What do you like best about Text Request?

I like that I can make templates becuase we send alot of the same types of emails, such as appointment reminders, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

That it is powered by zapier which is a free service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text Request?

I appreciated how seamless the onboarding process was, how easy it is to use, and the speed/kindness that customer support has shown me through the process. The product is great and easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

It looks like there are not a ton of Automotive Dealerships using this tool yet, so I am sure that is in-process. However, the integrations team has communicated multiple times with our website team that they are going to send us the code for website widgets, but have failed to do so for nearly 5 months now - resulting in us having to change up vendors. If you can't get us the things needed to properly use the tool, we can't keep paying for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
