**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

Ease of use: From publishing to the dashboards, Emplifi is an extremely easy-to-use platform. It’s simple to navigate, and I can quickly find what I need or make changes when necessary.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

There are a few integrations that would make Emplfi the most successful tool I have used:

- Meta library integration - it would be great to be able to select music for posts from the Meta library, as this is something we are currently having to do natively 

- Dashboard filtering - rather than filtering each widget in a dashboard, it would be great to be able to filter the whole report, from both a useability and time saving perspective 

- Boosting - Having a Boosting integration in the paid area of Emplifi would remove the need to do this natively 

- Reporting exports - I'd love to be able to set up a template for monthly reports to be exported to in ppt form

- AI - I'd love an AI integration in caption copy writing, similar to the customer service area, to help optimise social copy

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Emplifi for 2 key areas:

- Organic social publishing and reporting - this helps mitigate the need to do this natively across all platforms, and provides an excellent single view on channel performance based entirely on our business KPI's

- Customer Service - we have recently moved our Customer Service into Emplifi, which has been extremely well received by our CS team. Previously, we were doing all this natively, but the onboarding and training done by Emplifi has been excellent, and we have now transitioned completely to Emplifi for all CS.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

I like that the products they offer keep evolving and adding new features. I really value the way they continue to build out their suite of offerings to match the current needs of our industry. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate for your everyday user. They also take feedback seriously and shape it into future releases, which makes the improvements feel aligned with what users actually need. We are currently in the process of stacking their Social Community tool to the CRM and the project is going well. The implementation team and support has been what you'd hope you'd get, very responsive and communicative.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The help section can be difficult to use and could use some work to better align with what a customers view would need.  Performance wise, we had issues in the past but things are much more stable than before.   Integrations and API connections can be more costly than I'd like.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emplifi Agent, and soon Social Community, will help us streamline our processes and set our team up for success as we engage with consumers of our brands. As we continue to build out and use the features they offer, it keeps supporting our team in providing timely customer service.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

The possibility of extracting data much more quickly and in an organized manner, with various profiles gathered on the same screen, is a major positive point. Another differentiator is the automation of dashboards for daily email deliveries, which greatly facilitates the monitoring of information.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The layouts of these dashboards are not very visually appealing. Furthermore, it is not possible to insert original layouts or change the color of graphs.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emplifi helped internalize the social media analysis area, which previously relied on the work of a partner agency. With the automations and data available on the platform, it was possible to reduce this dependency and save on the partnership.

The unlimited seats and profiles were a huge unlocks for our org. The new team structure allows us to easily assign permissions and profiles to our portfolio brands.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The reporting can be limited. On Sprout, our golden report was a cross-platform table that showed ALL profiles and sorted by key metrics such as impressions, engagements, followers, etc... Seems simple, but the closest thing Emplifi has is a cross-platform table by audience size and nothing else. 

Their reporting is almost so platform-specific/detailed to a fault.

Allowing our portfolio brand access to enterprise-level SMM software. Previously, only our corp. team had access.

Using collections is really helpful. It makes it easy for me to organize my posts, and I can plan them quickly whenever I need to.

It’s not helpful that you can’t add a cover photo to videos. When i upload video it should be necessary ask for the add video cover.

As part of a big team, I know that posts are tracked and reported from here. I think it solved content planning and tracking issues.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

I like that Emplifi’s layout is clean cut and an easy tool to learn, which I can appreciate. What I like the most is its ability to pulls together analytics, publishing, and community management all in one place. The reporting and listening tools are pretty decent when you need to grab quick insights, and you're able to customize dashboards to fit your reporting needs. When it’s running smooth, it really does help teams stay on the same page and cuts down on unnecessary manual work.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The tool can be a hit or miss sometimes. Some features run as intended, while others can be a bit glitchy. I find that the publishing and analytics were the main culprits of this if you’re managing a lot of accounts. Several instancs I’ve had random issues pop up after updates that mess with my workflows, which would frustrate anyone. While support can be helpful, it’s not always consistent. Overall, it's not a bad tool, but it needs more stability for what it costs.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My day is already pretty filled with jumping from platform to platform, so Emplifi has helped me keep everything in one spot instead of adding even more switching between tools in terms of posting, reporting, and engagement and it can make campaign tracking a lot easier. As for reporting, while having its issues, also saves time since dashboards and automated reports keep things consistent. When it works like it’s supposed to, it makes the day-to-day social management a bit smoother.

The platform offers a solid suite of tools for scheduling, reporting and social listening.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

We ultimately made the decision to switch providers due to ongoing challenges with customer support. One questions or technical issues arose, responses from the support team are often delayed or lacked clarity and follow through We needed to keep our workflow running smoothly. As a team managing multiple brands and high volume content, reliable and responsive support is essential and unfortunately, that's where amplify fell short for us.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used amplify as our social media management platform for several years and found features that worked well for our team. The platform offers an intuitive publishing calendar, helpful for planning and scheduling and content across multiple accounts. At the time we had over 1100 social media accounts and it was able to unify them under one platform easily.  We also had a number of users connected to the platform and their functionality for collaboration amongst the team made it easy. We were also able to easily control approvals of content amongst the team.

It's super useful to gather in a dashboard all moderation channels. Also, for making monthy/yearly reports, it has more data than what Meta provides.

I like that you can gather all your social media and content in one place and also post directly to all or one social media the content, as well as you can review every stat from one place.

What I find difficult is that by the way our social media is linked to the platform we aren´t able to see the stats of paid posts made only organic post are able to give the data.

I find the 'community' tab very benefical for keeping up to date of not only social inboxes but what people are saying on their public profiles about the company. I also found the customer support very quick to respond to queries and dedicated to ensuring that the problem is resolve.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

What I dislike the most is the ability to integrate platforms. From our side the person who set up the company's instagram account has left the business so we have yet to be able to set up that channel on our page. However, I must say when we wished to add our LinkedIn page the emplifi team were able to quickkly set it up ad all previous posts were also visible on the page.

It is utilising the benefits of AI with the 'Use AI Composer' feature. This removes a lot of lead time when creating copy for content as the AI examples give me a steer in direction of how my  messaging should be

It's a complete plataform and thats makes de difference.  I really appreciate how easy is responding social interacions, create and organize tags and take insighsts. Emplifi is always improving tools to turns it into a complete plataform

The plataform is stable, never has fail conections, it's fast and fluid.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

IA texts could help in other languages. Publish tool could suport HEIC images as thumbails, and sometimes the thumbnail flip when get published.

all-in-one solution. I use to responding the followers at Brazil Lindt Account on DMs and coments. I use it too to take a look at posts that people tag/mencioned the brand. This year I started to use publish tool and I'm enjoing

Emplifi has a nice user interface, the implementation is easy with real fast social channel integrations, and a great customer service, with quick replies and extensive documentation, including a Learning through on-demand trainings, how-to videos, guides and certifications.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

They do need to improve LinkedIn and TikTok integrations, allowing users to track mentions and other features. That is one major setback for users, which will have a better experience at these social networks' native dashboard.

I love being able to store, schedule and then report on social media content. Its an intuitive platform with regularly updated features that are useful for a wide array of social media marketing roles - from creative to community management. This is a platform I use every day, all day for majority of my work. Also appreciate the speedy support anytime there's been an issue, including updates.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

I do wish there was more consistency among reporting for various channels, but understand some of that is limited API based on the specific channel. I also wish there was more customization opportunity for content collections, such as bulk tagging.

Custom content labeling, automation labeling, and listening queries all able to be brought into custom dashboards are all *incredible* features. Companies can use these to segment content based on the custom data valuable to them and draw insights easily.

Sometimes app features are difficult to find or not intuitive. For example, managing scheduled reports is under the user's profile rather than under content or dashboards.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

The thing I like the most is that some of the analysis it offers -such as comment sentiment, UGC volume, profile comparison- gives you a very interesting perspective to add qualitative insights, beyond the pure data.

In addition, it is a very intuitive tool, that anyone in the team can use it even if they are not part of the analytics or data team.

It's quite easy to connect with the different social media platforms.

I would like to have more customisation options in the dashboards, so that I can automate my processes according to the different ways customers measure.

The customer service is fast and often helpful, but when you ask technical questions they sometimes don't look at the real problem and always redirect you to different blog articles.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

Some of the tools that I consider fantastic are the creation of reports, which are automatic and easy to create, the AI implementation to improve copies, and the Inspiration asset where I can review and get inspired by what other companies are doing.

Customer support chat is also an incredible tool and a fantastic feature to get a follow-up instantly. I'm happy to say that I don't often use this asset, as the platform usually works great.

The integration of many social media platforms including TikTok is incredible. Everything works perfectly and in real-time, like the posts publishing is instant, the publishing of comments and notifications are also received at the instant.

Nothing relevant. Just that sometimes some APIs fail but we are notified and it's usually solved quickly, so it's not a big deal.

Messages and comments management: we received a lot of messages that require instant attention as many of them are leads. The platform is user-friendly and has many filters and assets that help us to manage properly every message, also the assignment tool works fantastic and it helps us to assign messages to the proper departments and provide an answer according to their message.
Posts Publishing: the fact that Emplifi has so many options and edit tools to post photos and videos, solve a lot of problems that we had with previous platforms. Also, the recent AI implementation to improve copies works flawlessly.

Emplifi is amazing for scheduling posts ahead of time, as well as viewing a range of analytics for each platform as needed. Any social media manager should use! The customer support was super quick and thorough, and the support person I had was so friendly. My team uses this often, almost every day. Adding my accounts/connecting was also easy, so the ease of implementation in that regard was good.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The widgets feature is a little confusing to me, and it is taking me a while to get my bearings, so the ease of integration is a little slow and tricky, in my opinion.

So sorry, I hate to be that person, but problems *are! 

Emplifi helps with scheduling posts, as there are not a lot of good, user-friendly apps that have accomplished that.

The largest upside of the Emplifi Service Cloud is the vast network that lives within the cloud. From  a CRM and customer relations perspective,  everything imaginable is all there in one service for an easy to use experience for the user with top notch support.

Downsides are similar to the upsides. With the number of products available and the speed at which they are being added, sometimes you may find issues, especially with the newer products. This can lead to delays in fixes as some of the technologies are still being learned by Emplifi.

Emplifi Service Cloud is constantly figuring out a way to bring together all aspects of the customer relations in one robust service. The robust nature of the products within the cloud allow for a seamless cohesion to provide you solutions for all phases of your job.

It's great to have the majority of our social platforms in one centralized place where we can manage. We're able to respond to posts, dms and handle customer inquires for X, Facebook and Instagram. 
The analytics are pretty good and we are able to get insights for the different platforms as well as come competitive benchmarks. 
Emplifi is pretty easy to use and manage.

Not so much to add here. I wish they had better social listening features.

We have all the publishing tools for all our brands together. It's very easy to switch, copy, view posts etc for all our brands. The labeling and filtering system works great for making reports and analysing the posts. It's just perfectly all in one.

There are some minor things that I miss. For example, an integrated paid Instagram (within the post) in the results and dashboards. Other than that, I can't think of something that I dislike.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboarding is working great in Emplifi, it's visually pleasing and there are many options (but not áll options that I want). It makes making reports for our team easier and faster, which leaves more time for actually analyzing the data instead of collecting it from all sorts of platforms. Also very convenient is the join publishing platform, with our 4 active brands it's very easy to make posts on just ONE page (instead of having to move back and forth between brands).

The team that supports us is always well-prepared to provide assistance whenever we have any doubts. Their responses are consistently objective, clear, and easy to follow. They seem to possess a deep understanding of our concerns and are able to provide tailored solutions that meet our specific needs. Overall, we feel very fortunate to have such a responsive and knowledgeable team at our disposal.

I have been using the dashboards and while they are useful, I think there is still room for improvement. In particular, the Listening section could benefit from a feature that would allow us to download the information in an Excel file. Having this capability would make it much easier to analyze and manipulate the data offline. I hope this is something that could be implemented in the near future.

The team at Emplifi has been constantly working towards improving the user experience on their platform. Recently, they have made significant enhancements to the dashboard functionality. One of the notable improvements is the ability to change the date range for multiple widgets simultaneously, which saves a lot of time and effort. This feature comes in handy especially when dealing with large datasets and multiple widgets. 

Moreover, the Emplifi team is extremely supportive when it comes to managing users and improving the approval flow. They are always available to address any doubts or issues that arise during the process, which helps streamline the workflow and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

The customer service is the best part of Emplifi. We are always notified of upcoming changes, our feedback is taken into consideration for new features, and we have a team of experts at the ready willing to help us make the most out of the tool. Whether it's a simple user setting question or building analytics dashboards, we're supported in a way no other tool could offer.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

There are a few little changes I would make to features to really enjoy this tool the most, and I share those thoughts with our rep. Still, Emplifi is above and beyond better than their competitors for user experience and customer support. If I were to pick one thing to dislike, it would be the price! Again, it's still a great product for the price and they helped bring it down for us as a nonprofit so we could fit it in the budget.

Emplifi has improved our team's completion rate (how much incoming content we see, process, or respond to) tremendously, saving us time and making it far easier to respond to all of our incoming content. Furthermore, made communicating with agents a lot easier due to Emplifi's internal communication system and Answer Templates for easy drag-and-drop canned responses to popular questions on our social media.

Back in the day I used to use Socialbakers mainly for metrics. Later on publishing was added which has been a lifesaver. There are still some limitations I encounter now and then. But they platform has become more and more useful. I like that I can schedule a post and have it automatically published to all applicable platforms. Saves time.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

Back when it was SocialBakers I had a dedicated account rep that we had monthly calls with. While this was a nice personal touch, it was never much help. It always felt like an upsell. They never had any social media insights for me. These meetings no longer occur under the Emplifi umbrella. But again, those meetings weren't that helpful to begin with.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I see that Emplifi does have an app now. Which was a long time coming. Although it only has one review, and it isn't favorable. So I've refrained from trying the app at this point. I do use another service that will automatically publish scheduled Instagram stories for me, and it's easily accessible on desktop as well as mobile. In reading Emplifi's description of their app, it looks like they still send a notification of some sort vs auto publish of stories.

- Unified Analytics: it's brand new so i need to look into it more in depth but the idea of having one module insted of 2 (analytics and dashboard) with alla data it's definitely a great one
- Sending content from collection to publisher
- Activity log and internal chat on publisher content
-IG grid: very useful to have an idea of how the feed will look like with posts still waiting for approval

-Benchmark data is inevitable not so accurate in countries different to USA
- The removal of the support chat (why? Vojtech always responded in a timely and precise manner)
- Collections: it would be useful to have some sort of "visual dividers" between one content and the other (at the moment we only use a blank content with text only)
- Governance: roles are not the best in terms of user experience as i have different visualizations of the same functions in different suites (guess the new version is really rolled up to alla suites..?) so it we could unify them would be great
- Tiktok: would be great to have a tiktok gris (like the IG one)
- IG: would be great to have the Collab feature in Emplifi

Their reporting is convoluded and confusing. Getting correct numbers on reports takes multiple check-in's with my success manager. The onboarding process didn't make my team feel prepared and we're having to do a lot of extra work to get things up and running.

The sales agents that brought us on promised us a lot that the platform isn't actually capable of. When we ask questions about it, we aren't given straight answers. I wish the sales team and our success managers would be honest about what is possible on the platform instead of showing us incomplete workarounds to our questions.

We've lost a lot of time and insights from moving to Emplifi.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

Emplifi has helped me to professionalize Social Media for three big companies. The publisher tool helps maintain and maintain and secure accounts and allows a lot, especially when managing different profiles. It is fantastic, primarily when other teams work on different accounts. It centralizes it and gives you a better overview. 
Dashboards are the most fantastic feature for a data geek like me. Every morning, I review them, allowing me to quickly pick up on what is happening if we have an opportunity or a crisis.
Talking about crisis, the listening feature is also a must for me because of the nature of the company I work for. 

With all my expertise, Emplifi is a must-have for a big company that wants to take Social Media seriously, and there is no other brand I believe has this many features working well. It is top of the market, so I have been changing jobs and taking Emplifi with me.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

Your analytics feature is so so so bad. It works for FB, but it has never worked for me on Instagram because we post all reels. I love the data that it gives me on FB, but I don't use it at all. But, if I could have the same for Instagram, it would be a total game changer. 
You must step it up with what it can recollect and do with Instagram and TikTok.

It allows me to take Social Media to the next level, being something useful (beneficial) for my company. Worrying about somebody accessing or posting the accounts without permission is over with the publisher. Having all my main metrics with easy access and visually apparent is a total game changer. We had a hard time finding who's the connector for some of our clients pages.
In dashboard, if I'm the owner of the dashboard, if I change the dates for my own analysis, it changes the dates for everyone using it (clients). It's a little annoying.
If I duplicate a dashboard for a new clients, I have to change the profiles for every widget one by one (pain).

It is very intuitive and has all the infomation I need! Its always progressing with new features, and customer service are understaning if there are any issues. It's very easy to collate and export data. Easy to add people to the system and intergrate their accounts.

It can be difficult to ensure all accounts are corrected as there is no easy way to see disconected accounts - it will show any account with one feature disconected, which isn't necessarily helpful!

Emplifi is one of the most intuitive Social tools I've used. I've worked with several other competitor products for a long time, but Emplifi matches my needs best. 
It's also got a good and intuitive overview of Engagement, the Publishing Tool and Analytics, which I need daily. Especially in Community Management, Emplifi is the clear winner in handling all requests.

If any errors occur, the support takes care of them quickly and regularly updates me. I appreciate that.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

Due to API regulations, some metrics can not be gathered by Emplifi sadly, which would be very helpful (i. ex. Instagram Paid Insights on sponsored posts).
Since the cause of this lies within the Meta API, I can't really blame Emplifi for this though.

Emplifi helps me keep a good overview of everything happening in the community and on our channels.

The labeling functionality is key for anyone's strategy to understand performance of their posts more. 
We have tested multiple social media management platforms and the key functionality of labels and the fact that data is not inflated and taken directly from each social media platform was key to our decision. As well as it being easy to use and onboard anyone at the company. 
The team behind Emplifi is an absolute gem and does everything to make sure anything that your experience and needs are looked after.
Roadmaps are constantly developed and adapted depending on customer feedback as well.
If you have basic social listening needs, Emplifi also offers this. We aren't using it as our searches are more complicated. 
An absolute must-have for anyone working with accounts that you need insights on, but aren't or shouldn't publish content in. Emplifi separates the API between Publishing and Insights, allowing us to abide by data protection

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

Unfortunately, the data has a midnight delay, which is not on Emplifi's side but rather the platforms they receive data from.
In the future I would love to see more in regards to automation on making rules on how something needs to be labeled and further development into logo recognition on posts for automatic labeling as well.

There is a consistent way of gathering and using data across the organisation and knowing what anyone across the teams are posting is essential in understanding post performance.
