**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Text Request has been very helpful for my department to streamline our marketing efforts when it comes to texting. It is really easy to create brand segments and send texts to different texting groups based on what events we have coming up. It has made communication with our clients much easier.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The user interface could be updated to have an easier view of the "sent" texts and which groups they have been sent to.

Before Text Request, we had a difficult time sending mass texts to our clients about upcoming events. Text Request has made it easy to import large amounts of phone numbers, organize groups/segments, and create and send texts accordingly.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

TextRequest is great because we can quickly reach our clients and they can reach us. We can create groups, have an auto reply, and even schedule when our open and closed auto replies will go out.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

We cannot delete messages on the platform. They have to just get pushed down near the bottom. Sometimes it crashes but it usually comes back quickly.

Our entire office has nothing but praise of Text Request. The few times I have had to use customer support they have been prompt and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

at this time I haven't found much to complain about, still no complaints

Our clients enjoy being able to send pictures, make appointments and order products, and with Zipwip closing down, we needed a company that did exactly what zipwhip did and Text Request stepped in and made it smooth as butter.

What I like best about Text Request is that as an agency, we can plan ahead and send mass text messages in order to create  engagement with our customers. We use it daily at our office and could not imagine what we would do without it! Text Request is a value to our office and extremely easy to use.

We've been using this landline texting service for our garage door business, and it's been fantastic! It makes communication with our customers so much easier and more efficient. We can quickly send updates, schedule appointments, and answer any questions they have. It's definitely a game-changer for our operations. Highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline their customer interactions!

The cost. It feels a bit steep. That may be because I was used to paying 1/3 as much when I had the service with another company. Just my two cents!

Managing appointment reminders. Before, we had to call each client individually, which was super time-consuming. Now, we can send out text reminders quickly and efficiently, ensuring our clients never miss an appointment. It’s been a game-changer for our scheduling process!

What is most helpful is the ability to create a new contact easily. As this is a messaging-only application, the interface provides easy accessibility to all its features. The abilty to easily add and archive new and old contacts is also very convinient.

I dislike that it marks some messages as spam, and it causes a delay in communication.

Easy to contact our patients without the hassle of being unable to reach them due to them thinking we are a spam caller. 

Easy to provide the best customer service when we are able to communitcate to a patient when they might not be avaiable.

Sometimes members say they do not receive our messages but its one in ton.

Other than this nothing else really to dislike.

I work in the DME department so whenever I need to reach a member in regards to orders If they don't answer I send a quick text with my direct number and they usually get back to me faster than a Voicemail

I't easy to use, has a quick reply from their customer support, the integration with our systems was perfect, the implementation was quick enough to have our team ready in a few minutes. We use it everyday, for direct messages and for scheduled messages.

Nothing at all, I have been using it since 2020 and works amazing.

We use the templates feature for contacting clients.  It saves keystrokes and time. It was very easy to switch from our previous texting system.  Text Request has a number of features our previous system did not.  Customer support is alway quick to reply to our inquires with more than one solution.  We use it multiple times a day.

I wish the training would allow you to see feature that you don't use.  But that's the only thing I dislike.

Ease of contacting clients while they are at work rather than having to leave messages.  We can also program responses for when we are closed.

I use to like the easy way to use. We have had alot of issues. Our patients depend on our text and now our numbers have lowered.

Now it logs me out evrytime. I cannot send text messages. It shows that they are undeliverable. We did not have this problem before. It has gotten very diffult to reach our patients.

Very easy to use. I love the convienent compose message as well as the ability to update contacts while I'm texting them on the desktop app, instead of going into a separate tab.

The search feature isn't optimized, it does take time to get the contact I'm searching for.

What I like the most about Text Request is that our clients can easily send us photos of documents that we need. Also, it allows us to quickly give our clients an update, and keep in touch with them even after hours and on the weekend!

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

One thing that I dislike about TextRequest is that in the app/website, you can't easily tell if a message has been responded to or not.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oftentimes, our firm may need to tell a client something very quickly, or remind them of an upcoming appointment or ask them to send us documents we need. TextRequest allows us to communicate with our clients when we need a rapid response, or if we are just relaying some basic info. However, if we had to call the client everytime, we are much more likely to spend alot more time on the file because once you are on the phone with a client, it is not easy to hang up sometimes.

Allows my company to speak to clients without giving out our personal phone numbers

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Sometimes the system is down when we need it the most during our business hours. This has decreased in frequency. 
However, we are a veterinary practice and it does sensor out certain words. This is a little less than ideal when trying to explain specific conditions.

Constant communication with o is much better and frees up time needing to be on the phone. They can send photos of patients so they do not have to come in and free up appointment space

I love that I can recieve text messages back from our clients and quickly import hundreds of contacts in few minutes.

Our biggest issue with Text Request is message organization. When we have an ongoing one on one conversation it can be hard to keep that message at the top of our dashboard when we have 50 other messages that don't need responses in the way.

Text Request allows my organization to send out simple mass communications and recieve follow up questions quickly. This allows us to stay in touch with hundreds of people each day and be readily availble to answer any of their questions and quickly resolve our client's issues.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I think Text Request is a great tool to use when I need to send out sales promotions, updates, or anything I need to reach out and communicate with customers. Not everyone has a voicemail box that is either empty or set up, and let's face it... some people just don't like to answer the phone, especially from an unknown number. This product helps reach those clients and potential customers and makes all-day cold calling obsolete so that I can get back to work!

I'm still looking for downsides to this product.

I like how easy it is to send templated messages to patients! We use it to send out appointment reminders, scheduling texts, and follow-up requests. It's quick and efficient.

The interface is bright and uneasy on the eyes. I wish I could change the color of the background, size and style font, and have a bit more customization in the screen I use so often.

I appreciated how seamless the onboarding process was, how easy it is to use, and the speed/kindness that customer support has shown me through the process. The product is great and easy to use!

It looks like there are not a ton of Automotive Dealerships using this tool yet, so I am sure that is in-process. However, the integrations team has communicated multiple times with our website team that they are going to send us the code for website widgets, but have failed to do so for nearly 5 months now - resulting in us having to change up vendors. If you can't get us the things needed to properly use the tool, we can't keep paying for it.

I use it daily at work and one of the things i really like and use for text request are the group messages, they are really helpfull on spreading the word across multiple numbers, I also like how it doesn"t send a repeated text to numbers that already had opted out. It's really easy to use.

On sending individual text, it's really tiresome on modifying the tags for each message.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Text Request allows my business to operate 3 seperate business location lines with ease, keeping us in constant contact with our clients and prospects in a way they want to communicate. There are 4 of us that have access to using the platform for texting purposes. The platform makes it easy for us all to see what eachother has done or is doing and gives accountability control to me as the owner needing to make sure my staff is on top of customer communications. The program also easily integrates with our company's contact management system. Onboarding new staff to using the program has also been super easy. We use Text Request every single day in my business.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

There isn't much to dislike. Once in a while there is a delay on the mobile app to see messages my team might be responding to, so making the timimg of how that gets updated would only make my eperience an 11 or 12 out of 10!

Text Request solves the problem of needing to operate multiple business numbers for different locations on one login and platform. It also solves the access issues I have with other companies I've used in the past that made it difficult to track what each individual that works for me is saying and the times that they respond to our customers so I can hold them accountable to the work I'm paying them to do. The benefits are obvious to me, smoother customer service and oversight on these communications helps me elevate our customer service.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Text request is the easiest platform to manage multiple texting users all in one place. We were able to set up over 40 of our team members to be able to text and call clients from the same number with daily use.  Even with the high volume communication, the platform was still extremely affordable without any hidden fees or suprises.  The platform has built in training so the headache of onboarding and training was as painless as could be.  The customer support is extremely responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

This is super nitpicky but it's kind of annoying how the conversations default to the unresolved messages and not to newest first, but there's an option to change that so it's easy to toggle between the two.  I just wish I could save it as newest for the default.

Our care team was texting our clients from various phone numbers and calling them from direct dial phone numbers that did not match the texting numbers.  Text request helped us streamline this and make a better customer experience.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

My favorite feature of Text Request is the ability to send my clients their documents VIA text. A lot of my clients requested this as it was more convenient and some of my client did not even have an email! Now Im able to attach files and send instantly.

Another great feature I appriciate is group messages statistics. After sending a group message, it keeps a history and shows you if any recipiants- opted out of recieving text, did not get the message or even shows you how many people responded!

I also love that I can insert templates right in the conversation and dont have to worry about copy and pasting from another page.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

A big responsibility I have is to send large groups text messages, while text request does let me schedule group messages, it does not let me edit them after. So if I mess up the message/time/ need to add someone, I cant edit and I have to make an entire new one.

Text Request has been very helpful in connecting to our students and prospective students as well as clients. We can set up texts to go out to a whole group of students or just one. We can download the chat if we need to as well.

We are still learning it, but I feel like the downside is the character # per text is low, but I do not know what the industry standard is for that so it may be within that.

We find that many people do not answer their phone when you call them. Students included. So being able to text a student an update or a quick question is very helpful. They respond quicker to a text instead of waiting for a call back. We also can answer questions for students after hours if the need arises and let them know of unexpected closures, etc.

I am constantly learning more and more about text request as I use it. It has so many capabilities, from tags to importing mass quantities of contact from an excel document. The mass texting function is used frequently and has worked wonders for my company. I am a huge fan and so glad we decided to use Text Request. The ease of intergration from zipwhip was wonderful. I haven't used their customer support service, but their FAQ section is super helpful.

I wish we could add more user profiles on our budget. I would also like my display view to save after veiwing a contact. Other than some minor things, I love this platform.

Text request is importing massive amounts of contacts at an efficent rate. I am able to send our mass communications with ease. The mast text and contact tags help me to market to specific populations we are seeking for clinical researcg.

The Chat to Text feature is perfect for us. I don't know how I'd never seen this before, but it's brilliant! We don't offer support that requires access to our website, so the ability for customers to start a chat on our page and continue it by SMS text is super convenient.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I initially had concerns about the use of a Chrome extension for implementation. However, after trying out a few competitors and comparing, I discovered that this feature is actually extremely important to the way it is able to notify the correct users to maintain more streamlined communications with our clients.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SMS is a preferred method of communication for our clients and Text Request has awesome features to allow us to serve our customers effectively and efficiently. Most of the SMS services that integrated with HubSpot did not allow users to operate with text messages as you would expect. Message notifications would only prompt a contact owner so if an inbound text was sent to any other HubSpot user, they correct employee would  not be notified, and this was a deal breaker. Thankfully TextRequest operates differently by utilizing a chome extension to manage and integrate communications within HubSpot. So regardless of who is assigned to which contact record, if a client or prospect sends you the text, you will be notified.

I really like the stop and opt out service, makes it very professional and easy for cleints to ensure they want to be contacted. I also enjoy the group messaging abilities to reach large amounts of people at one time. There are so many more features as well but those 2 are my favorite.

I believe some of the interface can be difficult to navigate or learn in the beginning, but as with everything, it takes time to adapt. Once understood the interface can be nice to work with but there is just a lot of moving parts compared to other more simple services I have used in the past.

It solves the communication gap between myself and the clients I service. By allowing me to communicate via sms and converse instantly with clients, I can work with more people in a more efficient manner.
