What do you like best about Text Request?

What I appreciate most about Text Request is its Ease of implemation and the communication for businesses. The platform offers customer support, and a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to manage customer interactions via SMS. This direct form of communication enhances engagement and responsiveness, allowing businesses to build stronger relationships with their customers. In terms of frequency of use, we rely on Text Request daily. Whether it’s sending updates to clients, scheduling appointments, or answering questions in real time, it's become an integral part of our communication strategy. What do you dislike about Text Request?

there are a couple of areas for improvement, integration with existing systems is generally straightforward, there can be challenges when trying to connect with less common software tools. Improving the ease of integration with a wider range of platforms would greatly enhance the user experience and make it more versatile for businesses with diverse tech stacks.

What do you like best about Text Request?

We are able to add department tags to each number which helps increase response time & accuracy. We can see what staff member sent a reply. There's no limit on how many people you can text. We send auto-texts via our CRM that is connected to Text Request so that important information about the clients file can go to them in a timely manner without eating at staff time. The customer support feature (via text) has been very useful when we have questions or concerns. Our office uses Text Request daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

When you update the Display name, you can't see the client's phone number without clicking their name to open the details window. You also can't see auto-texts sent to a client unless you manually send a text to them (then a whole list of past texts will appear). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text Request?

It is very heplful to use TextRequest to remind patient's of their future appointment dates/times. The texting process is much easier than to send out calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text Request?

You are able to communicate freely with clients and have a paper record of it, receive pictures, and offer advice after hours. It also provides a good environment for our FEAR FREE hospital where we don't have phones ringing off the hook constantly! I also like that you can schedule texts to go out in the future.

Update to original review: I dropped my score from a 10 to an 8, only because TR periodically has issues where you can't send text to pay links, will randomly log you out and say your login is invalid, or default to the hospital text line at the top of the list instead of the one you last left off on. These issues are seldom, but have been enough of an issue to mention and drop my initial score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

I wish there was a notification/sound when texts come through from clients so when I am working after hours Text Request for the hospital I know when things come through without having to constantly check my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Text Request is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. What do you like best about Text Request?

I like how easy and intuitive it was to get setup along with their support, which helped as needed when I had questions. Their system is very easy to use and I was able to deploy it across multiple locations with various users without having to explain anything to them! Our needs are fairly simple but this has allowed us to reach out and contact customers where we haven't been able to get a response thru email or phone calls. What do you like best about Text Request?

It allows me to open it from any browser tab. This is helpful so I can input phone numbers and names easily and quickly and provides less mistakes on spelling. I also like that I have saved texts that I can use by just clicking on it and entering their first name! This is helpful because I have several tabs open at one time and I send a text to every customer I speak with. I also found it very helpful that if I have a question on how to do something within Text Request, all I have to do is shoot them a text. They have been very helpful and even sent me links on how to use it for future reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

The only downfall I have found is that my text number is different from my actual business phone number. This can get confusing for some of our older customers. I know if I do have an issue, customer service is right there via text message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text Request?

This software has a very user-friendly layout. It is easy to navigate and use, even for our office staff who are not very tech savvy. We have hardly encountered any tech issues or bugs. The texting features are amazing! We can do so much with them, such as getting reviews, creating templates, using keywords, processing payments, sending attachments, photos and more! :) The customer service is always prompt and responsive to our emails and voice messages. We rely on this software every day, all week long. The software installation was smooth and quick, without any interruption. This amazed me greatly. I am very satisfied with TextRequest. The intregration process was smooth and seamless! Very little work needed to be done on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

I really have no complaints at all. The software works amazing! I struggle to send videos to clients. Photos work well, but I have to use my personal cellphone to send videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
