## Dash Social Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Social Media Scheduling with Powerful Analytics and Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica G. | Social Media Manager, Honest & Honest Beauty, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

What I like best about is how much it streamlines my workflow as a social media manager. I use the content calendar and scheduling tools daily, and the drag-and-drop planner makes it easy to organize campaigns, adjust posting schedules quickly, and keep teams aligned without relying on multiple spreadsheets or tools.

The analytics and reporting features are also incredibly helpful for quickly identifying top-performing content and pulling insights across platforms. It’s made reporting faster and helps inform creative decisions in real time instead of waiting until the end of a campaign.

One unexpected benefit has been using the performance insights to spot trends in creative, captions, and formats that consistently resonate with our audience, which has helped strengthen overall content strategy.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

One challenge with is that reporting customization can feel somewhat limited depending on the type of data or campaign insights you want to pull. There are times when I still need to manually organize or supplement data outside the platform to create more tailored reports for internal teams, which adds extra time to the workflow. Specifically, when collaborating on a post with a different brand or creator. When they're the original poster, we're unable to factor those insights into our overall performance.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since switching to Dash Social, we’ve been able to streamline content planning, scheduling, and reporting in one place, which has made day-to-day social management much more efficient. The visual analytics and performance insights help us quickly identify top-performing content and optimize strategy in real time instead of waiting until the end of a campaign.

The biggest benefit has been time savings. Tasks like reporting and campaign recaps that previously took hours to pull together are now much faster, which allows our team to spend more time focused on creative development and strategy. It’s also improved collaboration across teams by making content calendars, approvals, and performance data easier to access and understand.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> We're so glad you enjoy the reporting and analytics within Dash, Veronica. Our team is always here to help with customization and support.

 ### 2. Dash Makes Scheduling Effortless with a Clean UI and Reliable Posting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I love how easy it is to schedule things and see what's in the calendar - this saves a lot of time regularly. The pricing seems reasonable for the variety of features that improve workflow. The ability to see how well a video might perform using AI is also very helpful. The support team are also very resonsive and friendly. Posts go out on time every time when scheduled through Dash, meaning that it's very reliable. The UI is also very clean and doesn't distract you when using it. I especially love the ability to click all the different platforms when uploading a video and porting all the info from the first platform over.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I think sometimes the Galleries and Boards can be a little confusing, and reporting could also be improved to make it a bit more user-friendly.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous social media scheduling platform would log us out of our accounts, and this would add extra stress and time to scheduling our content. With Dash, this isn't a problem, and it's been a game-changer in terms of how reliable it is. This ensures our content goes out on time and we are more consistent for our audience. Dash is also easy to show other people how ot use, so when one person is off, it's easy to quickly go through with another team member who'll be covering, meaning we can have peace of mind and relax when we're on PTO.

 ### 3. Dash Social's Benchmark Reporting and Beauty Insights Sharpen Our Social Strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen P. | Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I really value that Dash Social provides benchmark reporting and industry insights tailored to the beauty space, as these are highly relevant to my role and help inform our annual KPI setting. I also appreciate the platform’s clean, intuitive user interface and the Creative Intelligence tools, which provide valuable insights that help shape and refine our content strategy.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

One limitation is that the Influencer Module requires creators to be signed up to Dash Social in order to access their metrics. This can make it more difficult to evaluate talent comprehensively, particularly when working with creators who are not already connected to the platform.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s incredibly useful to have reporting, scheduling, community management, and planning functions all within one platform. Dash Social has also been instrumental in helping us evolve our performance strategy through innovative features, particularly on TikTok, that other platforms don’t currently offer - such as the ability to split organic and paid metrics at a content level for more detailed performance analysis.

 ### 4. Intuitive, Affordable, and Packed with Integrations and AI Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hillary B. | Senior Creative Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Dash Social is an incredibly easy platform to use, and makes everything very intuitive and easy to find. This is especially helpful when training new team members on the platform—the onboarding process has almost been cut in half. I appreciate that it has integrations with almost all of the channels we use, and is helpful in analyzing the performance of our social posts in a variety of ways—especially given the AI integration that helps summarize dashboards if needed. Finally, it was actually a more affordable option than our previous platform, so it's a win-win!

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Most of the things I "dislike" about Dash Social are actually just API limitations put on the platform by the social channels themselves. For example, the inability to add Threads to multi-platform reporting dashboards and the inability to change YouTube Shorts thumbnails.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to easily tag and categorize different types of content has been a lifesaver for us. Also, the ability to search posts by keyboard or hashtag—in the past, the only way to find an old post was to scroll through our feeds and hope to reach it. I'm so grateful that is a thing of the past.

 ### 5. So Many Tools & So Easy to Use!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tianna T. | Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I love how straightforward and organized the Dash Hudson platform is. I never have too much trouble finding tools I need and I feel like I always learn something new the platform has to offer. It's so helpful and I use it daily at work.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I would love to see more features like Rival IQ in their analytics section. Seeing how much engagement we have or followers we have vs. competitors in a landscape with a bar graph view would be so helpful. I would also love if Pinterest engagement would include engagements from older posts that happen in current months.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content scheduling so it allows my team to post automatically and see the Instagram grid early on so that we can remain aligned with the brand as well as be aesthetically pleasing.

 ### 6. User-Friendly Scheduler and Search, TikTok Analytics Can Be Inaccurate, AI Integrations half-baked

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farrah E. | Manager, Social Media & Content, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

The scheduler/grid section is user friendly and straightforward. I also love how easy it is to search up previous posts and filter!

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

The analytics seem a little inaccurate sometimes, especially on TikTok! compared to our other platforms we use like Rival IQ we consistently see differing metrics. Also, now that we've started using Claude AI as a company, i've had trouble figuring out how to properly integrate dash into my workflow. I'd love an MCP!

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick searching previous posts for performance has made creating performance reports and pulling content examples super easy and seamless! Previously, I would have to search on our Dropbox folder which can be messy and complex, but pulling and downloading content directly from Dash to include in our reports saves a ton of time!

 ### 7. Vital Daily Toolkit: Dash Makes Scheduling, Assets, and Social Insights Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tatum P. | Global Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Having used Dash for over 5 years, it is a vital part of my daily toolkit. I couldn't schedule posts, maintain an asset library or pull data from socials without it. I love the AI vision prediction - helping me select assets to post. I love the app, the customer service is fantastic and it's simply SO worth it - especially for a one-woman social team in a large global brand!

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

The ability to automatically post stories with a live link would be fab but it's not the end of the world!

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling with optimised posting schedule, asset library and UGC management, reporting and performance data, easy access via the app when not with my laptop - it's just a social media mangers dream tool.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> Thanks for the review, Tatum. We're so happy you're a fan and customer of Dash and appreciate the feedback as well.

 ### 8. The easiest way to schedule, collaborate on and track social content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma H. | Social Media Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I use the scheduling tool daily, which is so helpful for scheduling out content across our Instagram. I'm also easily able to collaborate with other team members to cross-check captions and assets. I also heavily rely on the analytics and campaigns tools, where I can track the performance of various content buckets in a clear, efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I would love if we could access campaigns on the Dash Social iPhone app!

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social has helped tremendously with tracking the performance of my specific social content output. Using the campaigns tool, I can track all content I have personally created across various social platforms, which allows me to easily access that data when pulling reports and speaking to senior leadership about my personal impact.

 ### 9. A Comprehensive Social Analytics Powerhouse with Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I use Dash Social primarily for its impressive combination of analytics with a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. It makes it easy to quickly pull meaningful insights across TikTok and Instagram without needing to manually compile data from multiple sources. The benchmarking reports are especially valuable for understanding how our performance compares to broader beauty industry trends. It helps identify formats, messaging, and what creative is resonating most with audiences, making executive reporting much more streamlined and visually digestible for cross-functional teams and leadership. The benchmarking reports also provide real context around performance trends across the beauty industry, allowing us to compare against a broader platform and view competitors and industry shifts. I find the reports actionable as they highlight emerging KPIs, content trends, and platform behaviors in a way that is easy to translate into reporting, content planning, and executive recaps. Finally, the initial setup of Dash Social was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Some platform metrics and definitions vary across channels like Instagram to TikTok, so additional clarity or standardization around KPI calculations would be helpful. It would also be valuable to have deeper creator and influencer analytics. It could be helpful if Dash provided more standardized definitions around key KPIs that calculate engagement and reach differently. The formulas can vary slightly from different platforms, such as if it's view or follower based, which makes cross-channel reporting more difficult when presenting to leadership teams.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social consolidates platform data for clear reporting, helping us track content performance across TikTok and Instagram. It provides valuable benchmarking insights, making it easier to understand social trends and streamline reporting for our team and leadership.

 ### 10. Intuitive, Efficient, and Perfect for Social Listening

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber S. | Project Manager , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I find Dash Social incredible. They're extremely helpful and intuitive, and they're always there to answer your questions. The platform creates custom reports that provide insightful information on how the beauty industry is doing. For me, the most important thing is that Dash Social is very easy to use. It's really beneficial to have a platform that is easy to understand at any level, especially since the most junior employees are the ones grabbing the analytics. The setup was straightforward, thanks to their account managers who provided in-depth, hands-on educational training and office hours during the first month of onboarding. Additionally, in comparison to competitors who offer complex platforms requiring extensive training, Dash Social is quick to give you what you need without hassle.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

The custom dashboard set up could be easier and integrated with their AI

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social is incredible for measuring social listening, offering ease of use, intuitive interface, helpful support, and custom report creation. It's easy for junior employees to grasp, making social analytics accessible without extensive training.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> We're so glad you're loving Dash, Amber. Our team is always here to help. Thanks for the kind review.

 ### 11. Visual, User-Friendly Interface with Next-Level Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I really love how visual Dash is. That is the main reason we moved to Dash. Was the interface is really user friendly and digestible. One thing that I think makes Dash stand out as well is the customer service teams. That chat is next level, and out of all the tools Ive used before Dash takes the trophy there. Team is quick to reply, always avail and helpful with resources and trouble shooting. Unlimited seats is fab too.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

There are a few things about Dash that I wish were better, I have sent a lot of that feedback over to the teams as feature requests in the past. The team always listens and seems to work hard to implement. I wish Dash did more mini sessions with other brands using the platform, would be great to facilitate something liek that, for brands that were interested to show case how brands are working on dash, best practices, and just social in general. Cant wait until we can upload PDFS for LI in Dash and have LI added to campaigns :) :) :) Coming back to this to add that this question in this form: Which channel is most important to you when using Dash Hudson? doesnt even have LinkedIn as an option.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash is helping the team stay on track with many of its modules. Having analytics all in one place is a game changer, although there are a lot of things still we would like to see happen with these tools, like being able to seperate paid from organic in more places, better separate YT shorts from on demand videos, etc. Overall it benefits the team in staying organized. Pulling reporting etc.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> We always appreciate the feedback so we can continuously improve things for our users. Thanks so much for the review.

 ### 12. Streamlined Content Management and Seamless User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I like that Dash Social is very user-friendly and visually appealing, making me want to stay in the platform. It makes everything super easy, and I appreciate that everything I could possibly need is all in this one powerhouse platform. It's almost like you're on a social platform in itself, and it makes it really easy to find the images I need. Everything looks beautiful, and it's easy to toggle between tasks like responding to DMs, comments, looking in the library, scheduling content, and checking influencer campaigns. The initial setup was very easy and pretty seamless. There was a lot of help from the Dash Social team to ensure we had proper training.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Nothing

**Recommendations to others considering Dash Social:**

This is a must-have for a social team

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social to publish and schedule content across platforms effortlessly. It solves the problem of finding and getting approvals for content, making the process super easy and seamless.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> We're so glad you're enjoying Dash for all your social media management needs. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 13. Benefits of Scheduler and Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

The ability to "set it and forget it" with the scheduler tool is paramount. Rather than the IG scheduler, which is unruly, having an overall scheduling tool (and calendar) heightens my big-picture thinking. Moreover, the analytics (more than just the IQ feature, which is helpful) has really helped my team get actionable insights to change our content strategies.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Of course, the price is a major consideration. It doesn't come out of my pocket, but I know that it matters to the company and isn't taken lightly. Otherwise, it can be difficult to ensure high-performance when encouraged to work through a scheduler and not use some in-app features (thinking of how IG promotes edits, in-app music, etc.). Dash is not to blame for that, per se, but it's certainly an aspect of relying on a scheduling system.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash is giving me the opportunity to plan social content several days in advance. Rather than being at the whims of unorganized and murky calendars, having an integrated content/posting calendar (that is updated with what is actually scheduled) is buying me back time to work on more content.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience. We're happy to hear Dash has made scheduling easier and appreciate the feedback as well.

 ### 14. Great features, really solid tool, could use some improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I spend most of my time in the Scheduler and Analytics tabs, and I love that you can copy/crosspost posts almost automatically between all your channels. Also love the preview post tool, this has genuinely been a game-changer, and I use it all the time to figure out the best crops for the images we post. The feed preview tool is helpful as well, but I do have some wishes here. Emma (Squires) is also super helpful and generally awesome.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Can be glitchy with labels not disappearing after the cursor has hovered away. If I've been working in Dash for hours, sometimes it gets stuck saving a post, a crop, or a link, and I have to refresh the page one or a few times to continue working. This just makes things take longer. While I love the crosspost feature, I find I have to use it strategically to actually save time. Like you can't start a crosspost unless you have everything you need for the post to go live, because otherwise you'll have to manually copy and paste everything, as once you save the initial group of posts, they unconnect and you can't click "apply to all posts" to update all posts with any changes you've made. It would be helpful if they stayed connected after that initial save. Same goes for moving these crossposts around--you have to move them individually per channel.

I also think I would use the Feed preview tool more if you could A) 'lock" posts to a date and a time, and move other posts around these and B) download the feed preview for a set amount of dates as a .jpg or .png to easily share monthly IG plans with leadership. I currently have to use a different third-party tool to plan out monthly grids, which just takes time and can feel duplicative when having to upload everything into Dash and other internal documents.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling social media posts, pulling data and analytics, and generally managing our social presence in one place.

 ### 15. Dash Social: Premium All-in-One Platform for Seamless Social Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Dash Social is an amazing all-in-one platform for social media scheduling, planning, organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing. It offers all the solutions for day-to-day social media management with the look and feel of a premium platform that puts content (vs analytics) first. We love that the entire team and cross-functional team members can log on and find everything they need related to social in one place. It also makes collaboration seamless without the need for excess documents.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Sometimes, it can feel as though there are new features that can water down what Dash is at its core—a social-first content organizing and scheduling platform. For instance, creator features and social listening aren't top-of-the-line, and teams that specialize in those areas will likely have more refined tools at their fingertips for those things. That said, if you need an all-in-one solution for a small team and brand, Dash Social offers it.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash makes it easy to review and schedule social content calendars for a lean team that moves quickly.

 ### 16. User-Friendly Platform with Strong Metric Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marni B. | Social Design & Strategy Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I use Dash Social every single day for scheduling stories, tracking metrics, and managing campaigns. I like how user-friendly it is and that everything is fairly easy to understand. Their support email is almost always accessible when I need assistance. I appreciate the ability to easily access metrics and gather data weekly for each of the brands I work on. The feature to easily locate specific posts within campaigns and dashboards is also very beneficial for gathering metrics. Setting up Dash Social was pretty simple for me.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Platform connections breaking, not being able to add a tag to stories like I can for in-feed posts, new tracking features that get added when downloading reports mess up my pivot tables when working in sheets. I have to manually delete things that weren't there when I initially made it, so being able to deselect options I don't want in the Excel file.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social to schedule stories, track metrics like engagement rates, and manage campaigns. It solves the problem of accessing metrics easily, gathering data efficiently, and locating posts within dashboards, making my workflow smoother.

 ### 17. Organic Media Lifeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Managing social media is a lot easier with Dash Hudson because the analytics and AI prediction tool help the team use content that will potentially perform the best. One of my favorite features is its consolidated view of our organic performance across all platforms. It also helps our team organize and schedule content or repurpose content for all our platforms in one place and even preview how the feed will look ahead of time. The platform is super user-friendly and helps the team integrate the platform into our workflow. Our team loves Dash Hudson. We use it every day, whether it is to track or plan posts. It really helps us organize and track the performance of our posts and has streamlined our social media efforts, saving us time. Also, the platform makes it easy to implement and integrate into our team's everyday life through the app, which is a nice feature. Also, the Dash Hudson customer support team couldn't be any better. They are amazing, always telling us about new features, willing to walk us through to show us things, and answering as many questions as we have!

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

One thing I dislike about Dash Hudson is that it only reports organic content and not the paid efforts that were used on the same post, whether it is a post, story, whitelisting, etc. I want more insights to compare paid vs. organic performance. The paid media dashboards could improve so you can see more campaigns or what is running, just like the organic social side. I wish it also had a tool for managing complete influencer outreach, which would streamline partnerships for us. Even insights on what our market is in our demographics dashboard would help create a brand overview section.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Hudson helps us solve our teams problem of efficiently and being able to utilize all of the organic platforms. Our team comes across a lot of bottlenecks and dashhudson solves a lot of these for us keeping organic social in one spot. It also allows us to solve what might work or isn't easier without too much testing through its analytics and AI tools. Even having the content library solves the problem of disorganized assets in different drives.

 ### 18. A Revolutionary All-in-One Social Media Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mimi P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I really appreciate Dash Social being an all-in-one platform that handles reporting, scheduling, and everything social in one place. It makes our jobs much easier as social team leaders. Its seamless reporting capabilities allow me to build reports and campaigns effortlessly, providing insights and data that help me tell a story to internal stakeholders. The Dash scheduler is great for our team, allowing multiple social team members to contribute content in one place, which simplifies my job as a team leader. The initial setup was very seamless, and I love how much Dash Social has helped us become leaders in the social space. I can't rave about Dash Social enough, and I'm very grateful to have been working with it for years.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I think that the app could be updated to be more efficient in terms of having more features available on the go. There are minor things that would be great: i.e., being able to auto-publish more than 10 Instagram images in a carousel.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social simplifies reporting, automates scheduling, and enhances social team collaboration. It provides social insights and content management, making my job easier as a team leader.

 ### 19. Streamlined Social Management with Dash Social

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine H. | Senior Manager, Social Media & Content Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I like having the ability to have all our accounts on one platform with Dash Social. It allows us to switch from account to account easily, especially since we have over 15 accounts, without having to continuously log in and out. This feature is incredibly helpful to our analytics team, who need to have consistent data across platforms. It's great having all platforms our brands are active on within one area. I also found the initial setup of Dash Social to be easy.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I think the AI and social listening tool can be better. For social listening, we'd like to have some sort of tool that would allow us to catch onto viral moments FAST -- and over email. If something is picking up speed that could damage the brand, it would be great to get some sort of alert so that we can jump on it with either customer service or our own team.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social keeps everything organized and addresses our analytics needs, allowing seamless account switching across 15+ platforms helping our analytics team access consistent data.

 ### 20. Streamlined Content Management with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany B. | Manager, Organic Social & Influencer Marketing

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I like Dash Social for its capability to consolidate platforms for UGC collection and content calendar management into one application, which makes things more streamlined. The setup was very simple and seamless, making it easy for our team to get started. Our representative support is wonderful; they're always available to help and make us feel valued. I also appreciate that Dash has a lot of features like social listening, UGC collection, reporting, and content organization, which check a lot of boxes for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Small things really. We've communicated small things in the content calendar process that would really improve our user experience. For example, being able to toggle from one post to another without exiting out the original post you're on.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social to consolidate platforms for UGC and content calendars. It simplifies content organization, enhances social listening, and provides quick reporting. The platform's features cover a lot of needs, and our rep support is outstanding, making us feel valued.

 ### 21. Easy Navigation, Needs Robust Data Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle K. | Sr. Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I really like Dash Social's easy interface—it makes navigating and getting the information I need at a glance so simple. This helps me make decisions in real time, which is crucial for the pace at which social media managers need to work. I also appreciate their great support team.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I find there are some data and reporting limitations depending on what tool in the product I am using. More filters and customizations for what metrics we can see would be helpful. Right now, our biggest blocker is not being able to pull data from collab posts that other creators add us to. The UGC boards only show a designated group of metrics, and they're not the ones that we track in our strategy. It makes the boards useless to us.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social helps me manage social media by scheduling content, analyzing performance, and creating monthly reports. The easy interface lets me navigate and make real-time decisions quickly, vital for social media management.

 ### 22. Powerful Social Insights, Room for Reporting Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madi B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I like the messaging tools in Dash Social, especially the ability to see sentiment and reply within the app. I also appreciate the dashboard, which allows me to create reports based on the metrics I'm measuring every week. It's convenient to send these reports out to my team and myself, efficiently automating the process. Dash Social helps me in community management by tracking overall sentiment and ensuring I've seen all incoming messages, keeping me hyper-attuned to what people are talking about in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

There are some reporting features that I wish could get a little bit more nuance. I wish I had a little bit more opportunity to really pick some of the metrics that I'm looking to answer. I also wish that our collaborator posts would be pulled in and account for our social content metrics.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social helps me track content performance, providing summaries of my posts. I appreciate the messaging tools for seeing sentiment and replying. The dashboard lets me create reports, automating tasks and keeping me updated on community sentiment.

 ### 23. Empowers Teams with Seamless Community Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I find Dash Social to be intuitive and comprehensive in terms of analytics, which really sets it apart. The platform is ahead of the curve and innovative, and LikeShop is huge for us as it helps us demonstrate more value from organic traffic to our site while understanding community interests. I appreciate the reporting dashboards that simplify scheduling across all channels for the entire team and pull community sentiment with ease. Benchmark reports are especially valuable as they go beyond just platform data, allowing us to compare performance against competitors, which our stakeholders like. Overall, Dash Social significantly reduces our manual workload, and the account management is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Stats can change which I appreciate is more how a platform shares as opposed to Dash but means we have to be really careful on KPIs - believe this happened on effectiveness rate/engagement rate previously

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social for reporting dashboards, scheduling all channels in one place for the full team, easily pulling community sentiment. It reduces manual workload, shows value from organic traffic, and benchmarks our performance against competitors, which stakeholders appreciate.

 ### 24. Strong Reporting & Helpful Onboarding, But AI and Dashboards Need Streamlining

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

the reporting is strong and accessible, I like that you can customize dashboards and filter by organic vs. paid. I also like the Boards function and use that a lot for A/b test results, content pillars etc.

Oboarding is helpful and Rory and his team have made themselves available for trainings, onboarding etc,

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I don’t think the AI tech is very strong. The chat isn’t very helpful and doesn’t provide robust information.

Also, the AI vision IQ feature is not user-friendly. It doesn’t give me any clear takeaways, and it doesn’t aggregate creative content well.

The platform itself can be tough to use, especially the reporting and dashboard functionality. A lot of it feels very manual and repetitive. It would help to have more templates, or an easier way to customize reports, rather than continuously having to build and add each metric one at a time. The Calendar function is also frustrating; it often resets or changes while I’m working on it. I’d recommend removing the selection tool and instead allowing people to add specific dates directly, or at least optimizing how it works.

With integrations, it’s frustrating that you can’t separate Organic (no $ spend) from Organic-boosted. I want to be able to see pure organic performance and compare it separately, instead of having organic-boosted tied in with it.

also, i find the community management functionality limiting as currently we can only access the DMs and not comments or other.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's helping me track performance and understand my platform metrics.

we did not really have clear data to review, but we use this to understand kpis

 ### 25. Visually Intuitive, Reliable Social Tool with Room for AI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rae C. | Social Media Marketing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I use Dash Social for scheduling, reporting, and community management. I find it most helpful for reporting, and my team appreciates it for scheduling. I love using Dash's predictive performance insights and its competitor tool for making informed investments and understanding potential performer’s success. The user experience is reliable, easy to manage, and visually intuitive. Dash Social always provides visual previews across reporting, competitor analysis, social listening, and scheduling, which helps me and my team make quick decisions. The initial setup was super easy, and I love the reps.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I wish the AI insights and comment to DM tools were more intuitive. There are other platforms that are ahead of Dash Social when it comes to these areas. The AI insights could be much more elaborate when identifying visual trends and challenge my thinking more, rather than provide a general summary. Regarding the comment to DM tool, I would like to see the same capabilities of ManyChat when it comes to user tagging and elaborate message flows, built in Dash Social.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social for scheduling, reporting, and community management. It helps me make more informed investments with its predictive performance insights and visual previews, making content decisions quick and efficient.

 ### 26. Streamlined Scheduling with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelle S. | Assistant Manager of Content + Social, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I love how Dash Social streamlines the scheduling process and allows me to auto-publish my posts. I appreciate the easy creation of dashboards to review analytics, and the platform-specific metrics like entertainment score are incredibly helpful. The yearly benchmarks and trend reports are super helpful for identifying effective strategies. We love how easy it is to use Dash Social, and that multiple team members can access it. The competitors feature is great for understanding our position against competing brands and finding inspiration. The initial setup was very easy, and our representative was super helpful through the onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

We are limited on the amount of slides we can add to an Instagram carousel (Dash Social allows 10 while Instagram allows 20). We also can't autopublish multiple slides for stories at once. Both have needed to be done by hand.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social to streamline scheduling and auto-publish posts, ensuring timely content delivery. It lets us create dashboards for easy analytics review with metrics like entertainment score to spot top content. Yearly benchmarks and competitor features help strategize and inspire.

 ### 27. Powerful Listening Insights and Helpful Support from Dash Social

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Dash Social has very strong listening insights, and like that you can look at data in different ways (numbers, line graphs, bar graphs). Their support team is also very knowledgable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

There are almost too many places where data is located - ex, Analytics vs Boards vs Campaigns. It was a big learning curve to adjust after switching from Sprout Social. It's also frustrating that creator data doesn't pull in unless they're connected to the platform. All metrics are public, so it would be nice for those to auto populate vs me going back and having to add it all up. We've had some creators who don't want to connect.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stronger social listening insights - being able to find posts that we're mentioned in that we wouldn't have found before.

Also nice that we are able to pull UGC straight from the platform to report.

 ### 28. Easy-to-Use Interface with Helpful, Accessible Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasmin K. | Freelance Journalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

How easy it is to speak to someone with issues. How easy the interface is to use when working through. Being able to use the application daily to make tasks easier

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

it's necessary to have someone to onboard and explain key terms. The pricing could be better as we don't use every single feature

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue we needed Dash Social was for scheduling and reporting. This has helped so much as our team is not massive and this feels like we've hired another person. In addition, reporting has been clear as we can export stats that we specifically want, straight into our inbox every month,

 ### 29. The Most Intuitive Interface on the Market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica F. | Social Media Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

The interface is extremely user-intuitive

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Statistics can be incorrect if you wipe your Instagram feed

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash Social allows us to pull performance across a variety of KPIs within minutes -- sometimes even less than that. We often have leadership ask us how content is performing without a warning (think: a campaign just went live, and on a live call a VP says "how is this tracking?"). We're able to get quick reads on performance ASAP and cross-compare it against our past performance and competitive set. This allows us to be nimble when planning content and keep leadership abreast of performance when prompted.

 ### 30. Effortless Scheduling, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline A.

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I use Dash Social for social media scheduling and analytics and it basically makes our lives so much easier with scheduling and having one platform for everything. I appreciate its ease of use and the account managers are so helpful. Dash saves us time and has a great user interface, making it easy for all team members to use. It allows us to keep detailed reports of campaigns and we can compare one campaign to another. The initial setup was great!

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I would love the DM and community management section to be clearer. The interface can be confusing, and I would like something cleaner and more concise.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social for scheduling and analytics, making our lives easier by integrating everything on one platform. It saves us time with a great user interface, and we can keep detailed campaign reports.

 ### 31. Dash Social: Easy, Visually Led, and Built for Modern Social Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coleen O. | Associate Director, Social Media Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

The Dash Social platform is easy to use and excels at being visually-led which makes our job as social marketers much easier. Dash Social has done a great job at evolving with the changes in social and adapting to what social teams need.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

There are not a lot of downsides and most sit within restrictions with social platforms vs Dash.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Measuring social with new and evolving metrics in addition to custom metrics to let us fully customize and tweak how we're reporting on performance.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> Thanks Coleen. We aim to make social media management easy so love to hear it.

 ### 32. Easy Multi-Brand Scheduling with a Clear, Visual Calendar Overview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

It's easy to manage multiple brands across different types of channels. I like the image-calendar based overview that is visually clear. If you've used a number of social media schedulers, you'll be able to get your head around this one in a short space of time.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

The 'link in bio' function could be more user friendly as it's strange having to add a link on an image rather than in another field. Also, the fact that if you forget to schedule a time for a post it gets saved to drafts. I'd rather it send a warning that the post needs a scheduled time as I've mistakenly thought I've lost my post and started all over again.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social media management and scheduling of multiple brands. Benefits companies who need oversight.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> Thanks for the feedback! We're so happy to hear you're finding it easy to manage all your brands across channels with Dash. We appreciate the "link in bio" recommendations and will be sure to share with our team for future improvements.

 ### 33. User-Friendly UI with Helpful Support That Stays in Tune with Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca L. | Social Media Platforms and Engagement, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

It's very user friendly, the UI is great, support team is helpful and the account team is very in tune with our needs.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

For trendspotting needs it could be a little more "real time" which I know is sependant upon the API. But it would be great to get competitor posts in within minutes instead of days or hours. And more TikTok capabilities overall would be great.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UGC sourcing and competitor post performance

 ### 34. Effortless Social Scheduling and Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elissa G. | PR & Social Coordinator , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I use Dash Social for scheduling and posting content and reporting. I like that it supports auto posting and allows me to find stats quickly. I appreciate looking at competitor insights and how it's so easy to schedule content. These features save lots of time and resources for my team. The setup was super easy, especially with a setup call that helped. Overall, I think Dash Social is well ahead and innovative.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Dash Social is well ahead and innovative. I think you can expand to Rednote.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social for auto-posting and quickly finding stats. It saves our team a lot of time and resources with its easy content scheduling format and competitor insights.

 ### 35. Dash Social Makes UTM Tracking and Time-Period Insights Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

The most helpful thing about Dash Social for me is the UTM tracking for our products. I find it super efficient and saves a lot of time when needing to direct customers to certain items. In addition, being able to go back to certain periods of time to see insights compared to another period of time is super helpful for analysis. Also, the UI/UX overall on the site is very straightforward and easy to pick up on which is super appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Something I'd like to be improved upon is the UGC portion. When sourcing UGC, we look for certain types of videos that match our feed and I wish there was something that allowed us to look for that more efficiently (ex: non-speaking videos, no text, etc)

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning about the entertainment score has been super helpful. We are always wanting to know what types of content resonate and entertain our audience, and getting a gauge on that through this tool has been super helpful.

 ### 36. Dash Makes Posting Decisions Easier with VisionAI and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey R. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Dash helps support the decision making process for posting based on tools like VisionAI for selection and a variety of analytics tools

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

There us nothing specific I dislike about Dash!

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash is helping me go through similar images to find which will perfrom according to our audience. Additionally seeing the audience demographics helps cater content to what our demo wants to see/what content is performing best.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> Thanks for the review, Kelsey!

 ### 37. Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darby H. | Sr Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

It brings together everything you need for end-to-end social management in one place.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Nothing comes to mind, I've used Dash in all of my social jobs to date.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analytics at my fingertips, you can build a dashboard comprised of all data you need for each channel in one place and this minimizes that manual work of pulling metrics for each channel on your own via platform data.

 ### 39. Efficient Social Media Management with Easy Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I love the boards feature and looking at analytics in Dash Social. It is nice using the boards to easily organize content by event or activation, which helps us track our content based on events. The initial setup of Dash Social was very easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I wish you could see collab posts on TikTok (when you are not the one initiating the collab). A collab post should show just like any other post. We collab a lot on our social channels and not seeing the KPIs from those posts makes it difficult because our monthly numbers that we report are incorrect. So we manually have to track our collab posts on a sheet. It can be tedious.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social for checking analytics quickly and curating boards, making it easy to track content success and organize posts based on events.

 ### 40. Dash is fantastic!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I love using LikeShop to drive our audience to shop our product. I also love all of the analytics features -- makes it super easy to do our monthly reporting.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I wish I could add new content into the TikTok LikeShop the way you can for IG. REVOLVE, FWRD & REVOLVE LA are always collabing and it would be amazing if we could tag our product in LikeShop no matter who initiated the post.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using dash for monthly reporting. Also using it a ton for project based assignments that our executives will look at -- for that we use IG & TT
boards a lot!

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> Thanks for the review! We love to hear you're finding the reporting easy given all the metrics to be managed across social. We'll be sure to share your feedback about TikTok with the team.

 ### 41. Insightful Analytics with an Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elan W. | Senior Social Media Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I really appreciate the insights provided and the interface makes it so easy to navigate. It's hard to make accumulate all of this information and make it intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Integration is not the smoothest process and can be refined.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash is my main tool for understanding why certain posts are performing well. It also handles multiple accounts and multiple posts per day without any issues.

 ### 42. Straightforward, Easy to Use, and Backed by Exceptionally Service

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Ease of use, it's a very straight forward platform. Our company's representatives from Dash are also exceptionally kind and communicative.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Community management streamlining, reporting efficiency, social listening.

 ### 43. Highly Visual UI/UX Makes Data Easy to Digest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

how visual the UI / UX is - makes it easy to view everything and digest the data!

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

as a small business, all the features and packages are locked behind paywalls that our startup can't necessarily afford. i use dash social at a previous company where all features are unlocked and it's unfortunate that i can't use the platform to the best of my ability here.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

integrating creator content performance alongside our own social content. it's easy to have one platform to view it all!

 ### 44. Dashboards and AI Enhance Social Reporting

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

More TikTok capabilities like the audio library

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social for scheduling and love the dashboards. It makes grabbing data easy for business reporting and tells me the best-performing content based on previous posts.

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> Thanks for the review, Abbie!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliet S. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

How helpful the representatives are and all the info that is accessible.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Sometimes the numbers don't seem super accurate, and I've had to ask a lot of questions. I wish there was more context that came with the data.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dash isn't necessarily solving any problems, rather helping us report and float info up to leadership.

 ### 46. Helpful updates and organized platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

The ease of content organization & scheduling. The ability to create separate campaigns for different launches and campaigns. Everything is very straight forward and user friendly!

> Thanks for the feedback. So glad you're finding Dash easy to use.

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I love how user-friendly Dash Social is and have enjoyed using it for many years, watching it evolve and grow. I think the way the app predicts content performance is one of the best features. As a team of one person managing social for two brands, it helps me save time and is trustworthy. The initial setup was seamless as always.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Nothing!

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dash Social for scheduling, content predictions, and community management. It saves time and is trustworthy, especially when managing social media for two brands as a solo team member.

 ### 48. Tagging, Scheduling, and Collaboration That Streamline Our Social Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

The ability to tag posts, schedule posts, and collaborate internally.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

There seems to constantly be one thing in features that doesn't fully work. These are never deal breakers, but they make collaboration/the platform a little harder to use. For example, I'd love to be able to make an edit to one post, that automatically syncs to duplicated posts after they've been saved. Same for reviewing the same posts over - I wish the comments and edits could apply to all platforms with that post.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Future planning social and easy reporting.

 ### 49. Easy Social Scheduling with Thorough Reporting and Trending Audio Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

allows me to easily schedule, plan and review my social feeds, gives really insightful information about competitors and the reporting is thorough. i like the new trending audio integration with IG and TikTok also

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I think it would be great to be able to see insights into collab posts, we do a lot of these on our accounts and it can be a bit clunky to track reporting

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage multiple channels and accounts and it really helps us consolidate most of our social planning and reporting in the one place.

 ### 50. User-Friendly Platform with Helpful, Ongoing Feature Updates

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I love how user friendly it is and that the platform is always being updated with features that make it easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

There are some features that are a bit tedious and have extra steps during the scheduling. Like for pinterest there are alot of extra steps to post. Sometimes when I'm posting there are just too many steps.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping all the posts organized and also solving reporting needs. I feel like I can always find the reporting that I'm looking for in Dash

**Official Response from Melissa Hawkes:**

> We're happy to hear you find Dash user friendly. Thanks for sharing your experience and feedback.
