the limit is at 60 posts per page and it's manually clicking through the page 10-15 times to get to the end (vs. being able to go to a specific section like entries 100-160.) Again, this is a very specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate having the UGC studio to allow multiple teams to collaborate/pull content. The organization of the content, by appending tags, and using the UGC studio to be able to archive within the tool is really helpful. There's also the option to export in bulk which I think is an expectation anyone in marketing has when it comes to asset management. I think there's something to be said about how they integrate for display and web embeds. I also think the e-commerce features will complete the full circle of how to use UGC for marketing/digital. The only downside is the title of the TINTs (not allowing spaces) and how they're sorted (no option to sort/filter) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
